11/10 trip! This is a MUST book!  Everything from the hospitality (free snacks in room, pickup and drop offs to scenic sites, super friendly staff) to the quality of the room (very clean, bathtub views were amazing) has been impeccable! Blackout curtains and accurate temperature control allowed me to have the best sleep I’ve had in months Easily the closest hotel to a 5-star in this region - easily better / on-par with many 5-star hotels that I’ve stayed at. Nothing else in this region comes close to nearly as beautiful or comfortable stay as this

Wonderful room, vary spacious and the view is amazing, as expected! Everything is very clean, the only bad point is the shower which is a bit tricky… The building is also ideally placed even if the side walk from the subway station is not very flat (be careful with huge luggage). Plus the touristic advices shared by the renting agency are very useful!! Would recommend a 100%!

Had the most amazing time for my friends birthday, the stuff was very lovely and I had an easy time checking in and out. The restaurant at the hotel is also very lovely the stuff helped me organize my friends birthday dinner and decorated the table perfectly💕

The room was very clean and comfortable, making our stay pleasant. It was conveniently located close to a large shopping mall, so we could easily go shopping or grab a meal. During our trip, we visited both the museum and the old town, which were full of history and interesting sights. The transportation in the area was very convenient, allowing us to get around the city without any hassle. Overall, it was a great experience with easy access to attractions and amenities.

我其實是一個比較懶的人，哈哈哈也不太習慣來評價一些東西，但必須要來誇誇這家民宿！！我是自己一個人去的武當山，然後老闆姐姐很爽快的升級了帶陽台的房間，還跟我一起喝茶焚香聊天，完全屬於我這一趟獨自旅行所期待的「不期而遇的美好」，被這份真誠所觸動，跟老闆姐姐聊的好舒服，已經成為朋友辣！看她閑雲野鶴般的泡茶、沖盞，太賞心悦目了…別看她小小一衹，穿高跟鞋還能單手拎我行李箱，簡直走路帶風…一看就是氣血很足的樣子！respect！ 而且也會幫忙接送，有啥需求直接微信喊一聲就立馬響應，我説想喝茶甚至還給我搞了一套漂漂亮亮的小茶具，讓獨自在外旅行的我真的還蠻受感動的 還要來誇誇整體房間的審美，陳設，燈光，材質，甚至淋浴馬桶的品牌型號等等…每一個都在我的審美點上，真的很舒服，很自在從容，久違了的身心放鬆與治癒，這家民宿給到我了 最後來誇誇這裏的美食！農家菜，超級有鍋氣的那種！而且廚師感覺也像是老闆家人，也在一旁吃飯，起碼證實了食材的新鮮程度，沒有科技狠活，導致我在這吃了兩頓才戀戀不捨的走，哈哈哈哈！雞湯醇厚，桂魚鮮嫩，青菜爽口…閉眼點吧不踩雷 好啦絮絮叨叨説了很多，但還是相信，真誠以待所接收到的一切美好，感恩[愛心] 祝老闆一家一切都好，喜樂豐盛

Pros: Room was decent and Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was fantastic. Bathroom amenities were excellent. Neutral: Buffet Breakfast was ok, it was high standards for China hotel quality. Cons: Air-conditioner wasn’t working properly. Room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night.

民宿新裝修的，各項設施一應俱全，還有桌球室和健身房，帶烘乾的洗衣機。老闆服務超級好，吃飯遊覽都給予詳細的指導，晚上吃烤串還幫忙去取，走的時候忘了東西還幫忙送到吃飯的地方。房間景色也很好，拉開窗簾就能看到七星寨的山，早餐也很營養可口，最重要的是還有咖啡，咖啡星人續命無憂（^～^）娃在民宿玩的都沒去景區，恩施之旅也很滿足（＞ｙ＜）

Hotel is located in a nice location, with friendly service. The bed was very comfortable and everything was working great 😃😃😃.

I recently stayed at Somerset Future Center Wuhan and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a true sense of comfort and relaxation. One of the standout features was how quiet the hotel was despite being in a perfect location. It is close to key attractions, dining, shopping and cinema. It offered the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. All of the staffs are very friendly: from reception, housekeeping, gym and dining. Our special requests are fulfilled, we can borrow wheelchair to assist my mom to travel around, and we are extremely grateful. During the stay, I had the privilege to know some wonderful staffs such as Daisy, Kylie and Amy from the restaurant. They were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. The hot dry noodle and beef noodle were very tasty, top quality. This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. We would surely book this hotel again when returning to Wuhan. Until then, see you and thanks for the wonderful experience!
