We stayed for 5 nights at The Londoner Grand (Bond Tower) on level 16, facing a near open garden and a far land of further development; side viewing of Studio City, not really a fantastic external view but a spacious internal which is good enough for 2 pax.  We felt room was clean the very 1st night.  Subsequently nights until the night before check-out, room didn’t seem to vacuum as we still saw strands of hair left on the toilet’s flooring.  Throughout the 5 nights, we were quite perturbed about not having a Smart TV in this considered new hotel in this era.  Pillows were a little too soft for us.  But, we were delighted that the front-desk staff able to help reserved memory foam pillows on top of the soft pillows for the subsequent nights. We have no other complains except the above.  In fact, services rendered from the front-desk were superb.  We would love to commend Ms Melody for her exceptional dedication of services rendered to us upon checked-in on the very first night.  She’s very polite, friendly and helpful.  She initiated giving attractions and shows information after knowing we hadn’t been visited Macau for the last 10 years; and when we were in need to exchange smaller HKD notes, she went all the way to the back office to help us exchanged.  We were grateful to have met Melody who also helped to ensure arranging a Birthday cake to be sent to our room on a specific timing.  Apart from praising the service staffs, we love using the Smeg kettle for making our coffee and tea.  Best is, the Jo Loves Pomelo Body Lotion that The Londoner Grand provides, leave the room in really nice fragrance after applying on our bodies. This makes me go all the way to source and purchase after returning to our home country, hehe…

First of all, the hotel's service was excellent with very prompt responses, which is a big plus. Secondly, I need to bring up an issue with the bed and pillows—they were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was exceptionally hard. As for the pillows, of the two provided, one was way too soft and the other way too high. Even after requesting a latex pillow replacement, it turned out to be super-duper hard! Perhaps because I had just been hiking that day and my whole body was already sore, combined with the uncomfortable bed, I didn't fall asleep until past 2 AM, only to wake up in unbearable discomfort around 3 AM, and barely managed to fall back asleep until past 5 AM. The sleep experience was just awful. No matter how good everything else is, it doesn't matter if you can't get a decent night's sleep.

The room is pretty much the same as a standard room in any ordinary hotel, but the view is absolutely top-notch. It faces The Parisian and The Londoner directly, so you can enjoy the Eiffel Tower light show anytime at night. I'd recommend staying around the 20th floor, specifically near room 108. The lobby has a Broadway vibe. Around noon, checking in and leaving luggage both required a bit of a wait. The shopping area here is a bit more down-to-earth compared to the neighboring hotels—no real luxury brands. However, you can easily walk over to The Parisian and The Londoner, it's quite close. The dining options are inferior to other hotels; none of the restaurants are particularly well-known, giving off more of a food court vibe. As for the iconic Golden Reel (figure-8) Ferris wheel, it's a pity it faces the wrong direction and doesn't offer much of a view. If it faced the Cotai Strip like the room did, it would definitely be a hugely popular photo spot. Didn't visit the famous water park, but it looked quite large. The hotel collaborates with Disney, so the vibe is great for families with kids. There are free shuttle buses to the ferry terminal and the airport.

Thanks to Coco and Alax at the front desk. We originally booked a standard king room, but since none were ready for check-in at the moment, they upgraded us to a suite. The room was spacious and very clean, and room service requests were answered promptly. Grand Resort Deck is just across the street, which is super convenient. The hotel breakfast also offered a great variety of choices, though you have to wait in line during peak hours. We had a wonderful two-day stay in Macau!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at Pousada Hotel in Macau. The location is convenient and the area is quiet, which makes it a nice place to relax after exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the traditional Portuguese-style atmosphere, which gives the hotel a unique charm compared with modern hotels in Macau. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Macau.

I specifically chose to travel during the off-peak period on October 6th, but there was still a queue at check-in. With over 20 staff members handling check-ins, it was clear the hotel had an extremely high occupancy rate. The hotel features a magnificent European royal style, exuding luxury and elegance. The gym is huge, easily accommodating dozens of people working out at the same time. I especially loved the swimming pool in the morning—it wasn't crowded, the water was very clean, and the staff were attentive. As soon as guests arrived to swim, they immediately prepared two large towels and a glass of lemonade, bringing them right to the lounge chairs. The brunch buffet is 398 AUD per person, but you can get a 10% discount by signing up for Sands Rewards. The quality of the buffet is top-notch, and I highly recommend it.

When checking in, I specifically asked the front desk staff for a quiet room. Even though it was on a lower floor, they thoughtfully arranged a room not facing the road, and indeed, there was no street noise. However, I could still hear the sound of people opening doors next door and water running, which suggests the walls might be a bit thin. Breakfast is included with the stay now. While the selection isn't huge, with mostly standard breakfast items, it's definitely filling. The pork chop with fruit juice was particularly flavorful.

Staying at the Grand Lisboa Palace was a wonderful surprise. Upon learning that we were celebrating a birthday, the front desk upgraded us to a Deluxe Garden View Suite and even gave us a chocolate birthday cake as a gift. Thank you so much, Grand Lisboa Palace! Having such a pleasant surprise for our very first stay to celebrate a birthday was amazing. I will definitely choose the Grand Lisboa Palace as my top choice again in the future.

This time, I brought my mother to City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau for her birthday, and we had a truly unforgettable experience. Many thanks to the thoughtful front desk team, who prepared a birthday cake, flowers, fruits, and snacks in the room beforehand. This pleasant surprise deeply touched us. The 37th-floor room they arranged offered a superb view. The room's design featured soft lines, gentle lighting, and comfortable bedding. The hotel's calming essential oils and spray were also a thoughtful touch. In the evening, we could see drone performances outside the window, which was a fantastic experience. Both the hotel's architecture and interior design are avant-garde and modern, offering a visually stunning experience. It's conveniently located next to The House of Dancing Water, making it very easy to catch a show. From design to service, City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau truly sets a benchmark for modern hotels. We had a wonderful birthday trip and highly recommend it.

😍 If you're looking for the best value for money among luxury resort-style hotels, this place is truly wonderful 😌 🏠 The interior design is very upscale, blending a Southeast Asian resort vibe with the signature glamorous opulence of Macau. While it's not super close to the casinos, you can get there in about 20 minutes on the hotel shuttle or 10-odd minutes by taxi. 🏋️‍♀️ The gym and pool area are both extremely quiet and comfortable. I actually ended up buying a swimsuit at the last minute just so I could go swimming, haha. 🍚 We tried both the Chinese and Japanese restaurants at the hotel. Personally, I thought the Japanese food was better, while the Chinese cuisine was pretty average. The Japanese food was super fresh and delicious. 👍 A big thank you to Ceci at the front desk for upgrading the room for us two mother-daughter duos. Having a small balcony to dry our swimsuits and soak up the sun made this stay even more delightful.
