入ったカゴが2人分用意されており、お風呂の入口において使いました！それと延長コードがあるので便利でした！
ハンドソープはいい香りで、窓からはスカイツリーが見えました！とにかく駅に近いので朝からディズニー行かれる方は本当にオススメ！！！！
LAWSONもスグそこなので便利〜！
防音も良かったです！

We chose Narita Tobu Hotel as our stopover before returning due to their free shuttle service. We boarded the bus at bus stop No. 25 at Terminal 2, and the bus departed punctually. On the ground floor, there’s a Matsumoto Kiyoshi for last-minute tax-free shopping and a 24-hour Family Mart for snacks, which was really convenient. We booked a casual twin room in the East Wing with breakfast, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of Japanese local delicacies to choose from. Afterward, we took the shuttle bus back to the airport. Narita Tobu is the perfect choice if you have a morning flight the next day. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and patient and the location is great for quick access to the train system. We were there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was fantastic to hop on without massive crowds. Between the train station and the hotel are a handful of food options, including two 7-11s, which stay open until midnight or later. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

What a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily.
Massages start from around 2000¥
Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point.
Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles.
If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic.
The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo.
Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help.
There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

Very close to Narita Airport and super easy to get there. The hotel is also near a bus stop that takes you directly to the airport, which is very convenient.
The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very nice, friendly, and polite. I really felt welcomed during my stay.
The only small thing is that check-in is quite strict at 2:00 PM. I arrived a bit early and wasn’t quite ready to leave my bags and go out yet… haha.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers who need quick access to the airport. ✈️

Stayed one night with my mother at Richmond and had a really good stay.
Firstly for a more affordable price (compared to tokyo), we were able to get a much more spacious and comfortable room.
The staff were all friendly able to speak in both english and japanese
The staff were all very helpful especially Miss R.Yamazaki. As we needed to leave the hotel super early and were not able to make use of their shuttle bus to narita airport (0605am is their first bus) Miss Yamazaki helped us arranged for a cab which also arrived on time and help us have a relax trip to the airport :)
Beds were clean, toilet spacious, TV provided only offered local channels, sadly didn't find any complimentary mineral water.
A side note, they provide free coffee and matcha au lait in the lobby (they have an expresso machine installed there) which tasted great after coming in from the outside which was darn cold.
Check out can be done through the machine at the lobby in under 1min

The hotel shuttle is frequent with the staff being very friendly. The free morning breakfast was also very good for being a free one. One thing to keep in mind is that there are two breakfast locations, one in the new and the other in the old building. The new building offers light breakfast with limited hot food but opens from 5:30am for pple leaving early while the old building starts from 6:30 but offers hot food and all. The hotel itself was very nice and for the price it was really worth it. I would definitely use this hotel again next time.

We wanted to visit DisneySea Tokyo and decided Hilton Tokyo Bay was the best option outside of the official Disney hotels. Once you get off Maihama station, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the hotel. Check-in was smooth and we got an awesome view of the park. The room was relatively big for just the two of us. Everything was clean and modern. Breakfast was fantastic and had a very large selection of both local and international selections. They also have luggage storage. Getting to Disney parks is simple by taking the Disney monorail.

Hotel ini sangat bagus dan kawasan sekitarnya kelihatan bagus pada siang hari. Terdapat kedai serbaneka betul-betul di lobi hotel, kemudahannya baik, dan perkhidmatan dan keramahan kakitangan juga baik. Tetapi bilik semuanya bagus. Satu perkara yang agak mengecewakan ialah kebersihan bilik. Perlukah saya katakan bahawa terdapat kekurangan perincian? Paip bilik air juga kotor
Terdapat habuk di mana-mana, permaidani berdebu, dan pembersihan tidak begitu bersih, jadi nampaknya penyelenggaraan kurang, dan saya bimbang hotel yang indah ini akan rosak pada masa hadapan. GGuest UserThis hotel is perfect for a layover. The shuttle schedule is very clear, and the pick-up/drop-off point is consistently the same, which is super convenient. The driver holds a sign at the airport and Narita Station for pickups and leaves right on time. The shuttles to the airport and to Narita AEON Mall are different colors, making them easy to distinguish. The hotel's waiting room has Wi-Fi and fewer people, making it more comfortable than waiting in the main lobby.
The hotel exterior looks new, and the lobby is spacious – seriously, it doesn't look like a lobby for this price, haha. The restaurant on the first floor is quite lively; lunch and dinner seem to be buffet style, costing around 200+ RMB per person.
For luggage storage, you scan a QR code, which eliminates the risk of losing a tag. There's a FamilyMart convenience store on the first floor that's open 24 hours, though tax-free service only starts at 1 PM and also ends quite early. Check-in for rooms is available from 3 PM.
Narita Omotesando is really bustling, with ice cream and grilled eel shops everywhere. It's a nice place to wander around for a couple of hours if you have nothing else planned.
However, the room's cleanliness was a bit haphazard. I found a blonde hair, a black hair, and a yellow hair on the pillowcase. Since I was only staying one night, I let it slide. The duvet had a sheet placed underneath it instead of a proper duvet cover. A corner of the tissue box in the room was peeling up, and the furniture showed some wear and tear. It felt like the interior furnishings were a bit old.
Overall, this hotel is ideal for early morning or late-night flights and offers great value for money.

