We can not recommend this motel for a stay of more than 1 night. We had frequently stayed in the Yarra Valley Motel prior to covid19 and were very satisfied. When we booked we didn't realise the motel was under new management. We booked for 1 week and payed 169 dollars per night. The room service happened once in that week.I requested the bins be emptied daily a d fresh towels daily as the weather was cold and wet and the towels didn't dry.The bins were emptied 3 times and a banana peel removed but bin not emptied on the 4th day.Fresh towels were supplied 3 times.No vacuuming or bed making or linen changes occurred during the week.There was no net curtain over the window so for privacy the blind had to be drawn and light on.There was no drawer storage or bedside lamps. 4 coat hangers were provided in the wardrobe. The bed was comfortable and the reverse cycle air conditioner adequate.The shower and bathroom did not seem to be cleaned but the basin was wiped down 3 times. We were disappointed and do not have the same experience.

The place is okay. I had a good stay in my room. They’re kinda strict with check out time tho. Few minutes before check out time at 11, the staff went to the room to remind me I have to check out and I asked her for a few minutes because I had to shower. When I went back to the room, my key card doesn’t work anymore. They already locked it for me because it’s check out time. I won’t go back to this hostel. Tho I had good breakfast at Howm.

Our experience was the total opposite of some who rated this hotel poorly. We were very happy with everything at this hotel. The location is central to everything and is surrounded with great shopping outlets and complexes. The tram system runs close by & it is easy walking distance to the Chinatown area which was very interesting with great restaurants. Our room was much better then expected with separate living & sleeping areas. The kitchen is self contained and had everything you could want. A clothes washer/dryer was in the bathroom along with a good sized shower with plenty of hot water. The room was clean and serviced on request. There is that advice on their website and also at the front desk. explaining that it was due to Covid & lack of staff. Those reviewing less favourably must have missed that. Our room was serviced very well when we requested it each 2nd day. That was more than acceptable. Praise to all staff including the reception area where we found staff to be extremely helpful. Well done them all.

Owners were super helpful from the minute I picked up the phone to make an inquiry, to making the booking , to our arrival as well as our departure. Accomodation was very clean , comfortable and plenty of room with everything you need for an overnight stay, we had the family apartment that slept 7 and a pet friendly room that slept 4 , as there was 11 of us, plus a fur baby travelling, (an extra bonus being pet friendly) Will definitely return when needing to break up another road trip to Melbourne Rooms a

這個露營地贊到無敵了！秒殺所有酒店了！太太驚喜了 入住：抵達時接近晚上7點，他們把鑰匙插在門口！我很方便拿到！唯一缺點就是eco房並不在地圖裡，我找了很久才找到！那是個很安靜的地方！ 位置：需要開進一片森林裏，但是你或許可以找到野生的樹袋熊！也一定能看到很多很多野生的呆萌的袋鼠！這個實在太讚了呀！後山上到了傍晚滿山遍野的袋鼠！可愛極了！清晨的鸚鵡們到處聊天，熱鬧得很！ 房間：房間內什麼都齊全，不是很新但全部都有，竟然還有貼心的電熱毯！床也很舒服！自己燒點吃的，很舒服！ 週末的晚上還有窯爐烤pizza！好吃的舔手指！關鍵價格便宜！ 住普通的房也有公共廚房！很贊很贊😎 自己打掃乾淨就好！ 兒子還想住一天可是沒房了，他説他願意住車裡！ 還説回國長大也要開個這樣的公園！我覺得很贊很支持他的想法 有機會還要去bimbi park！太讚了！太funny了！

Wow, just Wow. It was absolutely gorgeous. Total privacy, supremely comfortable, with everything running like a dream. Our hosts were delightful and so accomodating if there was anything we needed but we didn't. The added touches of candles by the spa bath, plenty of outdoor chairs, a folder containing all the many things we could do in the surrounds were very much appreciated. Last but not least, their two beautiful well behaved dogs floating around having a ball were a sight to see. The quiet and tranquility provides the perfect opportunity for a city slicker to reset the button. Thank you Roz, Mark and doggos - see you again.
