I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location was convenient, and the room met all my expectations. What really stood out was the excellent customer service — the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

This is a really good value option for an airport hotel. Using bolt, I got to and from the airport cheaply and quickly. Check in was swift, friendly and efficient and the room good value. There is a kettle, comfortable bed, good shower and air conditioning/heating. Some slight plane noise but it is right next to the airport and it did not bother me! The foyer sells some snacks and drinks and you can buy breakfast. I used the McDonalds over the road as I am not a fan of breakfast buffets, so cannot comment on that. Wolt also deliver

Easy 7 minute walk from the railway station in a quiet street. Huge mall nearby and a convenience stall across the road. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They very happily helped to book a Bolt to the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Great central location for business, nice common areas, but the corridors and rooms are very dated, a full refurb is very much needed in the guest rooms.

All of the staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the complimentary oranges—they were delicious. The TV was large and it was a Samsung TV, so the picture quality was excellent. The hair dryer was high quality, so there was no need to bring my own. The gym was very spacious and well equipped with a wide variety of exercise machines, making it great to use. The swimming pool was nice as well, but since there were quite a lot of people, it didn’t feel very relaxing or private. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, so I slept well. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is pretty nice for the rates they advertise rooms at. It's a little dated, but perfectly fine. The centre of Warsaw is easily accessible by a frequent bus service in around 15/20 minutes. Breakfast has a reasonable choice and is decent. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful during my stay. However! There was a massive problem as the hot water was turned off for four days during the stay. So we couldn't wash or shower easily as the water from the taps was ice cold. The compensation offered was free breakfast at the hotel which isn't the best when you just want a warm shower in the morning or at the end of the day. No other solution or compensation was offered. They were still selling rooms online on their own website without mentioning they didn't have hot water even though the hotel knew they didn't have which isn't fair on the customer. It has to lose quite a few marks because of this.

Super clean new brand hotel . Check in was fast . All thing are new and sparkling. Bed are comfortable. WC is clean and Shower was good enough big and nice . Close to train station only 10 minutes to walk . To city centre 15-20 minutes . Around have many market and restaurants . Nice place

Great location! The hotel is located near to the Central Train Station, Palace of Culture, but a little bit far from Stare Miasto - Old Town. The rooms are excellent, they have everything you need. We slept on 11th with an amazing view towards the skyline of Warsaw. I absolutely recommend this place for your vacation or business trip.

Overall, Sheraton Grand Warsaw combines comfort, top-notch service, and meticulous care. I left feeling well-rested and appreciated, and I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Warsaw.
