The location, service, and rooms are all great! The staff were kind and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were cleaned well, and the amenities were always replenished. We could see the colorful houses from the terrace, and we often relaxed there. We'd love to stay here again if we come to Guanajuato.

The location, service and cleanliness are perfect. You can also take the cable car for free, and you can go to Pipila Hill in about 15 seconds. However, there was no hot water, only cold water, so I couldn't take a bath, and the washroom was full of water, so it was a pity about the plumbing.
