Biliknya besar. Lokasi yang strategik, bas ulang-alik percuma ke lapangan terbang dan pintu sempadan. Tiada rungutan. Sarapan pagi di Imperial House agak memuaskan tetapi menjadi membosankan selepas beberapa hari. Secara keseluruhannya untuk harga yang berpatutan, saya rasa kami akan kembali lagi.

Excellent Stay – Perfect Location and Spacious Room!
Score: 5/5 (Highly Recommended)
I came to Macau this time mainly to attend the SEVENTEEN concert and enjoy some leisure time around the city. Staying at this hotel made my trip even more perfect!
Here are a few things I absolutely loved about my stay:
Spacious & Beautiful Room: The room itself is incredibly spacious with a great, open view that lets in plenty of natural light. As you can see from the photos, the bathroom is not only huge but also beautifully designed and spotlessly clean.
Prime Location: The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to get around. It is incredibly close to many famous attractions and entertainment hubs. For instance, it only took me about a 10-minute walk to get to the Grand Lisboa.
Comfort & Service: The bed was extremely comfortable, offering a great night's sleep after a long, exciting night at the concert. The staff were also polite and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, I am 100% satisfied with my experience. It offers fantastic value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Macau!

The Londoner Grand Macau – Suite Experience Review
Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good night’s rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, we’ve experienced excellent service before—but what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level.
During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard service—it felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means.
The suite itself was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family.
We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests.
The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviar—something that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.

Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣

Very nice hotel. I went there to celebrate my mom's birthday and they had made some room decorations for us. My mom had a pleasant stay and was very satisfied with the surprise! One thing I would comment on was that the pillow had some stains and the toilet paper roll didn't have a spare one around. It was my last day in the room so I didn't call down for it but I think the hotel should prepare a spare one in case of emergency. The location was okay but you do have to walk a long way to go to the free shuttle bus and the LRT.

Terletak berhampiran bandar lama Macau. Berjalan kaki dari kebanyakan tempat. Kolam renang yang bagus, tidak dipanaskan, bilik wap dan sauna yang hebat. Pemandangan sungai yang bagus. Bilik sangat selesa dan besar. Reka bentuk agak tua, memerlukan sedikit penyegaran. Agak mahal untuk apa itu, tiada sarapan pagi. Penuh dengan keluarga dan kanak-kanak di mana-mana, bahagian biasa yang bising semasa cuti Cina. Kakitangan yang baik, sangat membantu.

Hotel room is spacious with a nice harbour view. Staff are polite and nice too. I saw they got pillow selections in room for guests that I would like to have a try. However, the phone in the room seems not connected to neither housekeeping nor front desk.

The stay was great until i was about to check out. The hotel gave coupons for shopping at one of their duty free shops, before checking out, I wanted to buy something but the moment i went in the cdf shop, the sales lady kept following me around even when i was trying to get away from her. I felt judged like i was a thief where i just wanted to buy something! Seriously, really upset that i didnt end up buying anything.

Amazing experience, room was huge and comfy. Staff were very friendly, place is walkable to many local eateries etc, free shuttle bus to studio city should you wish to head over to the touristy ****** place, my parents enjoyed the stay alot. Thank you for making their 38 yrs anniversary memorable with the decorations etc. My young niece and nephew of 3s and 4s enjoyed the huge bathtub as well. Very nice view from the hotel room as well. We will definitely consider staying here again when we are back in Macau

GGuest UserThe Londoner Macao is excellent in every aspect – facilities, location, and service. It's also very convenient to get around, offering fantastic value for money.
My only complaints are that the pillows aren't comfortable and the shower enclosure isn't sealed well enough, so water leaks out, leaving the floor quite wet after showering. These two issues are consistent every time.

GGuest UserFantastic experience! The L'Occitane toiletries were a lovely touch and great value for money. The room service staff were also very friendly, and the front desk actively helped with luggage. The only minor downside was that the hotel facilities were a bit old, especially the hairdryer which was very, very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was also a lot of limescale in the corners around the bathroom.