GGuest User10/10. Couldn’t stop raving about this hotel. It’s perfect in so many aspects. I’d gladly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for accommodation near Disneyland & DisneySea. The shuttle bus is super reliable every 10 mins. Please do get the hotel breakfast too. It’s so yummy with variety of spread. The quality is amazing beyond words! The room is big as well. I’m a family of 5 and it fits us very comfortably.
Okay, 1 thing that I need to highlight is the hairdryer! Ladies, please use their ReFa hairdryer and hair straightener. They are game changers! I came across this brand after staying here and I’m a convert. If you’ve used dyson before, ReFa is a super strong contender and dare I say, even better! Your hair just dries so much smoother and they just fall into places nicely.
The amenities provided are just high quality. As a guest, I could feel thoughts were taken into consideration when they plan it. They have facial wash, skin milk, down to hair serum/oil (like what). They are free for you to take as you need, btw. So, what more can i say? The staffs were amazing beyond words too.

While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. MMax Vin✈️I stayed at this hotel for one night only as I had an early morning flight at 8:50am the next day. This hotel is an excellent option for travelers with early departures, as there is a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to Narita Airport, making the transfer very convenient and stress-free.

For shuttle buses from Narita Airport to the hotel, you can check the timetable in advance or ask at the airport information counter upon arrival. They will guide you to the correct bus stop. At the bus stop, there is also a stand with a QR code to check the latest timetable.
For the return trip from the hotel to Narita Airport, the hotel provides a shuttle bus timetable, which you can request directly from the front desk. The staff are happy to assist and explain the options clearly.
♨️The hotel features an outdoor onsen, with last entry at 10:30pm, which I really enjoyed. One special highlight is being able to watch planes flying across the sky while soaking — a very unique experience. I believe the daytime view would be even better, but the atmosphere at night is still relaxing.
💆🏻 There is also a massage facility on site. I booked a 30-minute foot massage, which was very comfortable and well done by a professional Japanese therapist. A great option to unwind after a long day.
👨🏼🍳The hotel has two restaurants. One is a buffet-style restaurant — the food was average, acceptable but not particularly memorable. The other is a Japanese–Chinese fusion restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience there was less pleasant. I attempted to walk in for dinner but was told it was reservation-only, despite many empty seats at the time. The interaction felt unwelcoming, which was disappointing.
🏨That said, the overall hotel staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, especially at the front desk.
Although this is a well-established, older hotel, it is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. With its onsen, relaxing environment, and attentive hotel staff, it remains a solid choice for travelers looking for a calm stay in Tokyo.

MMhatetHotel are nearby in the airport and the cabins are clean but during check in the hotel staff are not given proper instructions which is we having hard time, I'll also highlight in my trip that I have kids in my book but they give me a upper rooms and they kept knocking on my door that our rooms are noisy and they have a lot of complaints after 3 times knocking on my door and I'll already inform the staff that I have a kids and I'll also pay for my two rooms,that's the time they ask mo if we can transfer room so they don't have any calls or complaints with the other guest
Room assistants are not offered which makes me upset 😭
But overall I will recommend this hotel for those traveler and tourist.
I hope the management will recommend rooms for families with soundproof or lower decks automatic upon check in to avoid this kind of incident in near future

SSecaiweilan[Transportation] From Haneda Airport, you can take Bus No. 6 directly to the hotel entrance. You need to buy tickets first at the self-service machine. Our 6:30 PM bus was full, so we had to wait for the 7:30 PM one. From the hotel to AEON Mall, there's a free shuttle bus service (the drop-off point is directly opposite the mall). You can eat, visit the supermarket, and there's also a small tax-free pharmacy, which is very convenient. The hotel front desk provides a timetable. It includes schedules for going to Land and Sea. There's also a timetable for buses from the hotel to the airport; just snap a photo of it in the lobby, make an online reservation in advance, and then simply scan the QR code to board the airport bus the next day – very convenient.
[Hotel] The room was very quiet. The hotel has its own restaurant. We checked in at 9:30 PM on our first night, and the restaurant still accommodated us and prepared four set meals. The service was excellent, and the food tasted good too.
Great value for money, no need to stay in the expensive city center. I'll definitely come again next time!

RRenxiangThe room in Habita was very beautiful and the surrounding facilities were substantial and relaxing.
After checking in, I took a leisurely bath at the hot spring facility in front of me, ate rice, and enjoyed the movie with the projector in my room at night.
It was a room that did not face each other, so I didn't care about the surroundings, and it was swaying in the hammock outside.
I think it was my first trip to enjoy the hotel.
There are no tourist spots around, so if you enjoy accommodation, I would be happy to be able to check in a little earlier.
