This hotel is a must-stay for me whenever I have a morning flight departing Terminal 3 at YYZ. The terminal is just a short walk across the street! No worries, if you are traveling from T1 or happen to have lots of heavy baggage there is a free shuttle service. The restaurant offers a great regular menu and an extra good breakfast if you include this in your booking.

Very good hotel but i give 4 to location because it was 10 to 15 minuets walk to ByWard market where os busiest place in ottawa . I have few complains that can be fixed easily. First the water in the gym was tap water which tasted bad and second is that i noticed the gel shower and shampoo was a same liquid, im not sure but it felt like it

Excellent service and always with friendliness and professionalism. Room spacious and very clean. Modern decor. Only dropped a star as quite noisy due to building work next door and opposite. Not your fault I know.

옆방에 머물던 사람이 새벽 2시까지 음악방송을 크게 틀어놔서 잠을 잘 수가 없어서 오피스에 컴플레인을 했는데도 결국 새벽 3시가 다 되어서 겨우 꺼줘서 잠을 잘 수 있었네요 6시에 일어나야 했는데 몰지각한 사람 때문에 잠도 제대로 못자서 다음날 너무나 피곤했어요 ㅠㅠ
