The hotel is conveniently located along Jaldon Street in Zamboanga City. You can easily go to places like the airport, shopping malls (KCC Mall, SM Mindpro), the barter trade at Canelar, and City Hall. You can actually walk from the hotel to City Hall or perhaps the Gov. Lim Boulevard. The hotel can be very crowded as it is a popular venue for many events including parties and seminars. The rooms are okay considering the pricing. The linen and towels are old so I hope the hotel acquires new linen and towels even for the lower priced rooms. Our rooms didn't have windows so it's difficult to tell whether the weather outside is fine. The TV works but has limited channels. The breakfast buffet is average but sufficient. The staff are helpful but sometimes appear to be overwhelmed as they attend to many people.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews. However, The hotel is very good looking and the room was ok but OMG...The water pressure was barely a dribble, and oh DO NOT DRINK THE WATER is posted on the wall. Be ready to take 10 min to wash and rinse your hands and a shower, hahaha, wait about 5 min for WARM water. And the wifi...again hahaha constantly in and out. Always have to change from hotel Primera to Primera g or TP link or nothing at all. We didn't know that if we wanted our room cleaned, well forget about it. If you don't tell them, sorry the 2 bath towels you get to use over and it's the hotel policy not to provide wash cloths or hand towels and when we asked them to bring us clean towels, they said ok but we need to charge you 100php. You also might want to bring your own trash can as well because the can is equal to a gallon size jug. I guess the ants in the room are something to snack on because there's no vending, no ice machine.

The place is nice & relaxing & very clean.Rooms very big.Many amenities to keep busy & 3 pools.Also had 3 resturants & cafe.A beautiful beach.Staff were very friendly & attended very quick if needed anything.Bit far from town but can get tuk tuk.Would highly recommend for relaxing getaway. It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. We stayed for a day last month, flushing of toilet not working. the staff are good but the management are worst total worst, there's no manager on floor no security on duty your safety in this hotel is very unsafe,we have a accident during our stay yung sister ko i nopen lng nyu ang sliding door tapos biglang nahulog galing 5th floor thanks god walang na saktan sa nang yari, Ang masama pa don kami na ang na aksindenti kami pa ang pinag bayad sa damage eh. kasalanan ba naman na wala silang maitenance check sa mga room pag mag check out. Loose ang sliding door.Kami pa pinag bayad, Ang masaklap lng sinabihan kami na wala daw sila magagawa kasi kami may kasalan. hindi ko to e recommend tong hotel to kasi your safety is not guarantees dito.

NEVER AGAIN!! I was initially assigned a room accessible only through stairs, the paint on the wall was peeling , toilet flush not working, molds in the toilet , safe box not working. I was transferred to another room, no elevator too,only stairs to access it, the toilet was also full of molds , the same problem with the safe deposit box, the fridge smelled disgusting, stain on the bedsheet , the previous guests’ wifi voucher still by the bedside. I’m too tired and needed to be somewhere so i settled in this room . But then at night when I arrived , I found crawling baby COCKROACHES in my chocolate box, in my toothpaste, in my bedside table . LOTS OF THEM!! The water in the pool too is blurry ! I left the very next morning and found a much cheaper room in a nearby hotel. Smaller room but very clean!!! I am truly disgusted with my experience in this hotel !!! This place needs a serious need of updating. They are expensive too compared to other hotels in this city.

To the management, Please start by insuring your imployees know that a hotel is a ”home away from home” . Please make sure that employees are equipped with proper training and seminars so that they can provide the high quality of service to the guests. Then make sure that the establishment looks like Home/Hotel, since during my visit it looks like a apartment. Lastly, please be advice that this is not a pure criticism, this is actually a constructive criticism to make sure that your business is highly compliant with the department of tourism guidelines and international ratings. Remember, guests pays for the service that they deserve. Hoping that this might help you guys. Til we meet again!

The hotel staff were very kind and responsive before we arrived to the hotel, helping us with airport transfer. Check-in was quick and easy. The location is conveniently located next to many local shops and SM City Mindpro. We were able to easily get tricycles to Paseo Del Mar, KCC, and Canelar Barter Trade Center. However, there were several issues. The smell was unpleasant in the room and could improve on cleanliness altogether. The room is very dark - lighting is not great, and our window was facing another wall, so we did not get much natural sunlight. We may have gotten an outdated room. TV was not working properly. Aircon remote was not working properly - had to request another one. It was an okay stay.
