Slightly over a year old, this hotel has much to offer. Everything was in its prime condition. Room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Breakfast selection was limited to a list. Hotel manager Tung has been very kind and attended to our every needs. Will definitely stay in the same hotel if I return.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is a great option for a group of up to six people, offering enough space to stay comfortably together. The location is convenient and easily accessible, which made getting around simple and stress-free. The amenities are basic but sufficient for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the peaceful and quiet environment—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The owner was extremely accommodating and genuinely attentive, always doing his best to meet the needs of the guests. His effort and hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for your kind assistance and for making our stay a positive one.

The Bullet Hotel has a bullet train design concept outlook.Total should have less than 30 rooms.Room is nice and clean.Very simple furnishings.Would be nice if the room come with a work desk & chair.Toilel bowl flush is very weak.No cotton buds is provided.When we asked the hotel say they don’t have it.Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Breakfast only have chicken or beef pho and fried egg.No buffet as stay in rate is low when we stay on a weekday.Seem like only few room is booked.So it doesn’t make economy sense for hotel to serve buffet according to the staffs there.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Ta Xua Eco Lodge. We booked a double bed, which we also got, but this was in a large room in which the rooms were only separated with thin walls which were open at the top. So you heard everything that was talked about next door. Unfortunately, there were also vermin like cockroaches in the room, which of course was not so pleasant. The employees were nice and helpful, but often not found at the reception.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, where everything from the service to the amenities was top-notch. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable experience. My room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view of the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality.

Very nice hotel booked on arrival to son la The staff were very accommodating and offered a cold drink at reception and spoke English very well. Room was clean and big. Breakfast was a buffet and catered for all tastes. Definitely a 5 star hotel and value for money. Highly recommended.

There is already a Christmas atmosphere. I am on a business trip here and there is no better hotel in the next place. I choose to come back and stay here. The facilities are complete and the stay is very comfortable! We just met a group of loud people who woke us up in the morning by shouting at our fellow room mates in the corridor.

Very clean, friendly reception, good location. Definitely a recommendation.

The price is good and the accessibility is good If you go from Son La, go here. Clean and friendly Even if I arrived at dawn, the kindness was impressed.
