I would say it has been good decision to choose this hotel. The lobby is elegant and nice. Reception and, security are accomodating and helpful. They are friendly and gave a welcoming vibe. They gave us also a room upgrade from one to 2 beds for the 4 of us ( 2 adults and 2 kids ). The room is big and has a complete things we needed. Overall, i would very much want to choose this hotel for our next stay and will recommend this to our family and friends.

Best buffet breakfast in town. The front desk are super kind. Rooms are new and linens are new. Foods are pricey but delicious. Will book again here from singapore whenever visiting manila.

Having travelled for a long time and stayed in lots of places , I'd put the staff from door attendant, reception, bar staff, room service, infact everyone with a special mention to the chef who perfected my unusual chilli omelette . Book here for 6 days and really was dissapointed, the buffet menu wasnt change and obviously just leftover from yesterday. The buffet supervisor here is very good in displaying arrogance to guests with special needs like me with advance diabetes and cant consume all at once but instead of helping guest, lectured about policy that i did not sign my conformity. I cancel all my future booking here, really just a few bread and potato leftover in my plate to finish in my room and manage my glucose spike. Actually i got 2 coupons and just came solo but still her rule prevails no goodwill banking. Widus is the best , get a plate of your choices in the buffet and delivers to your room to enjoy meal in privacy. No drama. Dont accept rooms at the back side, the neighbors dogs makes sleep impossible.

Hotel itself and room is neat and tidy. Employees are all respectful and lovely. Except they forgot to give back my ID upon checkout. Contacting them was a terrible experience as you have to go through their customer service. Gave my booking number via TRIP.com and said could not find my booking number. Called in again and talked to another useless agent, this time I got his name “Hanz”. All I was asking for is if they can connect me to Pampanga Branch or just give me the number but they wont. Instead, told me to contact them thru social media which was a pain as contact number is not posted there as well. Filipino here too, but to say the least always a stress to deal with simple matters here. And most likely will not book again!

Probably the best hotel in the area. New property with good amenities. Spacious rooms. Nice view over the bay. What we did not like were the pools: both not deep enough and full of children. The front desk at the check out tried to charge us for what we did not order, but with the absence of any proof (signature, etc, on the bill) they had to withdraw their claim (it might have been not cheating but mismanagement).

Perfect place to relax with your family or friends. There are several coffee shops nearby and within walking distance. I highly recommend staying in Clark. This place, formerly known by another name, still provides comfortable accommodations. The breakfast buffet is superb. The Wi-Fi is fast, allowing you to work efficiently. The rooms are a bit old but well-maintained. If you're feeling sporty, try getting up early for a brisk walk in the morning.

It was a very nice stay. The check in and check out was very smooth. The place was nice especially the beddings, I love that the blanket are thick and that the place is equipped. We were assigned next to the music room so it can get loud so how we wish we were assigned in a quieter room. Also utensils can also be provided. But overall, I loved it!

It was a very nice stay. The check in and check out was very smooth. The place was nice especially the beddings, I love that the blanket are thick and that the place is equipped. This is my first time staying at Prime Asia. I was very impressed by the quick service they had provided. They had done an excellence jobs on the room cleaning and willing to provide addition requested on the last minute. Will definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit recommend to friends.

Amazing hotel that has everything you need. Love the rooftop bar/club pool area especially for days when you don't want to go far to have a great time. Food was amazing and the spa and gym area kept me coming back for more treatments and great workouts to work off the extra food. Highly recommend this location as it's in a great spot accross from the mall or for those that want to explore the area with a lot of things in walking distance. Loved it so much I've already booked it again for my next return trip.

Location is very convenient if you're coming from the North and would want to spend few hours of rest before heading to the Clark International Airport for your flight. It's located near the Dau Bus Terminal where most buses from the north stop.

It was so great that they upgraded our rooom to a Presidential suite❤️❤️❤️ with ViP lounge access... We will definitely go back to this place... Thank You Clark Marriott!!!

Kakitangan dan perkhidmatan hotel dan restoran (MarkT) sangat baik. Bilik yang diberikan kepada kami mempunyai pemandangan yang hebat. Pasti akan kembali bersama keluarga saya pada masa akan datang.

The room is clean and very spacious. The layout of the room is also very ideal for those travelling for work or plan to do work while staying at the hotel. Facilities are great. Food is great! Have stayed in most of the hotels in the area, this is so far the best for me.

What Inlove anout this hotel is that they have an overnight restaurant that has a lot of menu and they also serve wines. They have variety of food as well. Their restaurant is called Hues with very nice color too. Lastly their toiletries, the scent is very nice. It doesn’t trigger my asthma. I really love the scent. Every place in this hotel was well maintained. By the way we rented 6 rooms out of the 6 rooms, only 1 is not cleaned. It is full of dust as per my 2 colleagues. They said the room hasn’t been used for quite a while maybe.

Our stay in Hilton Clark was very pleasant. I can’t stress about how friendly the staff was, they were really helpful, gentle and polite (despite my toddler son having some tantrums). The hotel overall was very clean, fragrant, posh and well kept. Upon entering, there's a small Duty Free store selling fragrances, wines, chocolates, bags and jewelries. Reception is at the 3rd floor and you have to take a long escalator. There's also a small ****** but we didn't check it out. Welcome drink was superb! It's worth it to claim as it was really good. We also then availed of their buy 1 take 1 happy hour promo. The room was cozy and the pool was super clean and nice. Wifi's fast. The pool water felt fresh and I think they have another way of maintaining since there's no smell of chlorine at all. Kuya lifeguard was also very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good! They offer not just black coffee but also the likes of latte & cappuccino. Hot choco taste legit! Bacon is also offered soft or crispy. Food is good. What I liked most in this hotel is the amenities for kids and their regard for safety. Apart from the 2-feet pool, they also have an outdoor playground, a spacious kid's area for biking where kids can choose 3 types of vehicle, a helmet provided, and most of all, they have a spacious indoor kid's playroom as an alternative activity area when it's scorching hot outside. Be sure for kids to wear shoes when they go biking and socks for the indoor play area. I also appreciated their attention to the kids' needs in that they have room slippers on kid size! Our daughter was so glad about it and said Hilton Clark is now her favorite hotel. Overall, it was indeed a very pleasant stay!
