Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Благодарен отелю за то, что пошли навстречу и разрешили очень ранний заезд без каких-либо доплат. Менеджеры всегда на связи. Расположение позволяет пешком дойти до центра города. Рядом с отелем несколько остановок общественного транспорта и хороший продуктовый.

還好之前辦的簽證沒到期，飛機上人不多，下大雪天氣不好半夜才到，大廳非常暖和，剛好趕上聖誕節前，一樓的聖誕裝飾很漂亮，配上聖誕小音樂，一下子有種很浪漫的聖誕電影般愜意的感覺。 大堂有很多的沙發位，單人的，雙人的，組合多人的，很適合發呆和聊天。 我定的單人間，房間面積不大挺温馨的，床墊挺舒服，早餐也不錯，服務也挺周到的，我是i人，整體感覺不錯，樓下餐廳的減脂餐挺好的。

這次到吉爾吉斯斯坦出差兼旅行，選擇了吉國之星酒店，不得不説，這絕對是一個明智的決定，整個入住體驗堪稱完美。 地理位置優越： 酒店的位置非常方便，無論是去市中心的阿拉套廣場，還是前往各大商務區，交通都十分便利。周邊也有不錯的餐廳和超市，生活購物很省心。 房間舒適整潔： 我們入住的是雙床房，房間比想象中要寬敞明亮。床品非常舒適，一夜好眠。最重要的是，房間打掃得一塵不染，衞浴設施乾淨現代，熱水供應穩定充足，這對於旅途勞累的人來説太重要了。 服務無可挑剔： 這是酒店最值得稱讚的一點！從前台到餐廳再到客房服務，每一位員工都面帶微笑，熱情周到。前台員工能流利地使用中、俄、英多種語言，溝通零障礙。我們遇到一些小問題，他們都能迅速響應並解決，讓人感覺非常安心。

Nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast in a roof top restaurant - a good way to start the day. Location is in a quiet side street; taxi drivers sometimes struggle to find the hotel. A cafe is in the opposite building for a quick coffee before you start the day.

We stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for. What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations. They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after. A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

Nice hotel just little distance from city center, a big supermarket a less 100 metres with bus stop to get everywhere in city. Rooms nice and well equipped, staff fabolous above all receptionist Dimitri always eager for help. Breakfast buffet but food delicious and a 24 hours coffee and hot drinks avaible

Lokasi Ramada Hotel sangat baik, ia mudah untuk perjalanan, dan perkhidmatannya juga baik. Ia adalah kos efektif untuk tinggal di luar musim Kemudahan bilik adalah standard, sarapannya lazat, supnya lazat, dan halamannya juga sangat bagus. Ia disyorkan untuk tinggal.

Отель очень неплох, хотя номера маленькие. Спа - огонь, там почти всегда пусто. Что плохо, так это забывчивый персонал. Забыть положить мыло в номер при заезде гостей. Забыть его принести после напоминания. Забыть отремонтировать лейку в душе. Забыть убрать номер. Пойти за карточкой и не вернуться - это, увы, в норме.

The hotel is clean. Reception can speak English and little bit Mandarin, which is very impressive. The gym room is big and have nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice is enough with fresh fruits
