Pengalaman indah yang saya akan cadangkan kepada semua orang. Ya, hotel itu sendiri telah melihat hari terbaiknya, tetapi ini tidak menjejaskan perkhidmatan, suasana, makan malam yang sangat baik (dan sarapan pagi yang sama indahnya). Saya sangat menyukai bilik itu, pemandangannya sangat cantik, tidur di atas futon adalah luar biasa, tetapi selesa. Onsen (yang berada di luar) sememangnya hebat. Sangat bagus, santai, bagus. Cara terbaik untuk menamatkan sehari selepas melawat Nikko. Dan, mungkin, salah satu tanggapan paling hangat tentang Jepun ialah (saya menulis semasa jejak masih segar, kerana perjalanan belum berakhir).

Great experience at the Tobu Grande Hotel! It is ideally located, next to all of the cities main attraction and interesting points. Bus and metro stop is close by, as well as convenience stores.
The room was more spacious and equiped as I initially thought, which was a pleasant surprise!
The Grill Restaurant staff and food were also exceptional.
Overall, I can only recomment staying at this hotel for a trip to Utsunomiya

印象最深刻的就是酒店的自助晚餐，是吃到過最精緻美味的自助晚餐。壽喜鍋，釜飯，甜品，刺身，精緻又好吃。房間中規中矩，符合價位，大堂晚上還有個雜技表演，挺好看的，小朋友很喜歡。酒店就在鬼怒川，附近有一個吊橋可以看看風景。

ゴルフの前泊で利用しました。
高速インターから近く、佐野アウトレットから車で3分くらいです。
近くにはコンビニもあるので立地はいいと思います。
アメニティは最小限のものだけです。
お部屋にお水やコーヒー、ティーパックなどはないので
飲み物などは買って行かれるのをオススメします。
(一応自動販売機はありますが割高なので)
小さいですが大浴場がありゆっくり出来ました。

The hotel outlook was clean and pleasant. Their staff were courteous. The short walk from the train station was acceptable, and many eateries around it too. Overall, it was a good stay.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The view is simply breathtaking — one of the best I’ve ever experienced! From the moment I arrived, I felt my mind and body completely relax. The serene natural surroundings, peaceful ambiance, and fresh air made it the perfect getaway from daily life.

Arriving at the train station, I found out the shuttle bus for the hotel wouldn't arrive for another 45 minutes, so we opted to walk there. It takes about half an hour but going uphill in the blazing sun was a bit torturous. The driveway is also very steep, so beware if you have a lot of baggage. Hotel has a wealth of history. It hosted a lot of famous guests in the early 20th century. Modern hotels are sterile in comparison. It's an old building, so is draughty and full of ancient furniture. This may be a turnoff for some but I found it completely charming.

お酒もお菓子も充実していて、
清潔感＆高級感もあり、クリスマスツリーもあって、
とってもリラックスして友人とおしゃべりを楽しむことができました！
館内は全て清潔で、文句なしです！
お風呂も綺麗で広くて、2時間くらい露天風呂を楽しんじゃいました😆🫶🏻
お風呂上がりのドリンクも美味しいです。
とーっても贅沢に時間の流れるホテルでした。
山の景色も美しいです。

GGuest UserThe exterior of the hotel is pretty, but the interior of the hotel is dated and needs a bit of updating. There were parts of the hotel that were completely shut down (maybe there are saving up enough money to one day renovate). However the facilities and rooms are well maintained and the onsens are beautiful and peaceful. There are 2 main onsens, that are separated by men and women. Each day the onsens are switched, in the morning you will go to one, and in the evening before dinner you can experience the other onsen. Onsite there is a really nice restaurant and gift shop that featured local products at reasonable prices. There is a 24 hour coffee/tea station that is free to use. It's a short 10 minute walk from Kinugawa Onsen Station. When you arrive they provide you a yukata to wear while you are staying at the hotel. The rooms are spacious with options for a western bed or japanese style (sleeping on the floor). We opted for the western bed to be higher off the ground as we thought it would be colder to sleep on the ground. Although the rooms are very well heated and was a bit too warm, that we needed to open the window to cool the room down. The rooms have nice views of the countryside. They provide a pitcher of ice water in the room and you can go to the front desk to refill with ice if more is needed. The bathroom is quite large and has both a shower and toilet in a separate room of the bathroom; although we mostly bathed in the onsen. There is a 7-eleven nearby that was open 24 hours, but otherwise there isn't much else around the hotel. Also the town of Kinugawa Onsen closes quite early, around 8pm it's quite deserted. We were there at the end of November 2024, and it seemed that the hotel was mostly unoccupied, so we felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was a very nice one night stay.

DdreamingfabiThe reception inside the dormitory pod is almost non. Wi-if can be connected but no signal. Could not get cell service either. Not sure but it seemed like the pod walls blocking the service?
Communal space on the second floor was great. Various kind of free beverages and sofa and hammock to relax.

