Overall, while the location and cleanliness are good, poor service, maintenance neglect, and unfair treatment made our stay disappointing. The staff were very unhelpful and dismissive with maintenance issues. The shower head holder was broken and never fixed, and on our last morning the A/C stopped working with no resolution and follow-up. Our room faced the inner courtyard and the window couldn’t be opened, making it uncomfortably warm which we had to leave the door open until checkout. We also experienced discriminatory behavior: when we requested a higher floor at check-in, we were told it was unavailable, yet a Caucasian traveler who checked in afterward received the same request.

Nice and spacious apartment close to the main attractions, kind and friendly receptionists. Very recommended

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Saya sangat menikmati penginapan di sini, terutamanya kerana terdapat dapur lengkap di mana anda boleh memasak: dapur, cerek, ketuhar gelombang mikro, pinggan mangkuk, teh dan kopi. Katilnya mempunyai tilam lembut yang sangat selesa dan TV besar. Ia agak jauh dari pusat bandar, tetapi terdapat perhentian bas berdekatan, jadi anda boleh memandu ke sana.

У нас было 2 отдельные брони на 1 и 3 ночи. Первый номер был очень плох. Грязный диван, страшная, вспупыренная столешница и сильно мягкий матрац у кровати. Новая квартира на 3 ночи была лучше, но в предыдущей была стиральная машинка и больше посуды. В новой же квартире не было стиральной посуды, приборов было по 2 штуки и ничего больше. Было всего 1 полотенце и больше ничего из комплекта.

Es war sauber und sehr schick. Wir haben das Frühstück genutzt, was erst teuer erschien, aber wirklich gut war und es gab sogar eine Live Cooking Station. Besonders gut ist die Lage für den Durchgangsverkehr.

Gutes Hotel mit großem Zimmer. Service hat noch Luft nach oben, Freundlichkeit und an der Rezeption darf man keine Fragen stellen als Antwort bekommt man, das man ins Internet schauen kann, usw. Kennen wir von anderen 5 Sterne Hotels anders.

Good location close to the train station. The hotel is a bit old but in good shape. I’ll recommend it for a short stay.

Personeel liep niet over in vriendelijkheid, stug. Vanaf treinstation ca 15 min lopen. Winkelcentrum ca 5min. Ca 15 naar bezienswaardigheden. Ontbijt veelzijdig, wel duurder dan gemiddeld. Voor 1 nacht prima omdat iwroclaw mij als tourist tegenviel.
