Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! I have to give a special shout-out to Ginny at the front desk – her warm smile and proactive offer of assistance during check-in immediately made us feel welcome. After getting to the room, it felt a bit stuffy, and I noticed the window wasn't opening smoothly when I tried to air it out. I contacted the front desk to explain, and Ginny responded instantly. She promptly coordinated with the engineering team to come and inspect it, and she followed up continuously until the issue was completely resolved. Throughout the process, her attitude was incredibly patient and enthusiastic, with no hint of perfunctoriness; you could truly feel that she genuinely cared about the guests. This kind of detailed and proactive service really puts your mind at ease. If all hotel staff were as attentive as Ginny, the guest experience would be so much better. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone! 👍

Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

Dongying Wanda Realm hotel is very comfortable and the best I have stayed in Dongying. Spacious, quality rooms, very clean with excellent facilities, particularly the pool and gym, and with very attentive, pleasant and helpful staff, especially Andrew who has provided excellent assistance over my many stays. Highly recommended for short or long stays as the go-to hotel in Dongying.

When it comes to prime locations, no one beats the Shangri-La. Both the spring and city views are absolutely stunning. The Baotu Spring offers unique beauty in every season, and Quancheng Square is consistently spacious and prominent year-round. The hotel has been open for some years now. The public areas and facilities are still quite good, but the in-room amenities are rather outdated. The room isn't huge, and the bathroom feels a bit cramped. For the same room type, the InterContinental's bathroom design is much more practical. The in-room equipment definitely shows its age, though it's maintained reasonably well, and the cleanliness is excellent. The shower is ancient, lacking a rain shower head, and the handheld shower is difficult to use; no matter how I adjusted it, it sprayed towards the wall, making showering quite a hassle. The drainage isn't very smooth either. Even the clothes hangers are worn out but still in use. The complimentary drinking water is the cheapest kind available, and the dental kit is practically unusable. Shangri-La, can't you procure some better quality items? These aren't even expensive. Otherwise, you'll lose all your guests. I called guest services twice from the room phone, and no one picked up. It's quite surprising to encounter such a flaw in a five-star hotel. However, the overall service at Shangri-La is very good. The staff are warm, attentive, and polite. The Christmas atmosphere on the ground floor, both inside and out, is very festive. The excellent location significantly enhances the value for money at Shangri-La Jinan.

An unforgettable business trip! I stayed at the Jining Wanda Realm Hotel for a business trip and found it to be exceptional value for money. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly attentive. I usually enjoy tea, so I asked for two extra bottles of water, and they proactively brought four. The next morning, I went for breakfast. The restaurant boasts a beautiful garden area, and though it was raining and I couldn't dine outside, it didn't impact my experience in the slightest. The food selection was extensive, and I was pleasantly surprised to find so many local Jining delicacies. It felt like I could savor all of Jining's cuisine right there in the hotel! Absolutely delightful! Next time I visit Jining, I will definitely stay at the Jining Wanda Realm Hotel again!

I had a very satisfying stay at MGM. The butler, Miss Ella, made me feel right at home. She arranged a great room for me and constantly checked in on my experience, asking if I needed any help with anything. She even upgraded my mini-bar snacks and drinks and gave me two adorable little lions, which my wife loved! Next time I'm in Qingdao, I'll definitely stay here again. To the hotel management: please give Miss Ella a raise! Employees like her should be promoted quickly to retain them, as they are key to making Qingdao MGM better and more complete.

Excellent stay experience. A hotel brand stands true for its reputation. My request for early check in was considered without any hassle. Was pleasantly surprised especially after a long journey. Could not use other services such as spa, gym etc. breakfast varied and really delicious ! Loved the design of room balcony and the view very much ! In room dining was quick and pleasant.

The Hampton by Hilton Liaocheng has excellent front desk service, is very clean, and pays attention to details. The mattress is comfortable, the shower has great water pressure and quick hot water, making for a pleasant bathing experience. The internet speed is fast, which is convenient for work, and parking is also very easy with a free parking lot, which is reassuring. The hotel's location is also quite good.

Escaping the winter dust, I arrived in Jinan and checked into the Shangquan Lishe Baotu Spring branch. The stay was comfortable, the food delicious, and the view from the window added an extra touch of surprise. The scene inspired me to write a poem: Small Railing (An Accidental Stay at Shangquan): Indeed, winter has come to Jinan, a place more beautiful than the Jiangnan region. Green waves and hints of red, plump pines and slender willows, reflecting in the window. The White Dragon (Baotu Spring) graciously invites the Green Lotus (Li Qingzhao), beneath the bright moon and small railing. Leaning against the rocks, holding a book, one fishing, the other pondering fish, I push aside my pillow to listen to the spring. Thanks to Xiaoxue for the excellent service.
