Hotel Dengan Tempat letak kereta di Daerah Guarda, Portugal

I was leery of this place because of the reviews. But, was pleasantly surprised with a lovely room with a beautiful view. Super clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and the pool is a dream - half spring water and warm, with a variety of whirlpool like “stations”. The staff was extremely nice. The hotel is about a half hour to the archeological park. All of this for a very inexpensive stay. Definitely recommend.

Hotel com vista agradável sobre a cidade. Staff acolhedor e prestativo. Instalações em construção recente e lobby bem decorado e paisagismo nos jardins, entretanto, muitos detalhes nao condizem com a qualificação 4 estrelas e com o mesmo padrão ja observado em outro hotel da rede Vila Gale, tais como: toalhas de banho e rosto finas e asperas; TV sem possibilidade de espelhar aplicativos com unica possibilidade de canais a cabo; Pequeno almoço basico sem opções regionais e uma unica maquina de cafe que era lento e as bebidas saiam mornas; Sem instalações de ducha higiênica e rain shower na casa de banho; ginasio sem opção de maquina para exercício de força;

Very nice hotel and a wonderful stay. All was ok and the breakfast was very really good. I would recommend it for anyone that would like to visit Guarda city. Pitty about the weather that didn’t allow us to use the swimming pool. Maybe next time it will be possible. Thanks

Beautifully designed hotel. Lovely room with fantastic views from the balcony. Excellent secure underground parking with access straight to room floors. Very nice staff throughout the hotel. Let down by food. Buffet dinner poor and saved only by an excellent bottle of red wine and the cheese. Breakfast was not much better. This hotel deserves a descent restaurant.

O hotel fica localizado num espaço sossegado perfeito para quem quer ter um momento relaxante e tranquilo. É pequeno mas foi isso que o tornou ainda mais acolhedor. O quarto era espaçoso e estava equipado com tudo o que era preciso, A/C, wi-fi, tv. O staff é atencioso e simpático. O restaurante do hotel também serviu óptima comida. De entrada comemos um folhado de queijo com rúcula, compota doce e frutos secos, de prato principal escolhemos 1 risotto de alheira e boletos e secretos de porco com legumes salteados e batatas fritas, de sobremesa foi apenas um leite creme pois já não conseguíamos comer mais. Ficamos muito satisfeitos de termos escolhido o restaurante do hotel para jantar. O pequeno-almoço foi servido no mesmo local do jantar. Tinha várias compotas caseiras para colocar no pão, croissants e afins. Tinha também frutas, queijos, fiambre, entre outros para usufruir. Tinha também disponível ovos mexidos com bacon feitos na hora. A zona de spa tinha cacifos para guardar os pertences. É necessário passar na recepção para marcar hora e levantar o robe. E para utilizar a piscina é obrigatório o uso de touca. O espaço para além de ter piscina aquecida tem também sauna e banho turno. Tem 2 chuveiros, um em cabine que até música dá para colocar. Voltaremos de certeza!

This was not the first time we stayed at this hotel. It’s a hidden gem in the middle of the mountain. The roads to get there are in shambles and you don’t have absolutely anything nearby like a pharmacy or a small market. But maybe that’s part of the charm. The service is amazing, very welcoming and the food outstanding. They have a great indoor pool. The loan you bikes and can do a packed lunch for your trekking. They even give you guides. Toiletries are one of the best I’ve seen.

Bonita a cidade O hotel realmente percisa de modernizar alguns pormenores de decoração O staff e simpatico e o pequeno almoço e bom semelhante ao hotel eurosol de Seia Muita pena o restaurante se encontrar encerrado Foi muito dificil encontrar um restaurante pra jantar numa 6a a noite em Agosto em Gouveia Acabamos a comer uma pizza. Mas se voltar a Seia certamente escolherei este hotel pois tem parque coberto O que e ideal para motas

Provavelmente um dos melhores locais para passar alguns dias em pleno relaxamento. A localização é fantástica, o restaurante tem uma vista invejável para a serra. Todos os funcionários são de extrema simpatia e prontos a responder a qualquer dúvida. Recomendo!

Unfortunately due to the poor decor, cleaning and maintenance this review will not be favourable. The staff were brilliant, the location is nice, very rural. But that is pretty much it. There is too much litter all over the car park area. Maybe have rubbish bins installed in the car park, or have a daily litter pick. The sat nav took us the wrong way, there needs to be far more signs showing the way to the hotel. The building on the outside looks different. But whoever decided to paint the corridors and rooms black needs their head tested! It is very dark when you step out of the lift to go to your room. Once inside the room, the toilet/bathroom areas again very dark, need a headteacher! No need for that. In our room, I booked 3 rooms, the tv was a cheap nasty thing. The remote control had ducktape holding the battery's in place. There one way glass, between the toilet and bathroom was all scratched. When I pay for a nice hotel I want a nice experience. This hotel unfortunately needs a new paint job and the maintenance to be carried out as soon as it's needed. The restaurant area has 2 massive TV's, very Portuguese thing. On mute but I would rather not have them there in the first place. Also, if you are seating next to the main wall, in the restaurant areaz you can hear the water running down the pipes as you enjoy your food! Just don't think about what is running down next to you! And pray there isn't a burst sewage pipe while you are next to the wall! The food, was ok, nothing special. Which is a shame. On the upside, wine was good. Shame they don't sell they wine at the hotel. They have it on show by reception, but to buy it was a very long drive to their vineyard.

Hotel muito central e bem localizado para servir de base para trabalhar na Serra da Estrela. Quartos confortáveis e com vista piscina. Relação preço - qualidade muito aceitável. Bom pequeno-almoço e pessoal atento. Wi-fi lento. Piscina e jardim envolvente de hotel de 4 estrelas.

Provavelmente um dos melhores locais para passar alguns dias em pleno relaxamento. A localização é fantástica, o restaurante tem uma vista invejável para a serra. Todos os funcionários são de extrema simpatia e prontos a responder a qualquer dúvida. Recomendo!

Excelente alojamento,com uma ótima localização e vista! Prima a simpatia, atenção e disponibilidade no acolhimento e no acompanhamento. Ambiente agradável e muito confortável! O serão na sala da lareira envolve momentos extraordinários! O pequeno almoço é muito bom,com produtos regionais!
