We recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized, setting a positive tone from the moment we arrived. While the hotel currently operates as a 3-star establishment, the quality of service and facilities genuinely warrant a 4-star rating. It seems their upgrade application may still be pending, but based on my experience, they absolutely deserve the higher classification. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff demonstrated genuine care and professionalism that made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. The breakfast deserves special recognition - both the variety and quality of food were outstanding and easily earn top marks. We had a minor issue during breakfast service, but the lady in charge of the breakfast area handled our concern with remarkable grace and attentiveness. Her professional and caring approach to resolving the matter was exemplary, and we'd like to extend our sincere gratitude to her once again. This hotel offers excellent value and service that exceeds expectations. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality accommodation with exceptional service.
