I had an incredible experience at the hotel thanks to the outstanding service from Nayab Shaik. Despite my late check-in at 4 AM, Nayab was incredibly welcoming, understanding, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable after a long journey, providing me with a great room and making the process seamless. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant one. Perfect for a short stay in Kuwait. location is very near to the airport. They provide free airport transfer too. However, they forgot about my arrival and i had to purchase an expensive sim card to contact them, which cost me 6KD! Ridiculous price for sim card. Hotel is perfect anyway!

Very nice reception and flexible check-in/check-out times. There is nothing worth mentioning in terms of cleanliness. Everything was top, just as you would expect from a five star hotel and also from the price that is therefore justified.
