The service was good, standard. The location was great, almost 15 minutes or less from the historic center of the city. While the hotel itself was located inside of a plaza with lots of restaurants and small shops. The best part is that when you stay in this hotel, they give you a small 10% discount on the restaurants found in the same plaza, it was neat to have that. Just one complaint would be the food on their breakfast buffet. Even though the food in flavor was good, the options were limited and the same in every single day, which it sucks if you are staying for more than two days as having greater options like soups or cold salads would be better for travelers.

Al pedir la factura de la estancia fue por menor valor que lo que cobraron a la tarjeta. Porque?
Al anunciar el costo inicial no fue el que se promovía, al reservar fue mayor y tuve que pagar la estancia, no fue garantizada para pagar en el hotel. Porque?

El servicio del hotel es bueno ya que los empleados son amables también la ubicaron es muy buena ya que está dentro de un centro comercial con restaurantes o cafés también esta muy cerca de antea y es una zona muy segura el desayuno está muy bien con buen surtido y también buen sabor el ambiente del hotel en general es bueno y las habitaciones son muy limpias y las camas muy cómodas es un muy buen hotel solo le falta una piscina existe una buena relación calidad-precio

スタッフの対応は良く、露天風呂もとても良い。日本人にとっては日本語で説明があるのもありがたく、セキュリティもしっかりしている。唯一洗濯機の利用が無料で嬉しかった代わりに洗濯+乾燥で6時間かかったので利用予定者は注意した方がいい。総じてとても良い宿泊だった。

Good location, extensive well-maintained facilities, cleanly, service and food. The buffets are excellent and good value. The only negative would be that it's a bit corporate and things get dropped along the way, but I guess that expected since it's part of a large organization.

El lugar esta muy bien, pero las habitaciones están muy austeras, les falta mucho para llegar por lo menos a tener lo básico, no tiene, lámpara en el buró, secador, y en la cocina no hay absolutamente nada de utensilios

HHelmutIt was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

However, there are shortcomings, the shower is too high and unadjustable, the shower gel is not replenished, otherwise it will be perfect.

KKANYANI went to visit customers nearby and stayed in this hotel. It is very convenient. The most important thing is that the service is very good. The night before leaving the store, I pestered the lady at the front desk to ask about the transportation method of Queretaro to Mexico City Airport. The ticket was printed out for me. It was nearly an hour before and after. I didn’t feel impatient at all. I didn’t want to tip the young lady, but I forced to give it to her later.
Because I stayed for 2 nights, I left a tip for cleaning the room the next day, but I left it intact and didn't take it (is it too small).
When I went to the customer’s side, the front desk made an appointment for the morning car. The hotel arranged a car to take me off, and there was no charge.
There is a large shopping mall, liverpool, about 5 minutes' walk away. If you have time, you can go shopping. There is a large supermarket where you can buy some local things and bring them back to your country as gifts.

SSophita23The environment is good and the location is okay if you have a car. The hotel is a little outdated but the bedrooms are still okay and comfortable. We stayed for a week. Nothing much to complain. Service is good. The only negative thing is that we could hear the noise coming from the hallway and even from other bedrooms.

GGuest UserTodo bien en realidad, la limpieza bien, la cama confortable al igual que las almohadas. El desayuno con poca variedad de alimentos; pero con buen sabor en general. La atención del personal muy buena. El único detalle fue que no nos indicaron cómo se usaba el aire acondicionado hasta el otro día de nuestra llegada cuando reportamos que no funcionaba; pero se usa con la llave que nos habían proporcionado y no lo sabíamos hasta que preguntamos. Y solicitamos nos proporcionaran pasta dental (porque es parte de las amenidades del hotel ) y nunca nos lo llevaron. Pero en realidad nos gusto; para una estancia corta (solo estuvimos una noche ), es bastante recomendable.
