We stayed for 2 nights. Location of the hotel is perfect, very central but still very quiet. The style of the hotel is traditional, air-condition worked well. The English speaking staff was very friendly and helpful in organising our trip. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Роскошный отель в лаосской глуши. Мы приплыли на медленной лодке и встретили там новогоднюю ночь. К сожалению, никакого праздничного мероприятия в отеле не проводилось, это слегка огорчило, потому что в деревне делать абсолютно нечего. Больше про путешествие по Лаосу в tg-канале MarsyTravel
О самом отеле:
– он находится дальше всех от причала, при заезде встречает электро-машинка, но дальше если захотите прогуляться в центр деревни придется идти пешком по темноте и горкам минут 15
- отель на горе, будет немного физкультуры сходить до бассейна или ресторана
-завтрак вкусный и щедрый
-бунгало чудесный с отличным видом, но ограниченным запасом горячей воды
-вода в бассейне без подогрева довольно холодная

The service does not speak English but they speak Chinese. English simply is not common in that part of Lao. But the rooms are very comfortable and also the location of the hotel is great, with a supermarket right in front of it. Can definitely recommend it!

Super endroit extrêmement reposant en ce mois d'avril. Étant en dehors de la saison touristique et en période extrêmement chaude nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, extra en bord de Mékong.
Ce n'est finalement pas très loin de la rue principale de Pakbeng.
Nous avons même pu voir les éléphants se baigner en face. Si vous séjournez assez longtemps, allez passer un temps au Mekong Éléphant Park, c'est un magnifique projet.

Service pas toujours top au niveau des détails dans le restaurant
Emplacement vraiment superbe mais un peu loin de tout on est donc prisonnier du restaurant et de ses prix un peu élevés. ( pour le Laos) Mais il faut surtout retenir que c'est un endroit merveilleux. Reposant bien entretenu avec plein de choses à faire.
Déjeuner top. Propriétaire très sympa. Pro et TRES serviable.
Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus.
Notre logement superbe, grand et ultra propre.

一人旅をしていてパークベンで一泊するにはちょうどいいと思います。ベットは清潔で飲み物やシャンプー、ボディーソープそしてトイレットペーパーまでくれました。しかし、ドミトリーに泊まっている人のシャワーとトイレは同じ個室にあり、少し不便でした。
あとエアコンも無かったです！けど大きい扇風機が何台かあってそれで結構十分なぐらい涼しかったです。
あ、あと私がドライヤーを忘れてしまったのですがスタッフの方に言ったら快く貸してくれました。ありがとうございました！

FFred ConcklinA good stay and very reasonable for the room rate.
We were here for a few nights while waiting for our Vietnam visa. Very comfortable hotel.
Spacious and clean room. Big comfortable bed.
Mattress is hard but it was okay for us. Daily housekeeping.
Toiletries, free water bottles everyday. Good air conditioning and ample hot water. Decent smart tv.
Wifi can be improved. Staff is friendly, efficient and was the best. Breakfast consisted of a few stir fries, fried eggs and congee. Buffet style breakfast. Basic breakfast but it's good. There were no decent foreigner friendly restaurants around so it's great as a transit hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. When we left, front desk got us a golf cart to the bus station fast so we could get to the bus station at 9am easily and smoothly. Thanks guys

225iiii25I think it's a good place to stay overnight at Park Ben while traveling alone. The bed was clean and gave me drinks, shampoo, body soap and toilet paper. However, the shower and toilet of the person staying in the dormitory were in the same private room, which was a bit inconvenient.
There was no air conditioner! But there were some big fans and it was cool enough.
Oh, I forgot the hair dryer, but when I told the staff, he was willing to lend me. Thank you very much!

FFanhaikoGreat place, extremely relaxing in this month of April. Being outside the tourist season and in an extremely hot period we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool, great on the banks of the Mekong.
It's actually not very far from the main street of Pakbeng.
We were even able to see the elephants bathing opposite. If you stay long enough, go and spend some time at Mekong Elephant Park, it's a magnificent project.

MMarsy TravelLuxury hotel in the Laotian wilderness. We arrived on a slow boat and spent New Year's Eve there. Unfortunately, no festive event was held at the hotel, which was a little disappointing, because there is absolutely nothing to do in the village. About the hotel itself:
– it is located farthest from the pier, upon arrival you are greeted by an electric car, but then if you want to take a walk to the center of the village you will have to walk through the dark and hills for about 15 minutes
- hotel on the mountain, there will be a little exercise to go to the pool or restaurant
-breakfast is delicious and generous
-wonderful bungalow with great view, but limited supply of hot water
-the water in the unheated pool is quite cold

คคิตตี้กับน้ำผึ้งStarted with a long drive from Udomxay Train Station, about 30 kilometers and about 1 hour, running out of the city, into the countryside, crossing countless mountains until reaching the destination. The atmosphere of the room that I chose was truly surrounded by nature. On the balcony of the house, there was a waterfall flowing through. No matter how hot the weather was, when surrounded by nature, I could still feel the cool air all the time. The room was comfortable. There might be some insects, but the part that I didn't like was the hot water that was very difficult to adjust to be warm. Traveling from the house to the central part of the resort was quite far. You had to call a car to pick you up or get a bicycle from the reception to ride yourself. But the part that I didn't like the most was the food. The taste was not to my liking at all. The dishes were very big. But if it wasn't delicious, I couldn't eat it. But I had to eat it because there was nothing else to eat in that area. Until the last day, I tried Lao food and found that the food tasted better. Not very delicious, but much better. Another thing that I would like to improve is the service that sometimes takes a long time. For example, when I was in the room and wanted to order food, after calling, it took almost 1 full hour. Or talking to customers should be better, compared to the price of the accommodation.
