El nivel de este hotel es impresionante. Estuve por negocios principalmente pero claramente es un destino que repetiria cuando vuelva de vacaciones a Santa Ana. Me fascino la estetica del hotel, especialmente cuando uno se quiere desconectar, perfecto para descansar y pasar un rato agradable incluso dentro de la habitacion.

I spent 4 nights in this hotel in October 2024. On the positive side: 1. The rooms are clean 2. The A/C worked well 3. The shower had HOT water and good water pressure. 4. The breakfast (included in my rate) was okay. Not great, but okay. 5. The central square where all the historic buildings are is about a 15 minute walk away. 6. Iron and Ironing board were already in the room. 7. Two bottles of drinking water provided daily. On the negative side: 1. No in-room coffee maker. 2. The small desk was good for computer work, but it would have been better if there was a power outlet within reach of it. I had to work on battery power and then move the computer to the other side of the room to charge up the battery again at one of the two power outlets in the room (next to the bed). 3. No power outlets in the bathroom. 4. No comfortable padded chair to just relax in. Sit on the edge of the bed or lay on the bed to read or relax, but a comfy chair to relax in would have been nice. Over all, not bad. It is the only hotel I've stayed at in Santa Ana, so I can't compare it to others in that city.

A localização é bem próxima ao centro histórico. O hotel é um casarão antigo, então as mobílias são um pouco velhas, do estilo da época. Foi relativamente difícil de achar, pois a porta fica fechada e só tem um letreiro básico na fachada. A manutenção poderia ser um pouco melhor, tem mofo na parede do quarto e falta ventilação. O funcionário era bem solicito, mas tinha acabado de começar a trabalhar e precisa de um treinamento mais profundo para conseguir ajudar os turistas com dicas básicas sobre por exemplo onde comer e onde achar um supermercado próximo.

Good jumping off point for the Santa Ana volcano. As far as the city, the Hotel is in a strange location across from a gas station and is 5 blocks from the historic center of Santa Ana, but there isn't much to see aside from a church. Nice staff, clean room, basic accommodations. Nothing special, but was adequate for our needs.
