Vacanza fantastica in stuttura 3 stelle ma di fatto 4. Io darei anche la 5 stella. In posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro storico e la spiaggia Playa e vicinissima alle maggiori localita principali della Sicilia accidentale. Struttura pulita, gode di eccellenti servizi per le famiglie ed un attenzione particolare ai bambini. Spazio Piscina eccellente dotata di bar dove si possono gustare ottimi snack, pizze, insalate, primi e secondi piatti per grandi e piccini. Presente anche un solarium con jacuzzi. Ottima colazione internazionale con prodotti del territorio e homemade. Le stanze essenziali ma dotate di ogni confort. Navetta di collegamento gratuita per la vicinissima spiaggia. Ampio parcheggio gratuito all'esterno. La differenza viene fatta dallo staff di reception e da tutto il personale. Sempre sorridente, aperti al dialogo con tutti e pronto ad esaudire ogni tuo desiderio. Ci siamo sentiti davvero in famiglia. Complimenti!

The apartment was as described, and the staff were very helpful. There was a leak in our apartment, but we were moved to a different one the next day. The location was good and close to the beach, although the beach was full of seaweed. Of course, this was out of the owner's control. Possibly, the beach is cleaned before the summer season, we visited in April. Thank you. Anna

Soggiornata in questa struttura per due giorni! Tutto perfetto! Dal mangiare , alle camere spaziose (superior) al servizio in spiaggia! Ottima anche la pizza ( con forno elettrico) servita sul terrazzo con vista mare.. Tengo a precisare che sono rimasta sorpresa dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, nessuno escluso, cosa non scontata.

房間特別安靜，都不敢大聲説話了，環境也特別好，開門就是大海，寵物友好，工作人員也特別用心，披薩店的披薩是正宗napoli披薩，味道巨好（個人覺得比自助餐划算）第一次衹住了兩個晚上，感覺根本不夠，起碼兩天三晚起步。交通方面的話能開車最好，其次火車轉出租車。
游泳池很乾凈、海灘也很乾凈，甚至還可以看見很多魚

La struttura si trova in aperta campagna fuori dai centri abitati. Accoglienza e servizio di buon livello. Gentili e premurosi per tutte le richieste. La nostra camera era una Junior suite.
Onestamente mi aspettavo di meglio. Soggiorno e bagno al piano terreno e camera da letto sopra. Di notte è un problema andare in bagno o prendere qualcosa dal frigo perchè bisogna scendere le scale. Arredamento in arte povera, anche lì mi aspettavo di meglio.
Per il resto tutto molto bene, piscina, bar, servizio e atmosfera.
Sicuramente ritorneremo ma chiederemo una camera in un unico piano con tutti i servizi vicini.

Ожидала увидеть виллу с бассейном как на первом фото, по итогу в маленькой деревушке , номер очень простенький, но все работало исправно , кровать нормальная, постельное белье чистое. Очень вкусный ужин, хороший завтрак, много выпечки, омлет, колбаса, сыр . Для меня не хватило овощей, т к я выпечку не ем , хотелось бы омлет с овощами . Отель для пожилого поколения. С нами было много бабок- дедок! Для них прямо райское место . Даже замоченный чернослив на завтрак дают.

Hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer (zuoberst) mit Sicht auf Pool und Meer. Alles sehr sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, leider ohne gekochte Eier. Frischen Orangensaft konnte man selber machen. Gratis-Parking war super. Lift etwas in die Jahre gekommen....

Albergo molto grande con camera spaziosa e molto comoda. Buona la colazione con vista ippodromo...molto particolare come situazione.
Parcheggio interno e personale cordiale e disponibile.
Unico neo la piscina esterna che apre a partire dal 1 giugno e con 27 gradi ci stava un bagno

GGuest UserThe room has an unbeatable sea view, facing the sea with flowers blooming in spring, and you can also see the misty Mount Etna in the distance. The hotel is halfway up the mountain. It is a bit expensive to take a taxi from the train station to the mountain for 25 euros. Young people without large luggage can try hiking or taking the bus. The uncle at the front desk is very friendly. The sleeping bag left in the room by my companion was immediately delivered. I stayed for two nights. It is suitable for a daze vacation

AAurora PietrosantiMy companion and I wanted to give a trip to Sicilia, Palermo, Agrigento and Catania. At Agrigento was impossible not to go to see the Valle dei Templi, so we chose this hotel, we were enthusiastic about all the points, the structure is excellent but perhaps the people working on it are the most, They were very kind and very friendly.They knew to answer any question with expertise, and then the dinner, which I could say, great, I didn't imagine the restaurant of a hotel was like that!
The care in the pieces served is certainly 10, they have a cook or cook beyond any expectation, I repeat not only in cooking, but in serving, advising, telling and explaining the pieces, It was not only good food but also aware that the gentlemen of the servicemen had been able to tell simple foods.

I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani.
First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes.
As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant.
The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room.
To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention.
In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.

GGuest UserIf I could give this place 20/10 for service, I would. When we arrived at the location, we were in a complete state of panic as we thought we had been scammed by the gas station up the road. After checking us in (a few hours early), the receptionist kindly accompanied us back to the gas station and helped us translate between Italian and English, clarifying the misunderstanding of the situation. This was exceptional service and kindness we were not expecting.
The room itself was incredibly luxurious - we actually had 2 bedrooms (family suite) for 2 people. The walk-in wardrobe was a delightful surprise, although we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it. As we were both working while on holiday, the study desk in each room gave us the privacy and space to do our meetings and work independently. The bar fridge was useful for us to store our salads, snacks and bottled drinks.
The bed was super comfortable and we had a very restful sleep. The pillows were also the right height. Thankfully, there was air conditioning - our previous hotel did not. We slept like babies. The bathroom had all the amenities, including a hairdryer which is essential for me.
Best for last - breakfast the next morning was an absolute feast. The continental style breakfast spread was generous and we indulged in pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits and marvellous coffee. I believe everything is baked fresh in house. As we checked out, we were even gifted a bag of pastries to take on our journey with us. ＜3
I highly recommend this place, and I am ever grateful to the wonderful hospitality we enjoyed here.

AAntonioOverlooking the Ionian Sea, the Grand Hotel San Pietro is a beautiful hotel with landscaped gardens and excellent amenities. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.
Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice.
The staff, as mentioned, are very courteous and helpful - and it is quite easy to become friends with them. Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them.
This hotel is highly recommended and I certainly look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 16-minute walk from the train station and about 15-20 minutes on foot to the island’s main attractions.
The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean， with the added bonus of being close to the sea. It even had two balconies, allowing us to enjoy the lovely views and fresh air.
What made our stay even better was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming and went out of their way to assist us whenever needed.

I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a **16-minute walk from the train station** and **15-20 minutes to the island’s main attractions**.
The room itself was **spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated**, with the added benefit of being **close to the sea** and featuring **two balconies**. The staff were also **very friendly and helpful**, which enhanced our experience.
However, there was one major downside: the walls are extremely thin. We could easily hear noises from the hallway and stairwell. On our last night, the neigh-boring room was very loud, which disrupted our sleep and unfortunately put a damper on an otherwise great trip.

GGuest UserCheck-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password.
The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work.
The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen.
Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day.
I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels.
5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.

At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish).
The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese).
