Enjoyed our stay at hotel. Location is 10mins walk from main train station. Room is clean but small as expected. Hotel has 2 blocks and we stayed in main block. Onsen is located on 2nd FL at adjacent block which is not so convenient. Need to bring own towels to onsen. You can take the sachet facial wash, facial cream for free which is of good quality.
The hotel boasts an excellent location near Kanazawa Station. It's incredibly convenient to reach all major attractions by taking a bus from Kanazawa East Exit. The hotel's interior has a bit of a European, Western-style feel. The breakfast is a Japanese-Western buffet with a good variety. The only minor disappointment was the housekeeping service. On the second day of my stay, when I returned to the hotel in the evening, I found that only the large bath towels had been replaced; the hand towels and smaller towels weren't replenished. Also, the desk drawer in my room was left open. I can't help but wonder if a prejudiced cleaner saw some packaging with simplified Chinese characters in the trash can. I hope I'm overthinking it, but these incidents don't look like mere oversight; they seem intentional. Fortunately, after I called the front desk, they promptly sent someone to replenish the items. Other than that, this hotel remains an excellent choice for a stay in Kanazawa.
My wife and I have had a 3-night stay at this Hotel Wing International Premium Kanazawa Ekimae Room #1105 from 8 to 11 October 2025.
The Hotel is just a 5-minute walk away from the Kanazawa Station (which has a beautiful structure called the Drum Gate). Its reception is located on the 13th Floor, and it has limited parking lots on the 1st Floor. So we are grateful and thankful that we were given a lot for just ¥1000 per day for 3 days. The Hotel staff are polite and helpful, and are able to communicate in English.
As the Hotel is located right in the city centre, so shopping centres with food courts are within walking distance, and it is about a 15-minute walk to the popular Omicho Market and the historic old town site.
The hotel room is the standard typical type whereby it is small but very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable for our liking, and the bathroom - again the typical Japanese type - is clean and its has strong water pressure for a comfortable shower.
The Hotel also provides free drinks (coffee and green tea) at the reception throughout morning till night.
At SGD S$68 per night, we find it very value for money, and we will choose to stay here if we travel to Kanazawa again.
Great location with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. The shower has instant hot water, which is a big plus. Excellent value for money. The room is spacious enough, making it convenient for getting ready, and they even provide complimentary travel-sized skincare samples.
I absolutely love this hotel!
1️⃣ **Convenient Location**
It's right next to Kanazawa Station, just a 3-minute walk, next to Starbucks. It's also a ten-minute walk to Montbell.
2️⃣ **Spacious and Clean Rooms**
There's plenty of space for two 28-inch suitcases. You can ask the hotel for more complimentary bottled water, which is very generous.
3️⃣ **Plenty of Shopping and Dining Options**
Being right next to Kanazawa Station means there's great shopping and delicious food everywhere. Many popular restaurants are located there. No worries about breakfast – the bakery across from 7-Eleven is excellent. You can even pop back to the hotel to rest when you're tired from shopping.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kanazawa.
Facilities: Very new and satisfactory.
Cleanliness: Excellent.
Service: Attentive, and the station shuttle was very efficient. We loved the nearby Omicho Market so much that we visited it three days in a row. Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Garden were also within walking distance. The only challenge was the scorching heat, but a light rain on the third day finally brought some much-needed coolness. Overall, the experience was very comfortable, and dining and entertainment options nearby were incredibly convenient. While the 'Little Kyoto' charm didn't particularly impress me, I still prefer Noto's unique character! 😄😄
Rooms (3/5): For a family of 3 the room was relatively spacious and had no trouble handling us and our luggage. There is a decent amount of wall plugs with 2 in the room and a third in the seating area. They also give an extension cable with 2 sockets and 2 usb ports. The toilet is spacious and the bath is decent in size. Overall atmosphere of the room was calm and relaxing.
Service (4/5): Service was exceptional, the receptionist introduced the hotel to us well and they had several pamphlet guides from how to wear a yukata to how to behave in an onsen and several others which was nice to havw. When leaving the onsen by car, they also wave until you are out of sight which is a small cherry on the top.
Facilities (4/5): They have 2 onsens, mens and ladies which alternate daily. I only had the joy of trying one of them which was lovely and had a small cold bath outside which is a plus in my book. In the mainlobby they also have free flow non alcoholic drinks through a dispenser, having hot drinks like tea and coffee and cold calpis, coke, sprite, orange juice and water. Had a nice time after the onsen grabbing something sweet and cold then sitting in the lounge to cool off.
Food (3/5): The dinner was lovely. They served a variety of food with the steamed horse mackeral standing out (this is coming from a person who does not like fish that is cooked besides when its battered). The seaweed and miso based paste also went lovely with the rice. Breakfast was also decent but nothing outstanding besides the pudding at the end.
Overall 3.5/5: If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city and just really want to kick back and relax this is the place to be. For me, this Ryokan is worth visiting again if I ever pass by. Nothing extremely exceptional but overall enjoyable experience.
This hotel boasts an excellent location, right in front and to the left of Kanazawa Station's East Exit. The hotel name is also clearly visible, making it very convenient for transportation. The design is sleek and modern, and the rooms are comfortable and just the right size. The only minor inconvenience was adjusting the water temperature for the shower, as you have to manually mix hot and cold water to get your desired temperature.
This hotel made me really appreciate Kanazawa. The room is very spacious, like a studio apartment, and comes with a fully equipped kitchenette. It's perfect for buying fresh ingredients from the market and cooking your own meals (though I didn't actually get around to it). It offers the spaciousness of a Western hotel combined with the meticulous details and cleanliness of a Japanese one, all while being incredibly good value for money.
The parking garage has direct access to the lobby and features a self-service payment system, costing around 1800 JPY per day. Breakfast was included for one person; my companion tried it once and described it as quite American-style and pretty average.
I'll definitely make this my go-to hotel for all future visits to Kanazawa.
It's still far from Kanazawa Station. Although there are shuttle buses, you can't figure out where to get on the bus when you first arrive, so you have to take a taxi, which costs 1100-1200 yen, which is not expensive. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but well maintained. It's very quiet, and someone plays the piano at night. Most of the guests staying are local tourists and Westerners. What I'm not satisfied with is that the water volume in the shower room is too small. I can only take a bath in the public bathhouse for two nights. The breakfast is pure Japanese style, but it's not bad. It's not far from Kanazawa Park and Kenrokuen Garden, which can be reached within half an hour on foot. The art museum is also in the same direction, which can be reached within 45 minutes on foot.

TTidu_tingbuxiadejiaobuExcellent value for money, and just a 2-minute walk to the station. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for hotels in Japan. It's perfect for business travelers, but if you're on a leisure trip, you might struggle a bit with luggage space.

DDodoandrobinThe hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax. The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful.
If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again.
Thank you for your service and Goodluck.

淨淨係識去日本Choose this hotel because I stayed at his previous hotel in Beppu. . .
As last time, the hotel facilities are very new and in the city center
If you drive, there are three parking lots nearby, but be careful that there will be no space at night. . .
Finally parked in a parking lot with no maximum parking fee and ended up paying 3800 yen-_-
Speaking of the hotel, it has a massage, if you are interested you can go back to its online book a few days earlier
Maybe because there were many people that day, the master was a bit in a hurry. . . So it doesn't feel as good as the last time in Beppu. . .
Speaking of the room, the room has OK layout, open to luggage, and the floor is very clean.
The most commendable thing is that there is finally a hotel with fast internet! ! !
