The location is excellent—very close to the train station, making it extremely convenient to travel to Disney. It’s also near Lawson, so grabbing snacks or daily necessities is super easy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are small, as expected in typical Japanese style, but they are thoughtfully designed and comfortable. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for convenience, cleanliness, and good value for money.

Hotel staff was very helpful and room was clean! Would recommend to anyone wanting to live close to airport. Shuttle bus service was easy to use! Resturant and convenience store is in the building too

We chose Narita Tobu Hotel as our stopover before returning due to their free shuttle service. We boarded the bus at bus stop No. 25 at Terminal 2, and the bus departed punctually. On the ground floor, there’s a Matsumoto Kiyoshi for last-minute tax-free shopping and a 24-hour Family Mart for snacks, which was really convenient. We booked a casual twin room in the East Wing with breakfast, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of Japanese local delicacies to choose from. Afterward, we took the shuttle bus back to the airport. Narita Tobu is the perfect choice if you have a morning flight the next day. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and patient and the location is great for quick access to the train system. We were there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was fantastic to hop on without massive crowds. Between the train station and the hotel are a handful of food options, including two 7-11s, which stay open until midnight or later. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

What a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily. Massages start from around 2000¥ Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point. Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles. If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic. The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo. Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Toyoko Inn Narita Airport Honkan. What stood out the most for me was the shuttle bus service. It made the whole trip so much easier, especially when going to and from the airport with luggage. It was very convenient and gave me peace of mind. I also really liked the room because it was much larger than I expected, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing. Everything was clean, tidy, and easy to settle into. Another highlight was the breakfast. It was simple but very satisfying, and it was nice to start the morning with a good meal before heading out. Overall, I honestly have nothing to complain about. My experience was smooth, comfortable, and pleasant from beginning to end. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable hotel near Narita Airport.

Richmond Hotel Narita was a solid and comfortable stay. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan, and everything felt clean and well-kept. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options to start the day right. Location is a big win—it’s close to the train station, nearby attractions, and surrounded by convenient stores, so everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, a very practical and enjoyable choice when staying in Narita.

Really appreciated the late-night and early morning shuttle bus from airport. The timetable and instructions (incl photos) on where to wait was all detailed on their website, so made it very easy. Take note the bus arrives early and leaves on time (ie 9.50pm bus arrives pick-up point at about 9.40pm and leaves on the dot at 9.50pm). They have 4 check-in self-service machines at the front desk, which made check-in super quick even though there was a bus load of ppl lining up. The room has a great view of the airport, so you wake up to a great sunrise and view of planes taking off/landing. We also really enjoyed the breakfast - great variety, very efficient and tasted great. We also only realized this as the bus was driving out of the hotel, but there's a lawsons at the corner of the older wing. My only grip would be that the bed was too hard, but had a decent sleep anyway. Everything you need for an airport hotel - highly recommended!

Terrific value. I wanted the convenience of staying close to Tokyo Disneyland without the price of their hotels. The Hilton is a 5 minute walk from Bayside Station (which is part of the TDR monorail loop). They also have regular shuttle busses to Bayside as well as to Maihama Station, which connects you to the JR railway. Everything was efficient, clean, smooth; and the staff were all very friendly. The rooms are very spacious. I appreciated that room service was available late at night, and there's also a 24hr Lawsons right in the hotel. I will absolutely stay here next time I visit TDR.

Hotel ini sangat bagus dan kawasan sekitarnya kelihatan bagus pada siang hari. Terdapat kedai serbaneka betul-betul di lobi hotel, kemudahannya baik, dan perkhidmatan dan keramahan kakitangan juga baik. Tetapi bilik semuanya bagus. Satu perkara yang agak mengecewakan ialah kebersihan bilik. Perlukah saya katakan bahawa terdapat kekurangan perincian? Paip bilik air juga kotor Terdapat habuk di mana-mana, permaidani berdebu, dan pembersihan tidak begitu bersih, jadi nampaknya penyelenggaraan kurang, dan saya bimbang hotel yang indah ini akan rosak pada masa hadapan. Saya harap kakitangan akan memberi lebih perhatian kepada pembersihan. Selain daripada itu, semuanya hebat. Saya berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan bas ulang-alik, kakitangannya sangat peramah, dan seronok dapat berehat dengan selesa dan meninggalkan negara ini.
