It was a pleaseant experience to stay here, the room is comfortable, i am staying with family, the pool is long in range but quite short in deep so nice for the childrens but overall is nice to have some laps, the food is okay, some foods is good, some foods is quite hard to chew, but not to bad. The hotel staffs is nice and helpful

I had stayed at Swiss Belhotel in different regions servals times , This is the first time I stay at kendari, and the best experience overall. Herdin welcomed me with his warm smile at the front desk. It feels like coming back home . He upgraded me to deluxe room which really made my day , what a birthday surprise? The room is spacious , clean , got all I needed. Also , I appreciate experience of having breakfast at Swiss kitchen, every staffs are cheerful and willing to help . I love the variety of food and drinks provided. May I express my sincere appreciation to the hotel team for their excellent performance , especially Herdin’s professional service. We are sure we will come back, highly recommend to everyone.

The hotel tries hard but it's pretty tired. Rooms are relatively small but some have balconies - unfortunately they face the road where there are no speed bumps and the local youths use it for racing in the evening so it's very noisy. Pick a room at the back if you want a quiet night. The beds are the hardest I've slept on in a long time - not sure why. Generally things are clean. Breakfast is a bit bland but there's plenty there. Other meals were a bit variable. There's access to a Karaoke area if that blows your hair back, otherwise it's a bit quiet. Not even sure if you can get a beer there. Not bad for the area but it's not somewhere you'd go for a holiday. Close to the sea but the locals use if for evening meetings so in the mornings there is rubbish everywhere.

Kami sudah berkali-kali menginap di Hotel ini, kebetulan kali ini kami nginap bertepatan bulan ramadhan, ada perbedaan yg cukup jelas makanan yg disajikan kurang bervariasi dan petugas yg kami lihat direstoran cm 1 orang, Kami mau minta bantuan agak lama baru dilayani karena ybs juga melayani yg lain, petugas yg biasa ada dibagian telur kali ini tdk ada padahal Kami menginginkannya.

Best price for service. Bath soap and shampoo were not provided, but I was too lazy to ask them. Staffs services were quick and polite.
