Location was very convenient, easy parking, and easy to get around to see the city from this location. Room was very clean and quiet for a peaceful night. Bathroom facilities were clean and worked very well. Breakfast was excellent we a lot of variety. There were choices of cold breakfast, cereals, fruit, sweets, Hot savoury breakfast - eggs, meats, vegetables. Was a wonderful stay and recommend it.

Overall nice environment with some restaurants nearby, just that the roads were undergoing construction when we were there, so quite dusty. Rlly close to a nice park with a small bouldering rock nearby.

Pros: The hotel maintains an impressive level of cleanliness throughout its premises, making it a comfortable place to stay. Additionally, the restaurant offers delicious food with a good variety of options, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Free parking if you are lucky. Cons: Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel are quite rude, which detracts significantly from the overall experience. The location is also somewhat inconvenient, as it is situated on the outskirts of the city. However, it is a practical choice for those needing close proximity to the airport.

The hotel is just next to a train station and one train station away from the West Station towards Center. So very conveniently located. The reception desk is staffed 24/7 and staff is friendly and helpful. The reception area has enough space for you to work on computers and charge electronic equipments while waiting. WiFi is good. The room is basic and clean. But it offers almost bare amenities (two towels, paper cups, and shower gel) as an hotel. No hair dryer. No tea bags. the only way to get hot water is to go back to ground floor reception area. That’s the main dislike I have.

Warsaw Presidential Hotel is a fantastic hotel that my family stayed in the last leg of our vacation in Poland. Location was great, service from the front desk and housekeeping was good. And even after we checked out, they allow us to use the swimming pool facility for a quick shower before heading to the airport.

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great. The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. Room was spacious and clean, I can even get a view of Warsaw from my room. Would consider stay in this hotel again if I am going to Warsaw in the future.

Great hotel in prime location on what is the most modern part of Warsaw and growing. Has kitchen and balcony. Has sauna and fitness center. A few minor tweaks to the amenities and better wifi and it could be a 10/10. 9/10 from me.

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.

The hotel is not in the city center, so its location is not good, unless you have a car to move around. If you have a car, it is a very good choice, as it’s very easy to get (no traffic jam around) there is a lot of parking space inside the hotel (paid) and outside the hotel (free). The structure is new, the rooms are bigger than the average and the staff is very friendly! Price wise, is also very good!
