The hotel room is really clean and spacious, and the buffet breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of food options. It's definitely worth staying here if you're visiting Innsbruck!

This hotel has constructions ongoing so it could be very annoying when construction working is right outside your room. We demanded to change to a different room. The hotel was accommodating. But the cleaning service for the new room didn’t arrive until after 6pm. Combining daily cleaning with turndown? Amazing! So we said no to room cleaning. Service at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

We verbleven hier op doorreis van Italië naar België en het hotel bleek ideaal gelegen. Het design en de voorzieningen zijn indrukwekkend: het zwembad, de sauna, de klimmuur en de Kids Cave maakten ons verblijf echt bijzonder. Vanuit de kamer genoten we van panoramische uitzichten die werkelijk adembenemend waren. Het ontbijt was van uitzonderlijk hoog niveau: zeer uitgebreid, dagvers en ontzettend lekker – echt een topper. Een klein minpuntje was de minimale inrichting van de kamer en de netheid van het sanitair; in douche en toilet vonden we nog wat haren terug. Dat was jammer, maar woog niet op tegen de vele pluspunten. Al met al een aanrader en wellicht komen we hier nog eens terug!

Great hotel. Beautiful, quiet rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Unfortunately, the restaurant in the lobby is completely dysfunctional. I cannot and will not recommend it. It takes 1.5 hours for the food to arrive after ordering. Then the taste and quality were inadequate, and it was extremely expensive.

The hotel is located in the city of Innsbruck, with convenient transportation and complete facilities around it. The hotel rooms are larger than other hotels of the same price, and this hotel has a very good sense of design. I will consider staying here next time I have the chance.

Very strategic location with great mountain view of the alps. Just 5mins walking distance from the train station and the bus (to airport). Big shopping mall will park nearby. Not far from city center (approx 10-15mins walk). Super friendly receptionist especially Fabian. Thumbs up to him as his amazing hospitality enhanced our experience in Innsbruck.

Super location right on the track. Mega friendly staff. I'd like to go back. Minuspoint, bathing clothes for sauna must be “leased”.

I hardly leave reviews because I find it a chore but NALA really lives up to its reputation. The hotel is so unique and comfortable .. I don’t even want to go out. I enjoyed staying in the room and even going to the garden to do some reading and work .. it’s just a 10 mins walk to old town and I like it that it’s quaint

Travel to Innsbruck town with families last week and booked this hotel for 2 nights. Arrived early so try our luck for early check in. Receptionist was nice and pretty, she let us check in early since our room was ready. They even provide us the Innsbruck Welcome Card since we spend 2 nights here. Hotel lift was quite small, just fit 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids, along with 2 medium size luggage). Our room is on 3rd floor. Room got two double beds and an indoor balcony with stunning view of the mountains. Balcony got a small round table which perfect for drinking and enjoying the beautiful mountains view. Very comfortable room with all the facilities available. Kids love the room very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, not many choices but its fresh and delicious. Hotel's staff was very kind and help us order what we wanted. When we heading to town, their staff even remind us to take umbrella because the weather is getting dark. Hotel's staff is so careful observation, she notices us stand at wrong side of bus stop, rush out and inform us about it. We really love this Basic Hotel very much. Very Basic and much love. Really recommend this hotel.
