Erg mooie camping. Groot emplacement met eigen wc, douche en buitenkeuken. Pool en restaurant en winkel zijn aanwezig. Blak bij Anderson Gate van Etosha NP gelegen. Je krijgt er waar voor je geld en met een beetje geluk komt een olifant langs het waterhole dat aan de camping grenst.

奧普沃，可能沒人知道，是一個不出名的小城；辛巴族人，當今仍處於原始部落的社羣，恐怕來納米比亞的遊客知道的人不少。來奧普沃，就是要親眼目睹辛巴族人的生活狀態，不看辛巴族人，沒必要來奧普沃。我們驅車600多公里，歷時9個多小時，在傍晚前趕到奧普沃。奧普沃鄉村酒店處於一個大山坡上，大堂和餐廳的佈置比較得體，有吸引力，但客房的佈置就非常簡單了，沒什麼可稱讚的。晚餐我們在夕陽下用餐，太陽徐徐落下，餘暉映紅了半邊天，紅的美啊，難以用語言表達，我稱它為“納米比亞紅”，無與倫比。如果您想去辛巴族人村落，跟酒店前台説，衹要花銀子，他們會安排專人陪您去。

Отель не оправдал ожиданий. За 3 недели путешествия самый дорогой отель. Номера на двоих маленькие, холодильника нет. Вид из балкона печальный. Смотрите на стену из маленьких деревьев. Нам поменяли без доплат на семейный номер. Они большие, находятся ближе к ресторану и вид соответственно не на лес, а как бы выше, т.к. ресторан и главный корпус находится на возвышенности. Чем дальше номер от ресторана, тем домик ниже и вид никакой. Мы ходили в бассейн у ресторана, вода теплая. Брали ужин 500 нам.дол на человека. Ужин шведский стол без напитков. На ужине очень темно, лампы, стоящие на столе очень туслые. Не видишь, что ты ешь. Ужин вкусный, но все равно для Намибии очень дорогой.

The hotel is located slightly off the main road, and the turn-off doesn’t match the map, which can make it tricky to find after dark. Don’t look for an “Etosha Village” sign on the highway — instead, follow the sign for Taleni Etosha Lodge.
Accommodation is good: spacious rooms overlooking the bush where antelopes graze, and a nice selection of dishes in the restaurant.
If you arrive in the Etosha area after 5 p.m., when the park gates are already closed, this is the best choice. The lodge is only 10 minutes from Anderson Gate. Everything here is much better than at NWR lodges — the only downside is no night access to the waterhole.
The lodge also offers guided safari tours.

Veel ritsen van tent waren echter defect.

We absolutely loved this lodge—such a peaceful, cozy gem tucked away in the Mopane forest, perfect for unwinding after a long drive en route to Etosha or Swakopmund. The staff were top-notch, as always with Gondwana Collection lodges, delivering that warm Namibian hospitality. And also a fabulous cat Sasha who stole the show!

Eine absolut außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Einfach nur sprachlos. Die Architektur. Die Lage. Das Restaurant ganz oben auf dem Berg ist ein wiegendes Abenteuer für sich. Die Vielfalt der Tiere. Ich würde es jedem absolut empfehlen und werde selbst ganz sicher wiederkommen. Danke auch an steph vom Check in.

NNataliaRThe hotel did not live up to expectations. For 3 weeks of travel, the most expensive hotel. The double rooms are small, there is no refrigerator. The view from the balcony is sad. Look at the wall of small trees. We were upgraded to a family room at no additional charge. They are large, located closer to the restaurant and the view is accordingly not of the forest, but as if higher, because... The restaurant and main building are located on a hill. The further the room is from the restaurant, the lower the house and the less view. We went to the pool near the restaurant, the water was warm. We took dinner for 500 US dollars per person. Dinner buffet without drinks. It is very dark at dinner, the lamps on the table are very dim. You can't see what you're eating. The dinner is delicious, but still very expensive for Namibia.

We drove more than 600 kilometers, took more than 9 hours, and arrived at Opvo before the evening. The Opvo Country Hotel is located on a large hillside, and the lobby and restaurant are more decent and attractive, but the layout of the rooms is very simple and nothing to praise. For dinner we dine in the sunset, the sun is slowly setting, the embers are half red, the red beauty, it is difficult to express in words, I call it ”Namibia red”, unparalleled.
