Einzig die Lautstärke durch die Probe der Klangwolke spät abends war eine Zumutung. Um 20 h ok, aber bis 22.30 war schon eine Zumutung. Bitte ans Tourismusbüro weiterleiten. Nicht alle sind auf Urlaub. Es gibt auch Geschäftsreisende, die abends noch am Laptop im Zimmer arbeiten müssen. Das war bei dem Mega Schlagwerk, Trommeln... nicht möglich.
Schön und imposant, keine Frage, aber zeitlich eine Zumutung. 2 Tage vor dem Event kann man damit nicht rechnen. Sonst hätte ich nicht bei euch gebucht.

Haben das Hotel aufgrund eines Asia Festivals direkt daneben gebucht. Auch sonst hat das Arte Hotel eine sehr gute Lage. Direkt an der Donau. Man kann über die Brücke direkt ins belebte Zentrum laufen, wo man alles findet was man braucht. Am Wochenende ist das Nachtleben sehr gut besucht. Es gibt eine Garage für 19€ pro Tag, man kann von der Garage direkt ins Zimmer fahren. Kurzparkzone direkt vor der Hotel, lohnt sich vor allem ab Samstags 12 Uhr und Sonntags da kostenfrei. mindesteinwurf ist ein Euro, hab ich trotzdem reingeworfen, aber ich denke bei kostenfreien Parken braucht man kein Ticket ziehen. War mir nicht sicher. Es gibts optional Frühstück dazu, welches wir nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Angeblich gibts noch eine Sauna Fitness, was wir nicht genutzt haben.

The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory.
A big thank you to all the staff!
A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und kompetent, sehr schönes neues zentral gelegenes Hotel. Preis Leistung sehr gut. Was uns auch extrem gefallen hat war ,dass wenn man kein Zimmerservice braucht, was bei einem Wochenende auch nicht der Fall ist, man 5€ als Gutschrift auf die Zimmerrechnung gutgeschrieben bekommt👍🏼 Auch sonst im Zimmer und generell effizient und gut überlegt. Werden sicher wieder hier hin oder in ein Hotel der Kette an einem anderen Standort kommen.

Lokasinya hebat, dengan pemandangan tasik terus dari balkoni. Terdapat bas yang beroperasi setiap 50 minit atau lebih, terus ke Hallstatt Postcard Viewpoint. Tiada berus gigi di dalam bilik, jadi bawa berus gigi anda sendiri. Selain itu, hotel ini memerlukan daftar masuk sendiri, jadi anda perlu memasukkan alamat e-mel anda dan menerima kata laluan sebelum mengambil kunci anda di pintu.

