還好之前辦的簽證沒到期，飛機上人不多，下大雪天氣不好半夜才到，大廳非常暖和，剛好趕上聖誕節前，一樓的聖誕裝飾很漂亮，配上聖誕小音樂，一下子有種很浪漫的聖誕電影般愜意的感覺。
大堂有很多的沙發位，單人的，雙人的，組合多人的，很適合發呆和聊天。
我定的單人間，房間面積不大挺温馨的，床墊挺舒服，早餐也不錯，服務也挺周到的，我是i人，整體感覺不錯，樓下餐廳的減脂餐挺好的。

The hotel is brand new (just 2-3 months) and the room is amazing with state of art amenities. The bathroom amenity was great and the bidet is superb.
However, since the hotel is new, massage, cafe, bar, entertainment center and mart is not opened yet.
Note, all staff are Chinese and their Russian and English is poor so Google translator is necessary.
I’m giving 5 star even considering above facilities not functioning in mind.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

這次入住皇宮花園酒店，整體體驗真的非常滿意，可以説是我在當地住過比較舒服、性價比很高的一家酒店。
首先，酒店的位置非常方便，樓下旁邊就是 24 小時超市，半夜想買水、零食或者日用品都不用擔心。出門過一個紅綠燈，不到 200 米就是非常有名的俄羅斯大教堂，步行就可以到，周邊環境也很有氛圍感。旁邊還有當地很火的 Kulikov 蛋糕店，甜品、麪包都很好吃，平時買點蛋糕、喝個下午茶非常方便。對於旅遊、出差或者短住的人來説，這個位置真的很省心。
酒店的住宿環境也很舒服。房間佈置簡約大方，沒有複雜誇張的裝飾，但是給人的感覺很温馨、乾淨、實用。房間裏面採光很好，白天陽光照進來，整個房間都顯得特別明亮。床品也很舒服，被子柔軟親膚，躺下之後整個人有一種被穩穩託住的感覺，睡起來很踏實。晚上休息的時候也比較安靜，不會覺得吵鬧，整體睡眠質量很好。
讓我印象比較深的是酒店的小花園。花園雖然不是特別大，但是打理得非常用心，草坪、小樹、綠植都很乾凈整齊。白天坐在遮陽傘下面看看風景，喝喝茶，感覺非常放鬆；晚上燈光一開，整個小花園的氛圍感一下子就出來了，安安靜靜的，很適合坐一會兒放鬆心情。早上推開窗户看到滿眼綠色，心情也會變好。
服務方面也很加分。工作人員態度很好，溝通很耐心，給人的感覺不是冷冰冰的酒店服務，而是比較親切、自然、有温度的服務。沒想到酒店還有接機服務，這一點真的很貼心，尤其是第一次來當地或者帶行李比較多的客人，會感覺方便很多，也會有一種被照顧到的安心感。
早餐也不錯，簡單但比較實在，能滿足早上正常用餐需求。房間衞生做得也比較乾淨，整體住下來沒有什麼不舒服的地方。對於我來説，酒店最重要的就是乾淨、安靜、位置方便、睡得舒服，而皇宮花園酒店這幾點都做得很好。
總體來説，這是一家很適合出差、旅遊、短住和長期入住的酒店。位置便利，周邊配套齊全，房間乾淨舒適，床品柔軟，環境安靜，還有一個讓人很放鬆的小花園。住在這裏不會有陌生感，反而有一種像回到家一樣的温暖感。下次來這邊的話，還會優先選擇皇宮花園酒店，也會推薦給朋友。

Просторный шикарный номер за свои деньги. Но есть минус, на полу везде особенно в с/у волосы и волосики из сами понимаете каких мест человеческого тела, вывод такой- полы вообще не моют, возможно мне не повезло просто, речь про мой номер так как в других не был. Вот этот момент быстро перечеркнул плюсы этого отеля. Кровать и белье очень достойное , выспаться и отдохнуть можно на 100%. Также в номере есть необходимые зуб щетка и другие принадлежности. Халатов не заметил, полотенца новые и чистые. Завтрак не посещал, так как выехал до него. Завтрак если не ошибаюсь только 1 час с 8 до 9, что очень неудобно. Возможно я ошибаюсь, но таблица говорит об этом. Вернулся бы еще?,скорее да, чем нет.

Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь после ночного перелета. Заселился в номер очень быстро. Номер оплачивал через сайт Trip.com. рублями тут же на ресепшене , что очень удобно , так как наши карты в Бишкеке не работают. Номер просторный, хороший вид из окна. Из отеля удобно добираться до основых достопримечательностей города. Хочется отметить доброжелательность персонала отеля и достойные завтраки. Я бы порекомендовал данный отель друзьям.

It was a lovely hotel not far from the airport, the main star of my stay there was the front desk staff, especially Mr. Malik who speaks excellent English and an amazing problem solver. I was looking for a city to city ride without any Kyrgyz or Russian and he helped me to secure it without any problem. He even helped me to dodge suspicious and ridiculously overrated taxi drivers Thanks to him, my travel was smooth and joyful. Also the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a very good experience.

The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression.
My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries.

My room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. The overall ambiance is elegant, the facilities are comprehensive, and it offers great value for money. GGuest UserThe worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest?
This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures.
What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again.
As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes
And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them.
Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well.

Location & Dining: The location is excellent for dining options. There are two cafes directly across the street, and additional restaurants and cafes in the neighboring block, making meal times very convenient. While the on-site restaurant was under renovation and unavailable, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was a great alternative. I'm excited about the future, as the renovated restaurant is expected to become NAVAT, a highly-regarded establishment in the city. I look forward to staying here again after the renovation is complete!
Amenities & Comfort: I was very appreciative of the complimentary amenities in the room, including the free bottled water, electric kettle, and supplies for coffee and tea. The restroom and shower were clean and very easy to use.
Service: The hotel staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They promptly handled my sudden request for a taxi and provided very detailed and useful information about the city. Their hospitality significantly enhanced my stay.
Overall: Highly recommended. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service and a convenient location.

JJunior OmpusungguI had a wonderful experience staying at Urban Hotel Bishkek. The location is incredibly strategic, right in the center of Bishkek, making it very convenient to get around the city. The rooms are highly comfortable and cozy, offering great value for money with their affordable rates.
A big highlight for me was the breakfast. The menu is quite varied and provides the perfect, hearty fuel needed for a full day of physical activities.
Special thanks to the receptionist, Абина! She was immensely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. It was truly a pleasure meeting and chatting with her. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek!

GGuest UserI booked room for solo. The room is quite spacious, the bed is big enough, and the bathroom is clean. All is perfect! Price to value is fair. But the room is a little dark. Also, we can hear what next door's guests are talking. So maybe needs soundproofing. But as I said, price to value is good.

NNovindra aji syahputraI stayed at Avant Hotel for a whole week and honestly it became one of my favorite stays in Bishkek. The location is perfect, literally right in the city center and super close to everywhere, which made everything so easy during my trip. Restaurants, cafés, shopping, and attractions were all nearby.
What made this hotel really special for me was the staff. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Since I stayed for a week, they even started recognizing me, always smiling, saying hello every time I walked in, and making me feel really comfortable and at home. Their hospitality felt very sincere and warm, not forced at all.
The service was amazing from beginning to end, and whenever I needed help, they were always ready to assist with kindness and professionalism. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek.
