Staying from 1-2 August :settled at once, the room is chic, with a view to the city .Used spa services the area also liked, the people were a little, free, clean . Very liked breakfast, a lot of dishes , I liked it.Not inferior to Lotte in St. Petersburg. Thanks to staff and hotel staff for giving you the opportunity to feel better than at home 🤩

Hotel is good, convenient location to my destination.The room is warm, convenient.Bed large.TV, refrigerator, fan, teapot.In the room is clean.Breakfast,a little disappointed but not critical.Administrators are welcome,but not all.Cooking woman, but not talking and always dissatisfied.My opinion! I liked the recommendation.I'll go again, I'll stop there.

Очень приятный отель в историческом центре, все интересное, прогулочное  и достойное внимания рядом, в шаговой доступности. Недалеко автобусные маршруты по всем направлениям. Завтрак достаточный и недорогой. Но самое главное- это замечательные администраторы Дарья и Юлия - у нас было столько вопросов и просьб - все решили, очень доброжелательныесотрудники! Одно  но - очень хорошо  слышна жизнь соседей

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fully appreciate my stay at the hotel due to unforeseen circumstances and the trip itself being cancelled. However, communication with the hotel regarding the cancellation was excellent. They refunded my money, even though they could have withheld it, which earned me my respect.

Хороший отельчик, почти домашний. Администраторы приветливые, быстро отзываются на замечания и устраняют недостатки. Что бы не разочаровываться из-за удобств в номере назло заранее знать, что в номере нет чайника и чашек. Горячая вода в кулере на втором этаже в зоне завтрака, там же и чашки. Завтраки что-то среднее между шведским столом и заказным меню (на выбор яичница или каша). Так же на завтрак присутствуют, фрукты (3 вида), йогурты, хлопья (3 вида) , молоко (холодное), чай, какао кофе (растворимый), овощи(2 вида), салаты (2 вида), сыры нарезка (2 вида), колбаса нарезка, яйца (в крутую), сметана, майонез, кетчуп,... ещё что-то не помню.. одним словом голодными не останетесь. Из минусов: полотенце дали с дыркой. И ещё в номере нет фена. У меня был 6 номер. Соотношение цена качество нормальное. Такси в городе работает хорошо, местоположение отеля так же нормальное. Рядом много магазинчиков (5 мин пешком). Я пешком гуляла до Загородного парка (берег Волги, белки там есть) и парка им. Гагарина. До жд вокзала на такси 25 мин. Общественный транспорт (остановки не далеко) так же хорошо ходит, можно доехать до значимых точек за 20-40 мин без пересадок. Отель находится рядом с пересечением 2 крупных дорог, но шума не слышно (окна хорошие), я попросила номер во двор и спала с приоткрытым окном. Уборка мусора каждый день, замена полотенцев и протирание полов не ”сама собой”. Надо сказать администратору что бы это делала уборщица (девочка- уборщица глухонемая). Повторюсь: администратор всё слышит и идет на встречу всем пожеланиям и просьбы выполняются! Фен не просила у меня был свой. Места для хранения в номере было достаточно (шкаф с закрытыми полками и двумя отделениями для вешалок открытое и закрытоеи двумя зеркалами в пол ). Я приезжала в Самару на три дня, меня отель устроил. К тому же в этом отеле есть отсроченный выезд (до 18 часов) за пол цены от стоимости суток в номере, это здорово. Так же имеется хранение багажа.

Clean, comfortable, all the ingredients on the spot (soap, gel, brushes, slippers, towels), the truth for some reason hung only one old dresser, although the room is two. Night stay is not bad in principle. The only horrible mattress, springs just drunk in the side. After the night was like a beaten dog, as if on the floor was sleeping. By the way, there was not a bad breakfast that was included in the value. Eggs, chillies, dry mixtures, yogurt, cheese, sausage, sausages, sweets, tea coffee. Breakfast from the morning excellent 👍

A great hotel for that money. Cafe is super and not expensive, everything is delicious, we liked everything.

A chic location in the most beautiful corner of Samara. Hand to serve to the main tourist sites. The hotel itself has a great history. Beautifully restored and can be enjoyed at the main hall as in the museum. From the downsides this is an old room fund and the smell of moisture. An interesting surprise occurred in the evening. After the shower only wanted to praise the shower cabin that there were no problems with hot water and the plum is not scoring, so 10 minutes later I found a pot in the room. It turns out the tubes flow inside the shower, so there is a risk of flooding the room. But it's like lucky with the room. In general, a great hotel if you don't plan to sit in the room.

Quite satisfied, booked for the leader, breakfast, convenient from the place of business trip, convenient transportation around. You can also take a walk at night, the environment is OK, the service is not bad.
