The hotel room is spacious and clean windows are big with a scenic view in front. Staff are friendly and helpful.
If I return to Muang Xay I definitely will book here again.
One thing to cheer about is they offer free shuttle service to either Oudomxay bus or train station.

Роскошный отель в лаосской глуши. Мы приплыли на медленной лодке и встретили там новогоднюю ночь. К сожалению, никакого праздничного мероприятия в отеле не проводилось, это слегка огорчило, потому что в деревне делать абсолютно нечего. Больше про путешествие по Лаосу в tg-канале MarsyTravel
О самом отеле:
– он находится дальше всех от причала, при заезде встречает электро-машинка, но дальше если захотите прогуляться в центр деревни придется идти пешком по темноте и горкам минут 15
- отель на горе, будет немного физкультуры сходить до бассейна или ресторана
-завтрак вкусный и щедрый
-бунгало чудесный с отличным видом, но ограниченным запасом горячей воды
-вода в бассейне без подогрева довольно холодная

The hotel appeared to be very quiet - not many other guests were there. The fridge didn’t work & I was unable to turn off the bathroom lights unless I switched off all the electricity. The toilet had dirt around the water level as though it had not been used for a long time. There was not much to do in the town
On the plus side I found a great little restaurant just across the street

Service pas toujours top au niveau des détails dans le restaurant
Emplacement vraiment superbe mais un peu loin de tout on est donc prisonnier du restaurant et de ses prix un peu élevés. ( pour le Laos) Mais il faut surtout retenir que c'est un endroit merveilleux. Reposant bien entretenu avec plein de choses à faire.
Déjeuner top. Propriétaire très sympa. Pro et TRES serviable.
Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus.
Notre logement superbe, grand et ultra propre.

The Santuary was a lovely hotel in Pak Beng, the perfect place to stay after the long boat journey from Luang Prabang. We wished we could stay longer to enjoy the facilities and view of the river

-Very good location sunset point, river views offer Mekong and a hearty breakfast in the morning. A unique view of the Mekong River from the terrace in front of the room. Possibility to see elephants on the other side of the river.free pickup from the pier to hostel and drop off.

一人旅をしていてパークベンで一泊するにはちょうどいいと思います。ベットは清潔で飲み物やシャンプー、ボディーソープそしてトイレットペーパーまでくれました。しかし、ドミトリーに泊まっている人のシャワーとトイレは同じ個室にあり、少し不便でした。
あとエアコンも無かったです！けど大きい扇風機が何台かあってそれで結構十分なぐらい涼しかったです。
あ、あと私がドライヤーを忘れてしまったのですがスタッフの方に言ったら快く貸してくれました。ありがとうございました！

225iiii25I think it's a good place to stay overnight at Park Ben while traveling alone. The bed was clean and gave me drinks, shampoo, body soap and toilet paper. However, the shower and toilet of the person staying in the dormitory were in the same private room, which was a bit inconvenient.
There was no air conditioner! But there were some big fans and it was cool enough.
Oh, I forgot the hair dryer, but when I told the staff, he was willing to lend me. Thank you very much!

AAnonymous UserIt's supposedly the best hotel in Mengsai, but for Chinese tourists, it's only a three-star standard. The facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is so-so; the chairs were black even after wiping them with a wet wipe. The shower temperature was also difficult to control, fluctuating wildly. It's barely a place to stay.

FFanhaikoGreat place, extremely relaxing in this month of April. Being outside the tourist season and in an extremely hot period we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool, great on the banks of the Mekong.
It's actually not very far from the main street of Pakbeng.
We were even able to see the elephants bathing opposite. If you stay long enough, go and spend some time at Mekong Elephant Park, it's a magnificent project.

MMarsy TravelLuxury hotel in the Laotian wilderness. We arrived on a slow boat and spent New Year's Eve there. Unfortunately, no festive event was held at the hotel, which was a little disappointing, because there is absolutely nothing to do in the village. About the hotel itself:
– it is located farthest from the pier, upon arrival you are greeted by an electric car, but then if you want to take a walk to the center of the village you will have to walk through the dark and hills for about 15 minutes
- hotel on the mountain, there will be a little exercise to go to the pool or restaurant
-breakfast is delicious and generous
-wonderful bungalow with great view, but limited supply of hot water
-the water in the unheated pool is quite cold

GGuest UserVery exquisite resort. The resort is integrated with the nature reserve. If you can only stay for one night, you must arrive at the hotel before 2 pm, and then take a car directly to the Nangjia Nature Reserve to experience the giant trees, streams and forests of nature. The restaurant offers Chinese, Laotian and Western food in the evening. The taste is good and the price is affordable. There is also a wide selection of drinks. The breakfast the next day is also very rich. The room environment is very good. It's a pity that the twin room we booked was sold out, so we were forced to change to a double room, but everything is good. Worth coming again
