Para salir del paso está bien, si alquilas moto tienes espacio para aparcar también. Que no haya agua caliente fue lo peor pero por el precio que pagas, no puedes pedir mucho

Отдельно хочется отметить невероятную отзывчивость и внимание к гостям. Хозяйка всегда была на связи, с готовностью отвечала на все вопросы
В доме очень чисто, уютно и тихо. Вид из номера роскошный. Все необходимое для проживания есть. Но самый большой плюс — это атмосфера радушия, которую создает хозяйка. Чувствовал себя не в арендованном номере, а в гостях у хорошего человека.
Рекомендую этот гостевой дом тем, кто ищет спокойный отдых с персональным подходом.и

Отель подойдёт тем, кто планирует целыми дня отсутствовать, посещая достопримечательности Эллы и возвращаясь сразу ложиться спать. Я брал обычный номер (кровать, небольшой «стол», стул, тумбочка, душ/туалет. Для меня комната очень маленькая и в кровать я не вмещался (рост 190см).
Но мне очень понравилось гостеприимство хозяина отеля и его друга, они очень дружелюбные и старались создать максимальный комфорт! Есть просторная веранда на первом этаже, где можно скоротать вечер или поработать в ноутбуке. Завтраки вкусные и сбалансированные, что мне тоже очень понравилось, также несколько раз ужинал здесь же - всё понравилось, вкусно!

Не поняла оценок , потому что наш опыт пребывания в этом чудесном отеле - отдельный вид удовольствия.
Отлично все. От того, какой приятный молодой человек встретил нас при заселении. Поднял вещи в номер. Сразу дал свой контакт и всегда был на связи. (Как планируете передвигаться, нужен ли трансфер. Подсказал какие места вкусные из нашего списка и посоветовал приятный ресторанчик. ) да, это дополнительная продажа , но на мой взгляд это очень важные вещи в сфере гостеприимства.
Вкусный и большой завтрак. Оооочень вкусные блинчики с кокосом,много где их попробовали в семьях но тут ,восторг 😍
Завтрак на крыше с чудесным видом. Чай и кофе , не в кружках как везде , а сразу чайник! Приятно, спасибо ☺️
Номер очень большой! В номере чисто!
Предоставили мыло,бумагу,полотенца и воду в бутылочках. В номере даже есть фумигатор , но живности никакой не было замечено. Не муравьев ни кого-то еще (пока что, это первое жилье на острове без таких соседей)
Есть шкаф.
В номере есть балкон и абсолютно не жарко (хорошо это понимаешь , когда едешь с побережья)
Локация шикарная. В паре минут ходьбы оживленная улица, а вот в отеле не шумно. Нам это было важно. В окрестностях много мест где можно вкусно пообедать.
В 15 минутах ходьбы 9 арочный мост. 15-17 минут до малого пика Адама. Место действительно классное.
Утром белки попискивают) это местный вайб,думаю что буду скучать по этому.

The good: Unbelievable view Fantastic service and really friendly staff The best breakfast I have ever had while travelling Knowledgeable hosts Nice location, about 1km away from ella town but really, really close to nine bridge arch and little adam peak trailhead Clean and comfortable rooms Would 100% stay there again The only issues we had were the wifi was pretty dreadful and we had to use data everyday The pictures are of breakfast and of the room view

This guest house is located right in the middle of the forrest. Really cute and the hotel staff is so kind. She is very sweet and super helpful. The only problem is the entrance is a long stairs steps and if you have huge luggage. It will be really hard to carry. The room is cozy but the bathroom has no amenities so please bring your own shower gel and shampoo.

Keeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate.

It’s a little high up on a hill, but the view from my balcony was gorgeous. It’s also right off the main street, so if you don’t mind the trek up and down you’re still relatively well-situated to be near the backpackers’ bars and restaurants and shops. Breakfast had a lot of local Sri Lankan options which I greatly appreciated, and staff was also happy to explain each dish to newcomers. A small piece of advice for the team though: perhaps hire a few female staffers? As a woman traveling alone, one of the first things I noticed was the all-male staff—or at least, I didn’t see a single woman working there in my 2-night stay. I don’t have a problem with it, but newer solo female travelers might unintentionally be scared off

I'd like to share more than just a review, but a sincere thank you for several days of absolute peace and pleasure. It wasn't a typical vacation, but a true recharge. This villa is in a stunning location, surrounded by green hills and tea plantations! The hotel has only two spacious rooms, both with balconies and panoramic views. Everything is clean and tidy. There were four of us traveling, and it felt like the house was ours! It was amazing! Breakfast was prepared on time, and it was varied over both days. Large portions, everything was delicious: fruit, roti, burgers, several egg options, pancakes, and drinks to choose from. Nearby there's a picturesque railway bridge and a restaurant serving local cuisine. The city center is a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride along the serpentine roads. Special thanks to the hotel owner and manager, who were always ready to help, share information, and offer assistance! We will be happy to come back again!

We had a lovely stay at Ella Rawana Den Hotel in Ella. The location is excellent — just a short walk to town, making it very convenient for restaurants, cafes and exploring the area. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony view overlooking the lush green hills. It was the perfect place to relax in the morning or evening. The room was big, clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. However, it’s important for older guests or anyone with mobility issues to know that the hotel is located up a very steep hill. Cars and tuk-tuks cannot access the property directly, so you need to walk up, which can be challenging — especially with heavy luggage. Because of this, it may not be suitable for elderly or disabled travellers. One small improvement would be for the hotel to provide a hairdryer in the rooms, as this would be very helpful for female guests. Overall, a great stay with beautiful views and kind staff — just be prepared for the steep climb!
