I stayed here in October, and the weather was beautiful. I took one bus from the airport straight to the hotel and it was fast and easy to local. It's located about 10 - 15mins walk to the white tower and sea side. You can see the port and the cruise boat docking from the sea view. There are lots of places to eat. Room size OK, shower cubicle is very small No kettle in room for tea and it not free when you order in the hotel for a night cap. Breakfast is good not of option but good. It would be nice to visit in summer with kids.

the service was okay. the people working in the hotel very kind and helpful . But , the hotel needs restoration . looks quite old, and dark. some things are broken etc . i stayed in this hotel also 2013 ... now it lookes much older and not so well maintained . Also the music in the breakfast room was too loud and not agreable stile for starting the day i would prefer something calmer . The breakfast was in general okay exept that i would prefer some more local , original Greek cheeses not these ordinary packed cheeses that are not Greek . Althought this horel is in best area , very central and the working people are very kind it has a dark impression to me , i would prefer to lighten up a bit the colours in the corridors to lift up the spirit . in the night there was also a lot of noise from some foreign customers and that was quite annoying . Staff were charming and helpful. I was in town for business. The hotel decor is very artistic with much emphasis on classic Greek style sculpture, including naked women mainly. Art is in the form of paintings and statues. One morning in the corridor outside my room I heard a dramatic lady very obviously having sex in loud Hollywood style in an adjacent room. Rooms are quiet and I never heard inappropriate noise from within my room. Searching hotel reviews, I found other reports of hotel guests hearing noisy females having intercourse. Guests I saw looked like pleasant average persons and couples to me. I guess lovers and honeymooners were the noise makers. I will stay at the hotel again if I visit Thessaloniki again. I like the smaller more intimate size of the boutique-like hotel. Many good restaurants are nearby.

Very convenient airport hotel but gets noisy especially if your room is by the pool side. Rooms and service is also brilliant however, I had initially booked a double room and was given a twin room instead with two very small beds. Fariza was an absolute star at the reception desk. She was pleasant and friendly. I needed help with a personal matter and she was able to help me instantly. Huge respect to her. The restaurant staff were also really nice and welcoming. Menu was beautiful! When I requested house help for attention, she was there immediately with a big gleaming smile and helped me organise. Overall, a pleasant stay but hope they avoid getting confused with double and twin rooms in the future !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Electra Hotel and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by the most amazing people. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel incredibly welcome throughout my stay. Now let's talk about breakfast - it was nothing short of phenomenal! The breakfast spread at the Electra Hotel exceeded all expectations. Overall, my time at the Electra Hotel was nothing short of amazing. The combination of the exceptional service provided by the staff and the delicious breakfast offerings made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel. I can't wait to return for another wonderful experience.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στην πιο κεντρική τοποθεσία στην Εγνατία στο ύψος της Αριστοτελους. Παρόλα αυτά έχει παρά πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση και ο υπνος ειναι σαν να κοιμασαι στην εξοχή. Όλα ήταν στα πόδια σου. Το δωμάτιο ήταν το 104 σουίτα. Ήταν παρά πολύ άνετο, καθαρό και μοντέρνο, με γεμάτο minibar και πολλά είδη μπάνιου. Μου δόθηκε δώρο ένα 10 λεπτό μασάζ καλωσορίσματος, το οποίο ήταν καταπληκτικό. Ο Δημητρης που μου έκανε το μασάζ, με ξενάγησε στο χώρο του σπα, τον οποίο απόλαυσα και μου πρότεινε μια θεραπεία προσώπου, την οποία έκανα την επόμενη ημέρα και πραγματικά ήταν καταπληκτική. Το πρωινό επαρκές. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό. Η διαμονή μου στη Θεσσαλονίκη ομόρφυνε με την παραμονή μου σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο.

Very good I was late to arrive but it was okay because they are open 24 hours with people working there. I appreciate the cleaning I was there for 3 days Everyday I go out and then come back I notice it’s very clean and new in the room Thank you very much I don’t know why that much cleaning but you know what they say it’s more fresh if it’s clean I say that Good breakfast Many options Recommending this hotel to everyone visit my beautiful town Kilkis You must visit this hotel Don’t care about the price I care about how it looks inside plus free breakfast who dosent want

Nice hotel but start to need some renovations... the jacuzzi is not warm and the service is terrible : 40 minutes for room service to bring an empty glass, 45mins to bring a wine opener, 35 for an ice cream by the swimming pool (and we were less than 10 customers). And avoid the bar, cocktails are a shame. It s really sad for a hotel of that standing. The building and room are really nice and comfortable. Free shuttle for the center is really convenient. We had a nice stay as long as we did not need the services. And breakfast is truly amazing.

Otelin konumu merkeze çok uzak ancak havaalanını kullanacak olanlar için iyi bir tercih olabilir. Otelde çok büyük bir ses izolasyon sorunu vardı. Gece boyunca uyumakta çok zorlandık. Yan odanın ve koridorun tüm sesi bizim odamıza geliyordu. Odanın içinde de bir yerden sürekli ses geliyordu. Buzdolabı olabileceğini tahmin ediyoruz. Genel olarak oda temizliği iyiydi ancak halıların kaldırılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Halıların üstü temiz değildi, saçlar vardı. Yataklar rahattı ancak çok gıcırdıyordu. Rahatsız ediciydi. Ayrıca yorgandaki leke hoş değildi. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltısını yeterli bulduk ve beğendik.