SStanley The Travel ManThis hotel is at the end of the lake. The hotel serves a really tasty buffet lunch for 15.90 Euros. It includes, salad, soup, probably 3 or 4 meat dishes and dessert. I was there 10 minutes before a huge group , maybe 50 in all arrived and I had to hurry myself to get my food because it would be a long wait. When I was eating people can’t squeeze by each other but I only ate there once and since it will rain that afternoon I didn’t waste any time.
I have to say the staff was ok. A lady checked me in quite efficiently. I paid the occupancy tax and I got the key. When I arrrived at 11:45 am, there was no one in the small reception office. A waitress was really serving diners. There is a man who worked at the deli /sausage shop next to it to help out. I have to say the staff there in general wasn’t that welcoming. I wish they had been more pleasant and show a little smile and happiness in their work. It seemed like she was there because she had no other choice.
The room is 12 at the end of a long hallway. There is a big window. The room is small but I was fine with it. No complaint. The other thing is I wish they put a table lamp on the small desk. Otherwise, the room has enough shelf space for me.
The morning buffet is excellent. It offered some tomatoes, small baby coins , cucumbers, many different of rolls, several varieties of ham , salami, egg, sausages, yogures, juice, cereal. The coffee is made with coffee beans and it was excellent. The breakfast is the best.
The small village has practically nothing. There is another hotel 10 to 15 minutes that serve dinner. Another town Bad Goisern is 2.4 miles to the north accessible by train or by bus where there is a Hofer ( Aldi in the U S ) and other supermarkets and restaurants. If you don’t have a car, you have to be prepared something or pay to eat at the one and only restaurant that I knew. On the other hand, this hotel has a microwave oven and one water kettle in case you have instant noodles. The bakery a few steps is expensive. I had a coffee and a sweet roll for 8 Euros.
The hotel is a few steps from a trail that takes you down 6 miles to Obertraun . The trail is in good condition and a large distance is by the lake. You can find the trail in Alltrails. There is a restaurant called Seecafé Obertraun that you can rest to have a sandwich , coffee or a beer. The sitting is by the lake and there is a clean restroom . The waitress and waiter were both friendly.
If I have to do it again, I would take a bus to Hallstatt from there . I think the bus number is 542 to 544. It should be cheaper than the ferry which is a rip off . 12 Euros for a 25 minutes ride. Bus is cheaper . The ferry is a fraud and it shouldn’t charge that much. I didn’t know there is a bus connection from there.
All in all, this hotel is quite decent. The hotel doesn’t serve dinner but the buffet lunch is quite adequate. If you eat at 2:00 pm ( I think it closes at 2:30 pm ), you won’t need to dinner. Aside from the not so welcoming one out of 3 staff members, price is unbeatable. I notice that the price doesn’t change if you book early or late and doesn’t use dynamic pricing which I hate. If there is availability, you pay the same price which is more than fair.
I read that one guest complaInts about the smell from the kitchen and the meat market next to it. It isn’t really an issue. There is a door on the second floor leading down to the kitchen and meat market. Someone closed the door in the morning. Some people just was so nitpicking when they are angry which is not justifiable. I believe the owner offers a decent , clean room for a very fair price as Hallstatt is really touristy and this hotel is a much better option that staying in Hallstatt and pay overpriced food and lodging with every shop sells souvenirs. If you are in the area, this hotel is an excellent choice.

PPhilipzhao74The apartment facilities and kitchenware are excellent and comprehensive; cooking and dining in are absolutely no problem. The underground parking garage is quite spacious, and there are free bicycles available for riding around the edge of town (the bicycle lock code is written in the elevator). The cycling route offers pleasant scenery along the way. Both the room and living room are quite large (for European standards), and if you stay on the ground floor, there's even a small garden. The town isn't big, and there are supermarkets and small convenience stores just a few minutes' walk away. Self-check-in is also very convenient; just follow the steps shown on the electronic screen, and you'll be done in a few minutes. To park in the underground garage, you need to swipe your card at the entrance. When exiting the garage, no card swipe is needed; the gate will open automatically as your car approaches the rolling door. There are traffic lights at the garage entrance and exit, so pay attention to safety when entering and leaving. It's very close to Hallstatt by car, and there's also an ALDI discount supermarket chain just a few minutes' drive away. There's also a laundry room downstairs. This apartment is suitable for short-term relaxation and extended stays. After checking out, guests are asked to simply dispose of their trash in the garbage room near the apartment entrance. Towels, trash bags, dish soap, kitchen paper, etc., can all be taken as needed from the laundry room downstairs.

The breakfast spread was incredibly delicious, and the hotel’s design is beautiful in every detail. GGuest UserThis hotel can only be said to be a typical B&B. This place is really deep in the mountains. We drove to P1 and parked before changing to the shuttle bus. However, although this place is small and well-equipped, don’t expect any service. When we arrived, we were greeted by an Asian girl. I will tell you about the facilities and equipment that I should tell you about, and I will also help you carry some luggage. It is tiring to drive three and a half hours to the hotel, but when you suddenly see an Asian face, you feel friendly instantly. You have to take the initiative to ask her how to turn on the heater. , otherwise it will be extremely cold at night and early in the morning, even in Austria in early October!

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at Heritage Hotel Hallstatt. The location is excellent, it is situated right in front of the boat dock, which makes it especially convenient for travellers carrying large luggage. It was very easy to access upon arrival.
The room cleanliness was average, and the hotel does appear somewhat aged. However, the amenities were impressive for a European hotel. They provided a L’Occitane amenities kit and slippers, which was a thoughtful touch. Although the room does not have air conditioning, a fan is provided.
The restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. The breakfast selection was decent and satisfying.
Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re planning to stay in Hallstatt for a night.
