The rooms are nice and clean. The staff has always been nice. My only complaints are that the heat in the room didn’t seem to work for awhile. It seems like you don’t really control the temperature yourself. Also, the parking is $30/night.

Based solely on price to value, this would be 3.5 stars out of 5. Bedding, towels, and floor were clean, but the room smelled of decades of cigarette smoking. Opening the window and running the air helped. Continental breakfast is cereal, bread, or pancakes, but at least they had some sad-looking fruit. Front desk was friendly.

I had a great experience at Best western Brooklyn Center Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a restful stay. The location is convenient, close to local attractions. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for budget travelers!

Staying here has been the best experience I’ve had at any hotel

Arrived at airport and called in to get shuttle bus. After 45 min wait took a Uber. Arrived. Surprising that as a Marriott Bonvoy wasn’t recognized. This is a first. Lobby is ok. But the rooms need a complete overhaul. Cold air blowing from wall heater. Room wasn’t cleaned after staying 3 nights. Garbage pilled up in ice room. Definitely not a normal Marriott experience. Front desk manager Shelly was very friendly. Made a difference. Ok now on to the bar in the lobby. Started out rough. The bartender seemed loss. I asked if I could watch hockey game and he couldn’t find. No effort. For hockey town I was shocked. But came back the next night and Zander was working. Such a sweet young fella. Made up for the previous experience 100%. Highly recommend if Zander is working

Great service very understanding employees, didn't really like how they had put the breakfast in a bag; because of COVID-19. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The pool was great as well!

From the moment I made my reservation, I knew I was in for a special experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. When I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the place. The rooms were even more stunning than they looked in the pictures, and the amenities were beyond compare. I had an unforgettable stay, and I can't wait to return.

Excelente hotel

IMO The value/convenience of airport hotels is being able to WALK FROM YOUR ROOM to check in , check your bags, then walk to TSA. This is not possible at this hotel. For some reason this hotel ( property is beautiful BTW) was built so that you need a shuttle from the hotel to the terminal which is literally 500 feet away. Best case scenario if you ONLY HAVE CARRY ONG BAGS and if ( BIG IF as TSA has very limited hours at the hotel connection ) TSA is open you can walk from your room to the boarding gate providing you have a boarding pass. If you have checked bags you have to use the shuttle or as in our case walk outside to the terminal. In reality be prepared to sign up for a shuttle the day before, be prepared to walk downstairs and find a lobby of 50 or more people waiting for one shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. We signed up for the night before a 4am shuttle, arrived at 3:45 am and come 4:45am were still waiting for a ride to the terminal so we actually walked across roads with airport traffic to the terminal............most of the walk had no sidewalks. It was walk or miss our flight. Oh did I mention parking is $29 a night plus tax ? We found it FAR easier, cheaper, more reliable and much less stress to book a hotel a mile or 2 away from offsite parking , stay at that hotel and drive ourselves to off site parking in the morning vs ( EZ air park has multiple shuttles running) fighting for a shuttle. I really HATE writing this review as we stay at the Tampa ( TPA) airport Marriott often and we can walk from our room with all of our bags to the ticketing area then through TSA. When I saw this hotel being built I was excited as it COULD HAVE been a perfect spot the night before a flight............why security is set up the way it is I have no idea and unfortunately it can't be fixed.

We stayed at the Four a Seasons for a quick weekend. They emailed in advance of our stay to see if we needed a car service, dinner reservations, and to gather other preferences. Everything was exquisite from start to finish. This is a brand new Four Seasons (and my new favorite)! A spa treatment is a must—I booked a massage with Lindsey and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! The only (small) minus is that the co-ed hot tub was in the same area as the indoor pool. So there are children in the area (with all that entails). But there is also. Hot tub, sauna, etc within the gendered locker rooms that are kid free, so plenty of alternative options.

I wanted a place close the the Mall of America so I could shop and come and go to all the activities for my 8 yr old son. The Hotel was perfect .. never had to experience the cold weather in my 4 day stay, as I simply needed to leave our coats in the room and use the sky bridge and we were inside the mall. The room was clean and I felt safe during my entire stay. The price was fair in my opinion and I will stay there again on my next shopping spree.

