還好之前辦的簽證沒到期，飛機上人不多，下大雪天氣不好半夜才到，大廳非常暖和，剛好趕上聖誕節前，一樓的聖誕裝飾很漂亮，配上聖誕小音樂，一下子有種很浪漫的聖誕電影般愜意的感覺。 大堂有很多的沙發位，單人的，雙人的，組合多人的，很適合發呆和聊天。 我定的單人間，房間面積不大挺温馨的，床墊挺舒服，早餐也不錯，服務也挺周到的，我是i人，整體感覺不錯，樓下餐廳的減脂餐挺好的。

This was my second stay at the hotel and I would not recommend if you are sensitive to smoke smells. The hotel seems to cater to many Chinese tourists whom seem to smoke quite a bit despite the hotel being non-smoking. Management should try to fix the problem. When we complained; they said there were no more rooms and offered no solution. Only when pushed they claim they would help, which was only an open window, and it did not make a major difference. Also location is sub optimal, you needed a taxi to go anywhere meaningful. Also hotel seems quite dated but basic amenities were there. Simple breakfast.

Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь после ночного перелета. Заселился в номер очень быстро. Номер оплачивал через сайт Trip.com. рублями тут же на ресепшене , что очень удобно , так как наши карты в Бишкеке не работают. Номер просторный, хороший вид из окна. Из отеля удобно добираться до основых достопримечательностей города. Хочется отметить доброжелательность персонала отеля и достойные завтраки. Я бы порекомендовал данный отель друзьям.

It was a lovely hotel not far from the airport, the main star of my stay there was the front desk staff, especially Mr. Malik who speaks excellent English and an amazing problem solver. I was looking for a city to city ride without any Kyrgyz or Russian and he helped me to secure it without any problem. He even helped me to dodge suspicious and ridiculously overrated taxi drivers Thanks to him, my travel was smooth and joyful. Also the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a very good experience.

The hotel in Bishkek provided a comfortable and memorable stay. The location was in a vibrant part of the city, allowing easy access to local landmarks and entertainment venues. The rooms were modern and cozy, equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel's staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience.

This hostel totally recommended for you guys if you looking for a sharing room or even private room, they have good kitchen and complete for the kitchen aids, their room clean, and also their toilet even the toilet is sharing but they keep it clean 👍🏻

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

My three-night visit was absolutely delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was consistently clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience. I will definitely be returning.

The place is in a very nice positions with amazing view ,but unfortunately I feel no one should come here especially if you are 3 people because there is no place for the third person so on the third person need to sleep on a sofa not sofa bed !!!custumer service is 0 , owner insulted me offering 10 € discount because one of us had to sleep on the sofa , they offered also a foldable bed that was broken. Has been told us also that we should complain becouse we booked in trip.com with a discount incredible . Speechless. For the price inside the house is not worthy shower doesn’t work properly , door doesn’t even close properly. It feels like the people that work there don’t care much about everything. My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.
