The pictures of the toilet published online are not accurate.
Some parts of the hotel are underconstruction.
The pool is very good.
All reception stuff don't speak english, it was very hard to communicate.

Muy limpio y cómodo, cumple las expectativas de un 5 estrellas. Tiene dos piscinas, una interior y una exterior. La ubicación no está mal, pero pilla un poco lejos del centro.

The most annoying thing happened during our 3 days’ stay. the room cards they gave us wouldn’t work and we had to run to the lobby at least 5 times. it seems the system is outdated. When I asked them why cant they make it work once and for all, a receptionist told me it happens when we carry the card along with other cars such as bank visa etc which did not make sense at all considering we ve been travelling a lot and using the same room access card without any trouble at all.
Plus, the AC system is very old that makes a lot of noise. I would say the stay was not pleasant and was not justified for the money we paid. I hope they take this comments objectively and make improvements.

Otelin konumu, eşsiz manzarası, çalışan arkadaşların güler yüzlü ve kaliteli hizmetleriyle keyifli bir konaklam oldu. Otopark küçük olmasına karşın hiç park sorunu yaşamadık. Temizlik oldukça iyiydi, kahvaltısı ise benzer otellere göre çok daha iyiydi.

Pertama sekali, saya boleh katakan bahawa lokasinya adalah yang terbaik di Adana. Hotel yang sangat bersih dan terawat dengan baik. Satu-satunya kritikan ialah bufet sarapan pagi dihidangkan oleh pelayan. Anda tidak mendapat apa yang anda mahukan. Anda tidak dapat melihat apa yang ada dalam sarapan pagi. Anda boleh makan apa sahaja yang dibawa oleh pelayan.

Its clean, comfortable & affordable. The highlight of my stay at the hotel is the customer service! From reception to room attendant, everyone is very friendly and attentive. I really appreciated the fact that the hotel returned me a day's stay (even though it was a non-refundable booking) when I had to check out one day early. 😌

GGuest UserThe hotel was fine I mean it was really cold we were freezing at night and the breakfast was really bad I didn't like it had nothing only the soup was good and when we were getting our room the man wrote the paper wrong,I well give it three stars I wont recommend to stay here again if I come back to adana

SSeyhun S.Otel genel itibariyle çok iyi. Görünümü, temizliği, ulaşılabilirliği ve odalarıyla birlikte ***et yeterli. Klimalar eski, yeteri kadar ısıtmıyor. Fakat resepsiyonda bulunan görevliler sanki otel ile hiç bir alakaları yokmuş gibi, biz değil onlar misafirmiş gibi davranış sergiliyorlar. Bir şeyi söylemek, yaptırtmak veya rica etmek konusunda epey tedirgindik resepsiyon için. Temizlik personeli fazlasıyla iyi, mutfak ekibi işinde başarılıydı.

GGuest UserI would stay here again. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, & close to the beach. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The Hotel restaurant was not in use, but the town centre with shops & restaurants was only a 15 minute walk & my room had a mini fridge where I could keep food fresh.

EEkaterina BVery good hotel next to the historic center of Adana. Nearby all the sights in pedestrian accessibility. Excellent breakfast, very large choice of dishes, lots of different delicious cheeses. Everything else. Very good rooms, comfortable bed. Part of the rooms go to the busy road if you sleep a little bit, take the berushi. Near the subway station and the bus stop from the airport. I recommend this hotel with pleasure.

GGezginnnThe hotel's location is only in a very noisy place. When I first entered the room, there was a very heavy cigarette smell that was cracked into the whole room. I managed with a night lamp. I didn't cool the refrigerator. The hair dryer was bad and was almost old. There was no sound in the rooms, the phone was on the side of the room, I informed the officer about what was talking, I warned the staff in the room, but they continued to make noise. The staff approach was generally good, except for these. I was very happy. I was generally unhappy, will I never stay again, an hotel that doesn't deserve his money, don't be cheated with the view, etc.
