Coach and Horses

I have an occasional love affair with the Barnes village Coach and Horses. It's a pub I rarely get to but when I do the warmth and comfort are superb. The log fire, the handled glasses, bevelled windows and etched glass panels really do it for me. Wood panelling wraps itself sround the bar room, while the bar itself is propped up by barrels. The beer choice is less exciting it must be said, with Youngs being the ale of choice. There's also plenty of space out the back, most of it covered. Put all of that together and you've got a really good place to settle in for the afternoon.
