The location was not so convenient, and we had to pay E22 for one way taxi fare. I might misunderstand it to be close to the airport but we were surprised on high taxi fare.The room was basic but clean. There was only one set of towels but they brought more on request. We had no food there because we had to leave early.

We checked in at 11pm, there is no one at counter sadly. Called multiple times but no answer. Lucky there is other guest that helped us to get in, and they called the hotel staff to give us the room key.
And we have to pay vat to stay the 2nd night. If not they will lock your card and can't access to room. Quite noisy at night, even though we stayed at 3rd floor.
On the other hand, room is clean, bed is clean, toilet is clean, no bugs. There is heater in the room. Room looks newly renovated.

Good location. Excellent staff, especially Simon and Maroof.. all staff were great and friendly, but unfortunately I can't recall their names!
Spacious comfortable room. Good hospitality, definitely coming back if traveling to Germany again.

Schönes Hotel am Waldrand außerhalb von Oberursel mit Fahrradständern und einen abgeschlossenen Fahrradraum. Das Restaurant ist am Sonntag geschlossen. Sonst ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

GGuest UserThe front desk service was really good, and the location is super convenient! It's right outside the main train station, but make sure you exit from the correct gate! Otherwise, you might end up walking in a circle around the station like I did. The hotel also has a bathtub, which is a nice touch, and the breakfast was decent too.

AArchDragonWe visited on 11 April 2026. The hotel is located near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), but it’s a bit hidden, so you may need some navigation to find it.
The lobby is clean and warm, which is especially nice in cold weather when you’re heading back after a long day. A thoughtful touch is the complimentary fresh water infused with mint leaves and lemon slices, as well as free Granny Smith apples available for guests.
We stayed in Room 405, which was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well during warmer days. The bathroom includes a heating rack, which is useful for drying laundry or warming clothes before heading out.
However, no dental kits were provided, so be sure to bring your own. Basic amenities like hand wash, shampoo, and body wash are available. One downside is the shower, the water pressure is quite weak, and the temperature fluctuates between hot and cold regardless of the dial setting.
A point to be cautious about: the street outside can feel unsafe, especially at night. There were people smoking and drinking, with occasional loud noises such as shouting or music. The area was also quite dirty, with noticeable trash and a strong smell of urine. It’s best to stay alert if walking alone, particularly after dark.

VVaish’sI had a comfortable and convenient stay at Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt Messe during my recent trip.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location—it’s very close to the Frankfurt Messe (exhibition center) and well-connected by tram and train, making it easy to get around the city.
The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained. While not very spacious, they are thoughtfully designed and perfect for a short business or leisure stay. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which had a good spread including breads, fruits, eggs, and beverages. It can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the staff manages it reasonably well.
The staff were polite and helpful, assisting promptly with check-in and any queries.
A small downside is that the hotel can feel a bit busy due to its proximity to the Messe, especially during events. Also, room sizes may feel slightly compact if you’re traveling with multiple suitcases.
Overall, it’s a great value-for-money hotel in Frankfurt, especially if you want convenience, cleanliness, and reliable service without spending too much.

The smart devices in the room were easy and intuitive to operate, creating a good environment for business work. The surroundings were relatively quiet, perfect for resting after traveling. The service attitude was excellent, and the front desk was responsive. The facilities were generally complete and met my business needs. GGuest UserI checked out of the hotel today. My room, 615, must have been a single room because, looking back, it only had one headboard and one pillow, and it was in the attic. I feel completely ripped off, especially after seeing the current room rates. I stayed for two consecutive nights. The facilities are quite old-fashioned, but otherwise, there were no issues. The main problem is the price difference: I paid over 1000 yuan, and now it's just over 300 yuan for a double business room. I really feel like I got scammed.
