位於古城西門外300米左右的居民區，走路差不多5分鐘的樣子，不靠大路，非常安靜。
裝修相當不錯，感覺應該是新酒店，差不多能趕上國內的亞朵了，設施很好，這在走一圈中亞實屬難得，床又大又舒服，房間寬敞明亮。
服務態度極好，進門出門都有人問好打招呼，非常熱情，還有免費各種小食提供。
早餐的餐廳也是相當好，餐食不好評價，畢竟我也不喜歡當地菜，看上去也不是太豐富，但是人很少，估計也沒有必要做的很複雜。
總體來説，非常值得一住。

The best hotel in this area. Reasonable and rich breakfast. Clean and big rooms. Small but warm swimming pool. Friendly personal. It's better to get a taxi to reach the old town (worth seeing) - unexpectedly cheap.

이찬칼라 서문 바로 앞에 위치하고 있어요. 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 바로 근처에 햄버거 가게, 카페, 맛집인 히바문이 있고 7분거리에 조금 큰 슈퍼도 있습니다. 직원분들이 너무 찬절합니다. 조식도 깔끔합니다. 과일들 너무 맛있어요.

Новый, уютный отель с красивым интерьером, видно, что всё сделано с душой. Заселили нас ночью без проблем — хозяин оказался очень приветливым и заботливым.
В номере чисто, белоснежные полотенца, просторная комната со всем необходимым: кондиционер, телевизор, шкаф, тапочки, фен, шампунь и гель для душа. Завтрак с элементами традиционной кухни — очень вкусно и сытно. В коридоре всегда есть холодный чай с лимоном, что оказалось приятным бонусом.
Отель расположен удобно — найти легко, а от входа в Ичан-Калу всего несколько минут пешком. Мы остались в полном восторге и с удовольствием остановимся здесь снова. Рекомендуем!

The location was good, however the bathroom in my room smelt very bad, getting worse on my second day. Additionally the shower head holder was broken. The breakfast was also not that good. Otherwise the room was comfortable enough, however I wouldve expected a bit more attention to detail for the price

매우 잘한 선택이었다. 이찬칼라 안에 위치한 호텔이라 옥상에서 본 성 안의 모습과 명절이고 비수기라 고요했던 밤하늘은 잊지못할것이다.
유네스코행사가 2개월전에 있었기때문일까? 대부분의 성안 호텔이 깔끔하게 단장 한채 겨울을 맞았다. 올드시티안의 모든 내부는 리모델링된것같았다.
칸스팰리스의 내부도 정갈했다. 타일이 깔린 복도 바닥과 욕실바닥은 따끈따끈한 온돌이라 추위에 언 몸을 금 새 녹여줬다. 반짝이며 따뜻한 로비는 맨발로 다니고 싶었다. 실제로 주인집의 어린 아들들이 맨발로 다니고 있었다. 레스토랑의 가구들도 새것이었으며 독특하여 내 눈길을 끌었다.
방안에서 특히 좋았던 것은 침**다 콘센트2개~^^
그러나 한가지 단점은 욕실의 선반이나 옷걸이 위치가 너무 높아서 나처럼 키가 작은 사람은 불편했다는.... 그럼에도 불구하고 빳빳하고 정갈하게 제공되는 타월이 있어 만점이다.

Great place to stay - short (＜30min) to Ichan Qala, with a chance to observe agricultural scenery and village life. Great breakfast, pool in summer and hopefully the historical site of Tazobog Mansion would be opened for visitors soo.

Amazing stay, hotel is right at the center of the old town, next to great restaurants. The family that runs it is lovely. Good little breakfast. Room was very clean and smelled nice.

GGuest UserVery affordable, and very spacious and clean! The hotel served delicious Uzbek breakfast as well by the poolside. Shuttle service is also provided to the city centre for free, or you can take a yandex that takes around 8 minutes. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience here

DDREAM KIMIt was a great choice. Located within the Ichankala district, the view of the castle from the rooftop, and the tranquil night sky during the holiday season, were unforgettable.
Perhaps it was because the UNESCO event took place two months prior? Most of the castle hotels had been renovated for winter. Everything in the Old City seemed to have been remodeled.
The interior of Khan's Palace was also immaculate. The tiled hallway and bathroom floors were heated with heated underfloor heating, instantly warming my chilled body. The sparkling, warm lobby made me want to walk barefoot. Indeed, the owner's young sons were walking around barefoot. The restaurant's furniture was also new and unique, captivating.
The room's special feature was the two outlets in the bedroom.
However, one drawback was that the bathroom shelves and hangers were placed too high, making it uncomfortable for a short person like me. Despite this, the towels provided were crisp and clean, making it a perfect score.

MMirkozar86Nice little hotel, inside the old town of Itchan Kala, perfect for visiting Khiva and close to all the main attractions, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not too easy to reach with a taxi as some of them cannot enter the old town. Beautiful view from the terrace which is unfortunately not used properly. Average breakfast.

GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel and stayed very pleased! The staff was very polite and welcoming. I was quickly registered at the resepshchen, everything explained, handed out the key to the room. The room was clean, comfortable, with good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10 a.m. very convenient. At my request, the administrator called a taxi and even arranged a morning call to wake me up. Excellent service, if the case is, I will stop here again!

BBeijingtupangziIt is located in a residential area about 300 meters outside the west gate of the ancient city. It takes about 5 minutes to walk. It is not on the main road and is very quiet.
The decoration is quite good. It feels like it is a new hotel. It can almost catch up with Atour in China. The facilities are very good, which is rare when traveling in Central Asia. The bed is big and comfortable, and the room is spacious and bright.
The service attitude is excellent. There are people greeting you when you enter and exit. They are very enthusiastic and provide various snacks for free.
The breakfast restaurant is also quite good, but the food is hard to comment on. After all, I don’t like local food. It doesn’t look too rich, but there are very few people, so there is probably no need to make it complicated.
Overall, it's well worth a stay.