22月份的訪客There were two things I was happy with, and two things I wasn't.
This was our first time in Macau. We’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels before, so we didn't have high expectations, but Studio City Macau pleasantly surprised us. When I booked on Trip.com, I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration and asked if the hotel could arrange a birthday setup or cake, but I didn't receive any reply. At check-in, the front desk didn't seem aware of this request either. However, I must highly commend Marco from the front desk; he added 80 points to our experience at this hotel! 👍🏽 After hearing my request, Marco proactively arranged for the decorations to be set up after we left the room, asked what time I wanted the cake delivered, and then even extended our check-out time, adding, “The most important thing is to have fun.” Marco felt genuinely friendly, not like the jaded or robotic staff you sometimes encounter at other 5-star hotels. He showed genuine warmth and was very patient in answering our other questions. Furthermore, every request we made via the in-room phone was met with polite, patient, and accommodating service from the staff, which truly made us feel at home.
The second thing I want to praise is the hotel room. I honestly didn't have any expectations for the hotel, as it’s not a brand-new property, so I anticipated it might be a bit dated. But I was pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped in! The room's hardware was well-maintained, and its cleanliness was perhaps the most spotless I've ever encountered in a hotel. You could tell from the bathroom – not a single water stain! No hair, no dust, the bathtub was incredibly clean, and we were very satisfied. The room also came with complimentary snacks, drinks, and fruit, which was a lovely bonus. The only minor drawback was that the TV wasn't a Smart TV, so if you wanted to watch Netflix from your phone, you had to ask the front desk for an external connector. Also, the room felt much larger than it appeared in the photos, which was another great surprise.
Now for the two things I was unhappy with:
First, while most hotel staff were very nice, a few male concierges were utterly unprofessional and rude – worse than what you’d find in a low-grade hotel. Both times we approached the concierge with questions, their attitude was like that of *****; they rolled their eyes and were impatient, even though three of them were just standing around chatting, not busy. Our questions were very simple.
Me: “Excuse me, what facilities are exclusively for hotel guests?”
Concierge: (Dismissive, unwelcoming tone) “Huh? None.”
Me: (But the front desk mentioned a sauna near the water park? We also bought park tickets, so I wanted to clarify.) “Like, the gym? Pool? Sauna?”
Concierge: “You have to pay!”
Me: (What’s wrong with paying? My question wasn't about whether it’s free or not.) “So, which facilities are there?”
Concierge: “They're all closed.” (It was around 9 PM at the time.)
I have to commend Marco again, because his excellent service kept our spirits high throughout our stay, so we didn't bother arguing with those concierge '*****'. However, because of them, I can only give the service 4 stars.
The second dissatisfaction: The hotel breakfast.
The concierge told us breakfast hours were from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We arrived at 10:29 AM, only to be told that breakfast was actually from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. We rushed to grab food, but a male restaurant staff member was already competing with us, clearing away food and tongs. He even threw food away right in front of us, preventing us from taking any… was he really in such a hurry? We were helpless and asked him for tongs, but he impatiently told us to find other tongs that hadn't been cleared yet. We sat down, and by 10:50 AM, a female staff member came over to rush us, saying they needed to do a deep clean. I ate my food under pressure in 20 minutes and left, feeling utterly uncomfortable. There were still many people in the restaurant at the time; we weren't the only ones.

GGuest UserThe hygiene is good, and the sea-view breakfast environment is pleasant. It's convenient to get there by taking the Galaxy Shuttle and crossing the skybridge after getting off. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to The Venetian, but it only runs a few times a day. The facilities are a bit old, especially the hairdryer. A deposit of 500 MOP is required, payable only by Alipay or cash, WeChat is not accepted. The service is decent; I didn't have a power adapter for charging, and they sent one up immediately.

GGuest UserTraveling with my daughter, her classmate, and her mom (a party of four), we came from Hong Kong to the Parisian Macao. The hotel package included two round-trip First Class Cotai Water Jet tickets, which made the price incredibly good value for money. The hotel's decor is grand and luxurious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Indoor walkways connect to The Londoner and The Venetian, making shopping and entertainment super convenient. You can even enjoy a light show at night. All the staff were patient and polite, especially YOYO at the front desk, who was exceptionally thoughtful. She meticulously explained the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and transportation options. Her service was attentive and thorough. We were extremely satisfied with this stay!

The hotel's environment, hygiene, facilities, and service attitude are all quite good, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Macau.

楊楊潞樺This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved.

Both its architecture and service are top-notch!
We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm.
The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it.
The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable!
This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far!

TTuchengqugaoshiExcellent stay! This time, my experience was a delightful surprise. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was dry and sparkling, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. Any requests were handled promptly. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway and the food street, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The soundproofing is excellent, allowing for a peaceful rest even though it's in a busy area. For its price range, it offers unbeatable value for money. I've already recommended it to my friends.

JJulia GrebenevaExcellent hotel located in the green part of Coloane Island. It's a very peaceful area with sea views from the window. Quiet, with the sounds of the jungle. I love walking on forest trails, and near the hotel, there's plenty of space – huge parks with well-maintained paths for hill walks. You could probably explore different trails for a week. I really enjoyed it. In the center of the park, there's a massive A-Ma sculpture and a Buddhist temple.
The hotel doesn't have its own beach access, but it does have swimming pools. There's a public beach nearby, so it's not an issue.
I was very pleased with the bedding in the room – the mattress was perfectly soft, and the blanket was well-chosen, making it ideal for sleeping with the air conditioning on, neither too hot nor too cold.
The hotel isn't new; it seems to have been built in 1993, and there's a certain charm to its slightly older feel. Some of the old furniture and wooden doors remained in the room, which I found beautiful.
The breakfasts were superb – delicious and varied. I wasn't impressed with the lunch and dinner menu at the ground-floor cafe; it was expensive and uninspired. The Japanese cafe upstairs was decent. There's a street cafe near the hotel, towards the beach, which seemed good, but I didn't eat there.
I'm very satisfied with my stay; it's a beautiful, green part of the island. A pleasant hotel that I recommend.