DO NOT STAY HERE. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY HOTEL MANAGEMENT. BEWARE OF ATTACHED MARRIOTT PARKING” PARKING GARAGE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING SOMEWHERE ELSE. Stayed here the past week with my Nephew celebrating his high school graduation. We had a fantastic time in the city and were a quick walking distance to Target Field and the Target Center. The Twins were in town all week so we attended three of their games. We also went to the Vikings preseason game vs the Raiders, which was also within walking distance. Tonight we went to the Lynx game at the Target Center vs the Mystics. BEWARE if parking in the attached parking garage! The one plastered with all the signs that say “Marriott Parking.” Apparently they aren’t affiliated with the garage. I was told tonight by the manager that their contract ended 4 months ago. I guess that is not enough time for the garage OR the Marriott to take down all of the signs saying “Marriott Parking.” I guess it also isn’t enough time for the Marriott to train their front desk staff on the fact that they should no longer instruct guests to park there anymore since the contract for the affiliation no longer exists. I can’t help but feel like it's a flat out lie. If your affiliation with another business ended FOUR MONTHS ago, then either party would have ensured by now that all signs advertising the affiliation would be taken down. I have been grossly overcharged multiple times during our stay for parking in the attached garage. The Marriott manager wants no part of helping me, accepts no responsibility for me being told to park there, and offered absolutely no assistance in helping me contact the garage or secure a refund for the overcharges. The front desk attendant I first spoke to about it called “the manager” who was allegedly in his car driving on his way home. He made some incorrect statements to “the manager” and neglected to correct himself when I pointed out what he said was not correct. When the call ended I asked for the manager's business card. The front desk attendant went “out back” to get one for me and came back with “the manager.” When I asked if this was the manager that was just on the phone driving home, I was informed this was a “different” manager. Why in the world would he have called a manager who wasn’t working when there was a manager on duty and IN the hotel? Why was this on duty manager not the one contacted in the first place? I definitely feel like there was some shady business being pulled. I've never had a situation handled like this at a hotel before. So just beware that even though there are about 20 signs in the garage that say “Marriott Parking”, and the front desk staff may tell you to park in the attached garage, that is NOT actually Marriott Parking and if you get overcharged or have any issues in or with the garage labeled as “Marriott Parking”, Marriott will give you the brush off and NOT assist you with said issue. This is a great hotel in a great location! We were here for a Twins Game, hosting clients. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially the front office manager Romar! He went above and beyond to help us and gave us an area where we could get client collateral together (we had to stuff 60 bags!) Housekeeping was so good, my room was exceptionally clean. Restaurant was good too. I highly recommend!

シャトルバスはT1のホテルシャトルバス(ゴールド)からほぼ一日中30分おきにホテル↔︎空港を運行していています。紫と白のバンで、名前も書いてありますのでわかりやすいです。(近しい名前と間違えないように) ホテルはとても清潔ですし、受付応対もしっかりしてくれます。 特にホテル1Fのバーは良心的な価格でかつ美味しいです。今回朝が早かったため食事はつけませんでしたが、ゆっくりできるのであればおすすめです。 目の前には公園があり、私が泊まった日曜には音楽フェスティバルが穏やかに行われており雰囲気も明るく楽しかったです。

From the moment I arrived I felt like a VIP guest. Immediately during my check in Mr. Nicholas P., the Front Office Manager, made sure I had a room to my liking. During my 6 day stay, Nicholas and his colleague Ms. Sonia W., Asst. Front Office Manager seemed to be there anytime I had a question or concern. They also made sure I had plenty of warm cookies the DoubleTree is known for! (a nice extra). The property is well situated, with both adult and family oriented dining opportunities. The dining room and bar on site are both well equipped and serviced by courteous and professional staff. Overall this location has everything you would need and well priced for all the amenities available. If you find yourself in Bloomington, MN. be sure to consider staying at this location.

Our family of four (parents, 9 yo, 11 yo) had a nice stay. So nice in fact that we stayed an additional, unplanned night for a total of five nights. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed—Mall of America, outlet mall, restaurants, Target Center, and more. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. We’ve had several musty rooms at other hotels, so this was nice. Loved that there was a Starbucks/cafe and a restaurant. Both the hotel and restaurant staff were kind and professional. We seemed to get a late start in the mornings, so housekeeping wasn’t able to come in. We just asked for towels and extra tp when we needed them and it was no problem. Our toilet wasn’t flushing properly the first night. When we asked if someone could look at it, staff fixed it Immediately. The kids only swam once. The pool was clean and spacious, just very hot and humid in the pool area. The beds (2 queens) in our room were comfortable. Our room had a fridge and coffee maker. It was a fun, relaxing stay and we would return.

People at Front Office Reception are very nice, very good, very helpful. 👍👍👍👍👍 Nice breakfast.

We've stayed at this hotel a couple times now due to location, parking, and rates. Although the rooms are clean and comfortable, it doesn't make up for lack of staff training. The young man at the front desk could not seem to muster a smile , nor any greeting upon check-in nor check out on two stays. Same with the shuttle driver. During one check in there was a young man with very casual clothing scrolling on his phone behind the two front desk employees. Looked very unprofessional. There was only one time upon an evening arrival from the airport that we received a smiling welcome from a young woman at the front desk. Unfortunately, the bar had just closed and the food and beverage offered in the small market was abysmal. I'm a Marriott member and did not receive a request to review. I want to like this location, however the lack of services and staff training will prompt me to look elsewhere.

Hotel is conveniently located across Mall of American South Gate and iHop and TGIF Fridays restaurant are both attached to the hotel . It only takes 5 mins to walk over to the mall . Distance from Msp airport to hotel takes about 15 mins . Room is relatively clean and simple. Basic needs are met.

공항에서 가깝고 전철로 갈 수 있고 셔틀버스도 있다고 해서 선택. 방은 기대는 안했는데 가격이 비싼편이 아닌데 스위트룸 마냥 넓아서 놀랐어요.깨끗하고 침대도 좋았어요. 다만 추운데 히터가 조절하는 방법 모르겠고.잘 안되는지 추웠던게 아쉬웠어요.시설도 오래되서 좀 된것 같아요. 조식도 무료?였던데 새벽 가야되서 못 먹었어요. 셔틀버스 공항에 불를때 전화해야되는데 연락되면 나이드신분 할아버지가 오세요.차가 좀 더러웠지만 팁 줘야된다 이야기도 있는데 안 주는 분이 많은것 같기도. 보증금 내야되는데 현금 준비할것 그랬나 했네요.
