the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. Had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip - Lampung! My preferred hotel to stay in Bandar Lampung, with excellent views and nice vibe a little away from the city. Rooms are clean and tidy. Hotel puts more effort in the gym and swimming pool too.

Amazing selection of breakfast. Room is new, clean, neat and tidy Don’t forget to ask for the mountain view from the corner room. The view is stunning. Service, cannot be better especially service from Mba Dwi from the restaurant and the receptionist who helped me during check in (forgot to see the name tag) Definitely recommended and will stay here again.

Happy with the location as it close to a supermarket, a cafe and not too far from our place of work. Did not like the quality of the water from the taps but was super happy that fresh water was provided at the lift landing for guests. The high tech control panel and the bathroom mirror was a level above other hotels.
