Hotel Dengan Pools di Bio Bio, Chile

Breakfast was so good. It was the best breakfast I've ever had in South America. The price was good, especially the sofa in the room was really comfortable. It was nice to have a coffee pot and an iron, and the sports facilities were very good. If there are chain stores elsewhere, I want to go.

Todo bien excepto que al llegar aprox 12,45 hrs ,nos hicieron el check in a las 15 hrs y no fue por falta de habitaciones,ya que el hotel ,tenía una baja ocupación. Nos había pasado unos meses antes y me parece que no es una política del hotel ,muy amistosa . Situación que no ocurre con otros hoteles ,que si tienen disponibilidad realizan un early check in.

I love this hotel chain, the best thing was the breakfast but I feel like they need a heated pool. I went with kids and the cold one didn't work for us, it was a bit boring.

The hotel is very deteriorated, it has moisture, walls screwed and blown by filters.
