Checking in Everyone seems to be busy for nothing or as they pretend to be for such a small boutique property. The stuffs were not tech-savy and; uncertain of how to approach about a good warm welcome. Didn't offered me the welcome drink, with an excuse that they don't have it anymore. F&B Horrible and atrocious f&b team, made me wait there for I hour with no attendance for service nor even greeting or directing me to a seat, stuffs were busy attending other inconsequential guest whom they were preoccupied cajolin! and fawning over whom they assume to be affuent and wealthy. Definitely there's a double standard for service, thee only give good service to whom they perceive worthy. The bar opens at 4 but there were no staffs at 6, was willing to spend my money since I was on holiday mood , only to be ruined by disservice of ineptitude when they cant offer dot of the readily available menu. Customer Relation management I stormed up to complain about the terrible service, FOM made the horrible mistake by following up with a free drink and BBQ , thinking I would want services for free, they couldn't guarantee that mistake would not happen again anc straight away compansate someone with a condescending approach, i dont want their money. I had to eat outside for a better service and to ensure that I would not be mortified by little details. No transport was provided for the inconvenience of eating outside , for the better service that they cant guarantee. Management team started knowing on my door incessantly to the point that I was stressed out, all other department came and apologized except for the f&b team I'm a travel vloger with more than 2000 reviews for travel video on Youtube for an eminent company, been frequenting to hotels like Marriott Ritz Carlton, four season, Hilton , Wyndham, shangri-la and the accor group (sofitel , Novotel, swissotel) never was i disrespected with such insolence. They never arrange for my subsequent stay when I say I will be moving out without staying them for the night , I had to make my own reservation at a better hotel where I will be happy spending my money, no transport no compensation or whatsoever! The reason people chose boutique hotel over 5 star is because we think we might get a fast and efficient service with the warmth oftogetherness in a small hotel. But no this hotel proves everything wrong, they are not of world standard and wil never be. I ,conisseur of hospitality, am against this type of establishment flouting standard and I will keep on writing reviews for the awareness of other people. I have repute on other sites like agoda and booking.com and will be review them for good, please avoid this hotel at all cost. They will take you money only to put u in misery

I only stayed 1 night at this hotel but it’s absolutely wonderful. Unlike most hotels in SE Asia the beds here are so comfortable and not rock hard. The shower was great, the water is hot and the pressure is perfect. Breakfast is 5/5 because there’s such a wonderful variety. They had fresh pastries and an actual omelette station. Another highlight of this hotel is the rooftop. There’s an infinity pool and a bar. It was nice to NOT have to scream across the table to chat with my fiancé because the atmosphere/ambiance is perfect. Nice light music and a very chill place to be. I highly recommend this hotel.

Value for money, two staff can speak English fluently and all staff are helpful and customer caring. They help to arrange transportations efficiently and provide recommendations for sight seeing. Foods are fine. Even though some of the staff are unable speak English, they would try their best to offer help.

The location isn't close to shops and restaurants but the view nearby is breathtaking. Riding an e-bike around by myself is one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. The room is beautiful and perfectly decorated, very friendly staff but some facilities are a bit old. The shower doesn't have hot water sometimes. Breakfast is very good but the restaurant is a bit pricy and not very tasty, not recommended.

The superior room is small but enough to live in. All amenities and facilities are just fine but one small thing, no provide breakfast but there are many restaurant around the hotel. The bath room with magic mirror is very nice and impressive. I sure to come back and stay in this hotel.

I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Hôtel sympathique mais un peu vieillot au niveau des installations. Climatisation très bruyante dans la chambre qui était vraiment grande. Personnel souriant et prêt à vous rendre service. Piscine intérieure vieillotte, à vraiment déconseillé. J'ai eu la mauvaise idée de faire appel au service de buanderie. Le service rapide est vraiment top mais en tant qu'étranger le prix compté en dollars est 3 fois plus cher que pour les locaux. De plus lorsque j'ai voulu payer en monnaie locale, Le taux de change a été augmenté d'un tiers ! Bref si je n'avais pas râlé immédiatement j'aurais payé près de 35 US Dollars au lieu de 27 US Dollars pour 6 caleçons, 5 T-shirts, 6 paires de chaussettes, un jean et 2 chemisettes. Petit déjeuner bien avec fruits frais et excellents yaourts. Restaurant avec un large choix et pas trop cher.

만달레이에서 가장 비싸지만 깨끗하고 현대적인 호텔입니다. 다양한 조식과 깔끔한 방은 모두에게 추천할만 합니다. 다만 개선할점도 있습니다 1. 이 호텔은 만 6세 이상 어린이에게 엑스트라베드유무와 상관없이 13달러의 추가요금을 요청(조식요금포함)합니다 ㅡ 트립닷컴 어플의 11세이하 어린이 무료와는 다른 정책이기에 분명히 알고 가셔야 합니다 2. 처음 안내받았던 5층의 방은 공사로 인한듯한 접착제 냄세가 너무 심하여 지낼 수 없어 7층으로 방을 변경해야 했습니다. 또한 3층의 경우 흡연이 가능한 층 인것 같았는데 엘리베이터가 3층에 설 때마다 엘리베이터에 들어오는 담배냄세가 정말 심했습니다. 담배냄세를 싫어하시는 분들은 반듯이 금연룸여부 확인하셔야 합니다. 이러한 개선점들은 직원들의 친절한 응대로 저희는 처음 체크인할때만 불편함을 느꼈을 뿐 그 이후 3일의 일정은 좋은 수영장, 사우나, 스파를 이용하며 편안한 시간을 가질 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다
