Furthermore, you traveled during the National Day holiday peak season, so prices are naturally much higher than usual. We proactively contacted you and sent you a bottle of facial cleanser you left in your room upon check-out, as requested. It was your own oversight, and 8 yuan is not much; we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Zhenyuan's unique terrain makes parking very difficult. We have specifically rented a dedicated parking lot nearby for the convenience of our guests and provide luggage pick-up and drop-off services.
