The staff working there is very friendly, the facilities in its surroundings a bit dangerous, it is understood that they are working on repairs, hot water never came out, we waited 30 minutes.

Small hotel, good connected with highways & Mall, very clean and spacious rooms. Staff always available to attend my request, friendly & make you feel comfort ti stay there. Abundant and varied hotel breakfast. Options very close to have a dinner (Two nice restaurants behind the hotel and Food Court accros the highway, on the mall).

Very good room, large, nice convenient bed. Very rich selection in the dinner buffet, as well as for breakfast. we've received vouchers for a drink, which could be used in dinner. Nice surprise. Be aware that the spa costs extra! Nobody bothered to tell us so.

Nos quedamos dos noches con mi pareja. No es un hotel elegante, pero vale lo que se paga. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, la cama no es muy cómoda y las almohadas son un poco duras. Puntos a favor: excelente ubicación frente al mall, cerca del aeropuerto, cerca de un restaurant muy bueno, hay taxis fuera del hotel permanentemente, excelente atención, servicio de algunos alimentos las 24 horas, servicio de bar hasta las 5:30, la cocina los platos son ricos y económicos, tienen contenedores de reciclaje en la entrada, cuenta con estacionamiento privado. El desayuno no está incluído, se debe pagar aparte a $3.900, lo cual es adecuado para la variedad y calidad y los fines de semana se sirve hasta las 12:00 hrs.

Was a ****** hotel. Didn't use the ****** but the restaurant was ok and the foods were tasty. Spa looks good just couldn't get a reservation as there were no service after 6pm. Some receptionists need to improve their English however they all were helpful and kind to guests.

I was surprised to read the recent negative reviews of the Mercure Concepcion. We are well-experienced travelers who stay in the full range of hotels from low to very high. It's a four star hotel. It s well-priced and centrally located. We paid about $75 a night for two nights here. The big surprise was that numerous staff, female and male were sporting small rainbow flag pins. Very welcoming! Many of the staff are fluent in English. The food at the complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh in a pleasant setting. It was the best of the hotel breakfasts we had on our trip. A true test of a place is when things don't go right. The bathroom sink was clogged. When we reported it, a maintenance staff member arrived within 10 minutes. Done! The downside: It is located next to the highway and a railway. Another plus: near the local Unimarc, about 3 blocks away. Also near two car rental agencies: Mitte and Chilean Rental Car.

Todo bien excepto que al llegar aprox 12,45 hrs ,nos hicieron el check in a las 15 hrs y no fue por falta de habitaciones,ya que el hotel ,tenía una baja ocupación. Nos había pasado unos meses antes y me parece que no es una política del hotel ,muy amistosa . Situación que no ocurre con otros hoteles ,que si tienen disponibilidad realizan un early check in.

Es un hotel 3 estrellas.. cumple con lo que uno necesitas cuando estás de paso por Los Ángeles. El baño estaba muy limpio. Es un hotel antiguo pero bien mantenido. Lo único que No me gustó es que el aire acondicionado era realmente antiguo y no enfriaba nada... humedecia mucho la habitación, así que pasamos mucha calor en la noche. La atención de las personas que trabajan cordial. El desayuno bastante bueno 👍. Cenamos en el restaurante y también fue una muy buena opción. La piscina es salvadora para pasar el calor con los niños.
