A Special Birthday Surprise: I stayed here during my birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it the most memorable one ever. They secretly coordinated with my wife to organize a beautiful surprise, complete with room decorations and a lovely cake! They even upgraded my room as a birthday treat—a gesture that truly touched my heart. Service Beyond Expectations: A huge shout-out to A-Fei, who was absolutely stellar! His hospitality is unmatched. He didn’t just assist with the basics, like showing me how to use the laundry and dryer facilities; he became my go-to person for everything. Expert Local Advice: He gave me amazing tips and tricks on how to navigate the local tourist spots efficiently. Tea Enthusiast’s Dream: As I’m currently learning the art of brewing tea, A-Fei was incredibly helpful. He shared his knowledge about Pu-erh tea and even recommended a local tea shop where I could find high-quality tea at a great price. It was such a personalized experience! The Vibe: The room rates are excellent, the communication is lightning-fast, and the level of care and sincerity the staff puts into their service is rare to find. You can really feel that they care about their guests' happiness. If you are planning a trip to Lijiang, I cannot recommend this place enough. We had a wonderful stay at Passing-cloud Resort · Gaogongfu in the ancient town of Dukezong, Shangri-La. The hotel is very authentic and beautifully designed in traditional ******* style, which creates a truly special atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and well equipped, making it easy to relax after exploring the old town. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — it was delicious and a great start to the day. Overall, this is a charming and atmospheric hotel with a strong sense of place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic stay in Shangri-La.

The hotel is a bit far from the centre, but the room is splendidly decorated with genuine interior design. The whole area is warmly lit by not only electric appliances but also the traditional stove. So impressive. The room itself is so spacious enough for the whole family. Archaic and delicate timber furniture in the entire space made me feel like I was in a fairy tale. Wooden bathtub is another warm heart element.Staff with sincere smiles are always welcoming and supportive. Finally the breakfast is simple but truly tasteful.I do love the place. It was a wonderful experience.

環境：離古城門口很近的，出去玩進出都很方便，住古城裡麪離玉龍雪山也近，兩分鐘就能走到出口，客棧在裏面也很安靜，人多也不會被打擾，環境也很好，很有特色 服務：老闆娘姐姐人美心善🤩愛了愛了，很有耐心喲 衞生：很乾凈舒適，適合居住 設施：齊全整潔，完美 在網上找了好久終於訂了她，果然沒讓我失望，推薦推薦👌

Penginapan ini adalah pengalaman yang benar-benar menyenangkan! Hotel ini terletak di kawasan yang tenang. Pemilik dan nyonya rumah sangat mengalu-alukan, dan daftar masuk adalah cekap. Bilik itu bersih dan kemas, dan peralatan tempat tidurnya selesa. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah nilai yang hebat dan saya pasti akan memilih tempat ini lagi. Sangat disyorkan!

Hotel was located in the heart of Lijiang Old Town and so it’s a little difficult for cars to pick up and drop you off. Hotel staff will reach out to you for your WeChat and liaise with you on your arrival time and where to drop off, and even pick you up and your luggage with a little cart. Big shout out to Xiao Yang who picked us up even though it was raining very heavily on the day we arrived and waited for us by checking in on our location from the time we arrived in Lijiang. There was a complimentary tea drinkingprepared by him as well. On knowing that we were heading to jade dragon snow mountain the next day really early in the morning, he even helped us prepare some bread, snacks and milk for us as we would miss the breakfast. 10/10 service. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels waiting for us every day when we came back from our little adventures. They even have a smart toilet for those looking out for it. 10/10 would recommend

The rooms looks quite old, there was some mold in the washroom top too, but apart from that, the ambience, environment, rooftop, services, washing and drying facilities, everything was top notch. If they restore the room conditions a bit better, then it's definitely a 5/5. The location was also quite close and walking distance to Lijiang Old town, and Shuhe old town was not far away. The owner helped me book Jude Dragon Snow Mountain day tour and also I trekked the Tiger leaping Gorge, and he helped me manage a seat for me in a shared van that took me to the starting point of the trekking area.

Excellent welcoming with free pickup at Railway station. The place is a bit difficult to find so the free pickup was very useful. Located in the old city with easy walking. The room was very clean except for some mould on the shower curtain. Privacy is a bit of a problem with one window to the outside with easy visibility into the room and one window facing inside also with easy visibility into the room. However, blackout curtains helped. The room was spacious but no fridge and wardrobe. Not a problem for us as we only stayed one day. No lift but hotel reception was great and help us with our bags and tips to get around.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were given a welcome tea ceremony. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. With his help we even managed to secure tickets for the Snow Mountain Cable Car. He also gave guidance on places of interest and great foodie places recommendations. During one of our tour gorge visits, my wife suffered a fall. The owner immediately offered to take us to a local hospital and even help us navigate the local system to get my wife injuries treated. Very grateful. The hotel is very homely with excellent ambiance and serene feel. Every family members in this family run hotel is very friendly and hospitable. Location wise is excellent very central within the Gucheng and walking distance to the North Gate, the usual pick up point for most tours and Didi. Around the hotel the super hype activities within the Ancient City simply draws you into the merriment and excitement but the hotel is well located that you get your quite rest without the noisy hassle and bussle of a vibrant city. Great stay and value for money.

這次巍山之行最大的驚喜就是“喜舍”客棧！整個院子古色古香，設計非常別出心裁，庭院裏真的是移步換景，在二樓的木迴廊上曬曬太陽簡直太治癒了。不僅環境絕美，人情味也特別足。老闆娘熱情又大氣，本人超有氣質，入住期間幫我們解決了不少生活上的小麻煩，就像去老朋友家做客一樣温暖貼心。最後必須要給前台小姐姐一個私心滿分：在客棧閑坐的時候，竟然聽到她在放張震岳和孫燕姿的歌！全是我最愛的歌手啊，這神仙品味絕了！在這麼美的小院裏聽着喜歡的旋律，氛圍感直接拉滿。滿分推薦，下次來巍山還住這兒！