GGuest UserI don’t understand why someone would leave a negative review due to their own negligence. Trip.com clearly mentioned the additional 300-yen tax (I assume this is the onsen tax) per person, yet they still claimed they were “scammed.”
My overall experience at Hotel Euro City was wonderful. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the shuttle bus service was amazing. If you want to get to the hotel easily, check the shuttle schedule on the hotel’s homepage so you don’t have to walk from the station. They run it every day at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 15:15, 16:15, 17:15, and 18:15 from “Nikko Station Hotel Classic,” right next to JR Nikko Station.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the onsen in the backyard was great. It’s true that the room had a mild smell, but I assume it was due to recent pest control (it smelled like pesticide). Just open the windows for a while and it goes away.
Breakfast was okay—not as fancy as in the advertisements, maybe because it wasn’t peak season. Overall, I think this is a very good choice, especially if you’re traveling with family.
自分の不注意が原因なのに、なぜ悪いレビューを書くのか理解できません。Trip.com にはきちんと「1人あたり300円の追加税金（おそらく入湯税）」と明記されているのに、それでも「だまされた」と書く人がいます。
私のホテル・ユーロシティでの滞在はとても快適でした。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、シャトルバスのサービスも素晴らしかったです。駅から歩きたくない場合は、ホテルのホームページでシャトルバスの時刻を確認すると良いと思います。毎日、JR日光駅のすぐ隣にある「日光ステーションホテルクラシック」から 9:00／9:30／10:00／15:15／16:15／17:15／18:15 に運行しています。
部屋は広くて快適で、裏庭にある温泉もとても良かったです。確かに部屋には少し匂いがありましたが、おそらく害虫駆除をした後の匂い（殺虫剤のような匂い）だと思います。窓を開けてしばらく換気すればなくなります。
朝食は普通で、広告ほど豪華ではありませんでしたが、ハイシーズンではなかったためかもしれません。全体的に、特に家族連れの方にはとても良い選択だと思います。

GGuest UserWe were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Kaniyu Onsen.
The journey there was a Jochen Schweitzer experience in itself! By train from Kita Senju to Kinugawaonsen (1.5 hours), then by bus to Meotobuchi (1.5 hours) and then by Onsen Shuttle (20 minutes). Booking on site without knowing Japanese was an adventure! But everything worked out perfectly, thanks in part to the very helpful women at the tourist information office and what a beautiful landscape during the journey!
When we arrived at the Onsen, English was spoken quite well and everything was explained in detail. One thing that was very important to us was that tattoos are tolerated, but you should be considerate of the other visitors. This means that you can swim when there is no one else in the pool or cover it with a towel. We didn't go into the large communal pool until very late. Before that we had only been in the small pools, where you are not seen very much.
The dinner is also very unusual. As a European you have to get involved in it and for me, who doesn't eat fish, it was a bit of a challenge. But you only experience something like that once, so they do it!!
We thought it was great and would come back anytime! Thank you for the great time!

GGinny YapThe hotel overall is great for the price paid, and service was excellent especially from the Vietnamese girl at the front desk who speaks English AND Japanese fluently. Even Japanese guests thought she was Jap. Haha. However, the company could do with hiring a bit more staff as there are things that need a bit more attention and some repairs needed in the room. That being said, the rooms are huge! The outdoor onsen was also colder than expected (although this is explained during check in) and is best in the morning.

GGuest UserThe location is really good. 10 mins away from the station. Easy to find. Big hotel, about 11 floors. The room is quite spacious, part in western style with beds and part in japaneese with tatamis. There is sink in themiddle of the room, quite comfy. Good view to the mountain and forest from the window, 9th floor. Nice yukata to wear, i liked the outerpart. Breakfast and dinner is buffet, quite big choice, free beer for dinner, not so many fruits, no cakes for breakfast (dinner only). There is sushi and sashimi choice, delicious food. Onsen is quite good, clean, big. Will recommend to stay here

GGuest UserLocation: Fantastic! Both train stations and the bus terminal are within sight, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's a large supermarket about 600-700 meters away, which is great for groceries.
Room: The triple room isn't small, and the beds are comfortably firm. The heating in the room was a bit strong, and a humidifier would have been nice.
Amenities: You can pick up various toiletries at the front desk. On the first floor, there's a self-service coffee and tea bar, which is lovely for relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view after a day out. The hot spring has both indoor and outdoor pools, but there are only five showers. If you go during off-peak hours, it's not crowded. The large public bath only has a hairdryer, no lotions or anything else.
Breakfast: The menu changes daily. While not super extensive, the overall quality is excellent. The Japanese curry rice is delicious, and the bread is also good.

玩玩转星球-KevinThe most important buffet dinner during the stay was served very late, and the dishes were often empty, which is very rare in Japan.
Because it was less than 700 yuan and included two meals, although the hotel had many flaws, it was understandable, but the faucet in the room seemed to be broken, and the water flow was not smooth, which should be replaced.
Overall, this room was acceptable.
