部屋はツインベッドの部屋を利用。ゆったり広く過ごしやすかった。無料サービスが充実していて、贅沢な旅になった。お風呂も天然温泉でゆっくり入ることが出来た。 ただ部屋の向きによっては目の前が病院という景観になってしまうので、そこだけ残念な気がしました。 概ね満足のいく宿泊になりました！

Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

17:00ぐらいのチェックインでとても混んでいて10分ぐらいかかりました。自動チェックイン後にスタッフの方から予約特典で縁結びトイレットペーパーを１個いただきました。荷物の幅を取ってしまい、ちょっと困りました。 本館のお部屋でしたが別館に大浴場があり、移動が1階の屋外を通らないと行けず寒かったです。 朝食は本館９階の宍道湖が見えるとても景色が良いところで、食事の種類が豊富で地元の料理も並びとても美味しくいただきました。朝食はチェックイン時に時間帯を選ぶのですが、7:00以降はとても混むし窓側は激戦なので、7:00までの時間を選ぶと人も少ないし窓側側でゆっくり食事がとれるのでオススメです。

Price performance is great, good location, low price with breakfast and dinner, room is big. BUT, a big but is hotel is very old , like in the 80s, very dark in the building like ghost will come out. Furthermore , NO wifi! This is probably the style of this group hotel. I stayed in other hotel of universal, some better some worse. I will still recommend it

酒店位於松江宍道湖温泉站（不是JR松江站）出門就是私鐵（都是一畑公司的）和宍道湖風景。私鐵可以直達出雲大社景點，還有一日券1800日元。 我們入住的是豪華雙床湖景房，攜程上帶早晚飯的價格很划算，所以就在這裏吃飯。早晚餐都是偏日式的自助，晚飯更加豐盛一些，食材新鮮，有刺身小份烤牛肉 類似肉夾饃的，還有其他種類很多，性價比很高了。 設施：泡湯在6樓，衹有室內温泉大池和桑拿房。 一樓有咖啡和簡餐，入住贈送了兩杯果汁也在這裏兑換。 需要注意的是，松江現在超過5000日元一晚的酒店需要交200宿泊税，温泉税是1人1晚150日元。

We stayed for three days and the hotel was beautiful. Very spacious, all of the amenities and such a relaxing hot spring tub. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and different each day, with local foods. The ladies who worked at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful and so nice. The front desk people were accommodating and easily aided us with any questions we had. Such a wonderful day and such a pleasure to meet James, the owner. It is really a lovely hotel.

是我最喜歡的日式温泉酒店，睡榻榻米布團的那種。周邊的風景也是絕美，宍道湖和温泉街，神社都是不可錯過的！酒店的温泉特別棒，碳酸水很滑，泡完渾身滑溜溜的，不愧為三大美人湯之一！晚餐餐食稍顯不夠精緻和高級，如果不自己加菜，甚至有可能吃不飽，早餐居然沒有温泉蛋，在温泉酒店居然吃不到温泉蛋……

出雲市駅から徒歩数分という好立地にあるスパラウンジは、旅の疲れをゆったり癒せる落ち着いた空間でした。サウナと水風呂がしっかり整っており、外気浴もできるためサウナ好きには嬉しい設備です。館内は比較的新しく清潔感があり、照明や内装も上質でリラックスできる雰囲気。お風呂上がりにくつろげるラウンジスペースもあり、観光や出張の合間に心身ともにリフレッシュできました。駅近ながら静かな環境で、出雲滞在の拠点として満足度の高いスパ施設だと感じました。

以前利用したことがあり、その際の印象が良かったので3年ぶりに利用しました。 外観は少し古く見えますが、中は非常に綺麗で、素晴らしいです。部屋も広く、不満なことは一切なし。 風呂まで少し歩きますが、浴衣でゆったり歩きながらお風呂に向かう時間もよく思えます。 何よりも満足したのは朝食バイキングです。全ての料理が美味しい。普段は朝そんなに食べれないのですが、あまりにも美味しいのでたくさん食べてしまいました。 また来たいです。

Matsue Excel Hotel Tokyu was our 5th hotel in this journey, and honestly, it set the bar pretty high. The location was hard to beat — right opposite Matsue Station, and it could be easily reached through an underpass, which was especially helpful when travelling with big luggage or during bad weather. One big surprise for us was the check-in experience. We arrived at the hotel at around 11.30am, fully expecting to leave our luggage and return later, but we were told that our room was already ready and we could occupy it immediately instead of waiting until the usual 3pm check-in time. It also seemed that they upgraded our booking to a Standard Double Room, which made the experience even better. Two thumbs up for this hotel. Even though we had booked a Standard Single Room, the space genuinely surprised us. The room came with a queen bed and was more than comfortable for two of us. We were able to fully open our large suitcases without feeling cramped — something that is not always guaranteed in Japanese hotels. The room layout was practical and well thought out, with a proper TV console and work desk with a chair, a single sofa with a small table, an air purifier, and a fridge. The TV model was a bit outdated, though it did not affect our stay. The bathroom was also spacious, with a proper bathtub that allowed us to stretch our legs comfortably after long days out. The bed was very comfy, and they provided two pillows for each of us, which made our sleep even better. Amenities and bottled water were provided at the lobby area, which we found convenient. We paid around SGD159 (JPY19,000) for two nights, and it was excellent value. Overall, it was one of the best hotels in this journey, and we would gladly stay here again.
