Great service. Parking was kind of far. The pool was were nice and the beach was nice. The food was expensive and not really that great. There's a little restaurant on the beach. Adjacent to the hotel that has very good food. Very reasonable there's a lot of interesting stuff around there. Nightlife singers. It's interesting place walk around

Good day, I'll write my experience nung nag check in ako.. hmmmm so good naman. Everything is okay but I have a two (2) concerned hehe. 😅 1.) Ahm pagka may foods na kasama sa booking maybe lagyan nyo ng toothpick yung order na foods lalo na Pag meets 🥴🥴 yun lang HAHAHAHA. Second; pagka package ba kukunin na booking with free food, tapos yung food late na na deliver consider ba yun na free din?? Kasi nga po yung package na kinuha ko is may kasamang free food so, consider din ba na mababawasan yung amount dun sa package na bino-book ko?? 🤔🤔 Kanina kasi kinuha ko yung free meal ko and 8:40am ata yun nung pumunta ako sa front desk para kunin ko yung meal ko then , nag antay ako tapos ayun umabot yung Oras ng 10am yung Pag aantay ko hehe 🤦 then yung naka lagay sa Catalog is before 10mins dapat andyan na yung food if hindi? It's consider a FREE?! 2nd time here. It’s our quick escape when we want to celebrate a milestone sa family namin. Conveniently located sa heart of Angeles City. Literal na staycation kasi we don’t need to go out to eat dinner meron room service. Kaya we ordered our food sa Cactus Smokehouse and Fortune HK Seafood Resto. Plus meron pang promo na buy 1 drink and get one free sa cafe sebastian nila. Gusto ko yung iced matcha latte there. Free buffet breakfast is decent for the price. Meron lang lang food choices dun na hindi pasok sa panlasa ko that time. Lahat ng staff dun are welcoming.

The place is okay. It was fully packed when we arrived, so we had to wait a little before checking in. I don't think they were fully prepared for it. The hotel's prices are a bit high I know it's a holiday, but since we stayed four nights, We should have been able to get a lower rate. You might understand when you check in. I would recommend it, but maybe during a non holiday season. The hotel has two swimming pools one with a restaurant and the other on the 6th floor with a diner. Food: Not so great I would rate it 5/10. They are often out of stock for some orders. I say this respectfully all the staff are friendly, but at least in the pool area, they are not very attentive. Most are in the bar, not paying much attention except for one guy probably half filipino and something, with light skinned, who is always at the door serving us. He’s good and deserves a 10/10 rating. Room: It's okay, but not worth the price. The soap and shampoo are not good they are mini bar-sized. Regarding the room service, I would give the attendant “Ronnel”, I believe a 10/10. He was approachable and greeted us with a genuine smile. All activities are available, but it's better to ask directly outside the beach before approaching the hotel staff. Overall, I would give the hotel 8/10. I would come back, it's especially good for families with kids.

Hotel has a ******, staff are accommodating near restaurants, rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet ok but not great, overall good hotel except the AC was way too cold, called maintenance twice but to no avail

Rooms are not maintained. Shower is too dirty. Faucets are damaged. There are clothes left by previous occupants. But room is spacious.

The location is very convenient to the event that we are going to participate in. Very close to our favourite korean restaurant (Seoul), and Ayala Harbour Point. The hotel facilities are good and clean, there is an infinity pool at the roof deck and fitness centre at the 4th level. As for the room, this is one of the hotels we checked in that we feel relaxed, we have 2 double size beds, balcony overlooking the city and subic sea side, spacious T&B and living space wherein we manage to do our warm-up prior to the event. All the staff are very polite and hospitable. They have a restaurant we haven't tried since we preferred to eat in Seoul Resto, opposite of the street is the Royal Duty Free where you can buy other stuff that you might need during your stay.

The staff was able to accommodate our hospitality during our stay by greeting me and escorting our luggages but I was dissatisfied to learn that the hotel only offers plated breakfast and not a full buffet breakfast. You need a car or take an uber when you go around Clark because the hotel is 30min away from Clark if your appointment is there. What I loved about the hotel is the rooms are big and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The parking is free and there are a-lot of available free parking spots in the area. If you need to withdraw from an atm machine you have to drive 2min away to get to the nearest atm machine for cash needs. My sleep was very comfortable given the location and early closing time of nearby stores. Also, please bring your own napkin, toiletries, shampoo and soapbar because they do not refill the tank when you check-in

The location and the spa are the best things about this hotel. Spa personnel were really good and friendly. Everything else was average to bad. The restaurant food was pretty terrible. They need new chefs! I bought a birthday package that wasn't set up even though I spent days discussing via email with the hotel staff (3 people actually emailed me to work out the arrangements). Hotel staff, when you called from the room never picked up, in room dining hardly ever picked up. When they did they said they were busy and would call back - they never did. I bought a room that had 3 breakfasts per day included. When checking in they said I only had 2. I showed them the confirmation on Trip app. The manager proceeded to argue/seemed annoyed and told me to address it later because it was late. I chose to ignore it because they had already screwed up the birthday package and I WAS annoyed. But this is just the level of organization and management of this hotel. Overall, this place needs a management overhaul because it's not being run in a very organized manner nor do they seem to care about the little things like greeting people and being nice.
