Room was large and had all you would want. Took a deposit for mini bar but mini bar wasn’t actually filled, which was odd- but deposit was returned. Great breakfast, lovely outdoor pool area and decent sized gym

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. The hotel is decent, but primarily caters to guests from China. That said, the staff also understand Russian and English. The main sights are a bit far from the hotel, but taxis are cheap and quick. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and ready to help. P.S. The promised fruit basket (as a benefit from Trip) is not provided.

The worst experience ever in my life. I am willing to bear all legal responsibility for the facts I have stated. At approximately 2:30 a.m., an unknown man entered my room without authorization. This is an extremely serious security breach. Had I been a female guest sleeping alone, or had I been asleep with valuables exposed, the consequences could have been far worse. If my belongings had been stolen while I was asleep, what protection or recourse would I have had as a Wyndham guest? This incident occurred in the middle of the night, when guests are most vulnerable. I consider myself fortunate that nothing worse happened. However, I was unable to sleep for the remainder of the night due to fear and anxiety. Even today, I do not feel secure leaving my belongings in the room. I have had to carry my laptop, passport, and all valuables with me because I no longer trust the hotel’s security procedures. What further disappointed me was how the situation was handled. When I rushed to the reception immediately after the incident, the only response I received was a brief verbal “sorry.” There was no explanation, no reassurance, and no immediate action taken to address my concerns. Additionally, my keycard had been revoked without notice, forcing me to return to the reception again. As of today, no manager has reached out to me in person to provide a formal apology or explanation. The absence of proper follow-up makes the situation even more concerning. If hotel management considers this a minor mistake, that is frankly alarming. As I wasn’t able to sleep at all due to the hotel mistakes And they reject to refund me for the first night’s accommodation fees. And until now, I don’t receive any official apologies from them. Be careful, what happened to me might be happen to you as well.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety served 8.00-10.00. No shampoo or conditioner as well as no robes or in room safe as per description. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to the Bazaar and just a short walk from the main hustle of the city. Staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. Amazing mountain view in the distance.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I just wanted a clean, quiet place to stay that was convenient to various attractions. This place was very clean, the staff was great and I found the room cozy adn the bed comfortable. I work remotely and the wifi was great. For breakfast, you need to go to the first floor/reception to order it, and then go up to the third floor where it is served. I would have loved a buffet breakfast, but the breakfast was still appreciated. There are three breakfast sets to choose from. The room remains open after, so you can use the microwave and eat a meal. There are lots of bookshelves and seating places if you are feeling sociable. As an introvert, I liked that I wasn't bothered about room service and had my privacy. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. They also have a laundry service available, where they can wash and dry your clothes. The main sights of the town are maybe a 20 minute walk. I walked to Osh Bazaar on the other side of the city and it was about an hour walk. Overall, a wonderful hotel and one I would definitely return to.

The breakfast was varied and well-chosen. As a traveler, I felt comfortable and safe. The reception was always staffed and friendly. It was a bit noisy in the hotel room due to outside fans, but I was able to change rooms. There's a supermarket and several cafes across the street. I'm very satisfied!

Resting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.
