"Отдыхала в этом отеле уже второй раз. В целом впечатления хорошие: чистые номера, удобные кровати, отличное расположение. Отель находится в центре Бреста, но при этом в очень тихой и зелёной зоне — это большой плюс. Приятно, что отель обратил внимание на день рождения моей сестры: после моего сообщения нам принесли тарелку с фруктами — это было очень мило и оставило хорошее впечатление. Завтрак хороший, выбор достаточный, но хотелось бы, чтобы горячие блюда дольше оставались действительно горячими. Мы пришли около 10 утра, и еда уже была лишь слегка тёплой. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить несколько моментов, связанных с сервисом. Немного смущает постоянное присутствие у ресепшена сотрудника — то ли охранника, то ли швейцара. Когда гости сообщают личные данные при заселении, хочется больше приватности, а не ощущения, будто проходишь дополнительный контроль. Также наблюдала неудобную ситуацию: тележка для багажа не проходит в двери, поэтому гостям приходится заходить внутрь и самостоятельно забирать чемоданы. Для отеля такого уровня это выглядит странно. И ещё один момент — работа персонала в зоне завтрака. При гостях сотрудники натирают приборы, обсуждают личные вопросы, кто-то пользуется телефоном. Всё это создаёт ощущение недостаточно профессиональной организации сервиса. Отелю очень пошло бы на пользу дополнительное обучение персонала стандартам гостеприимства и коммуникации с гостями. Несмотря на замечания, отель оставил приятное впечатление благодаря расположению, чистоте и комфорту. Надеюсь, сервис станет более внимательным и профессиональным."

Very small parking lot, which was full when I arrived. I ended up parking on the other side of a busy road and walking back in the rain. My room was fairly quiet. Spacious, clean room. For unclear reasons, there was a step in the middle of the room, which was a huge safety hazard. I tripped on it several times. There was A/C, although I didn't use it as it was quite cold. Amenities included a mini-fridge; no electric kettle. Enough power sockets, but some of them oddly located (up the wall at waist height at the foot of the bed) and none at the head of the bed. No night tables by the bed. Reasonably comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order. Shower with good water pressure, however the shower head could only be used handheld, as the holder was not adjustable and kept the shower head facing straight ahead instead of down. Wifi worked well. Breakfast with limited selection."

It is not far from the center of Brest two or three kilometers by taxi. There is a supermarket next to it. Although I have lived twice, I have not gone shopping. Although it shows the suite, there is no room when I go, so it is a family room. The breakfast in the morning is very good. When I first lived, there were slippers. Now I don’t need to go to the front desk to buy it. Although it doesn’t cost much, I still feel too much. There is no toothpaste. This room is more expensive than when I booked it for the New Year’s Eve. Anyway, the experience is very poor. It took almost half an hour to check in at the front desk.

Great staff: they took into account all requests, checked in quickly, breakfasts are standard for Hampton - there is something to eat, cooked deliciously. The condition of the hotel is normal: there are small traces of use somewhere, but, in general, it does not affect the quality. For those who will call Yandex to the hotel, I recommend that you put a sign forcibly marking the hotel building, otherwise they come to the bus stop across the road.

Quick check-in, private parking, close to the city. I was pleased that breakfast and dinner were included in the room rate. The only thing is that they only serve one dish per person, but it was delicious. They don't provide drinks for dinner, only a shot of vodka per person in the room. The hotel restaurant menu, however, is not very expensive compared to other establishments in the city.

The hotel was very nice. The room is clean, there is a TV, a refrigerator, a fan. The bathroom is a towel and a shampoo. The room is light, you can see that the repair has been made recently. And of course, the convenient location of the hotel, to the main attractions you can walk. Shops, cafes, restaurants, embankment too nearby.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Overall, my impressions are positive: clean rooms, comfortable beds, and an excellent location. The hotel is situated in the center of Brest, yet in a very quiet and green area, which is a huge plus. It was a pleasant surprise that the hotel acknowledged my sister's birthday: after I mentioned it, they brought us a fruit platter – it was a lovely gesture and left a great impression. The breakfast is good with a sufficient selection, but I wish the hot dishes would stay hot longer. We arrived around 10 AM, and the food was already only lukewarm. I'd like to highlight a few service-related points separately. The constant presence of a staff member – whether a security guard or a doorman – at the reception area is a bit off-putting. When guests are providing personal details during check-in, you want more privacy, not the feeling of undergoing additional scrutiny. I also observed an awkward situation: the luggage cart doesn't fit through the doors, so guests have to go inside and retrieve their suitcases themselves. For a hotel of this caliber, it looks odd. And one more point – the staff's behavior in the breakfast area. While guests are present, employees are polishing cutlery, discussing personal matters, and some are using their phones. All of this creates the impression of unprofessional service organization. The hotel would greatly benefit from additional staff training on hospitality standards and guest communication. Despite these observations, the hotel left a pleasant impression thanks to its location, cleanliness, and comfort. I hope the service becomes more attentive and professional.
