Qualità prezzo ottimo. Certo non è un cinque stelle, ma noi ci soggiorniamo spesso perché ci piace passare qualche fine settimana a Palermo per godere delle sue bellezze e nulla da dire se non si cerca il pelo nell'uovo. Ritorneremo presto.

Service is good. The ladies at the front desk is especially helpful. From providing information for breakfast, best Gelato in Palermo to car rental and intercity bus schedules and taxi bookings. They are always efficient and reliable. Thank you for the help! The shower is strong and water is hot which makes the shower experience very enjoyable. Our room is facing a one way street and is very quiet. Bed is on the harder side and pillows are flatter than our preference. Other than that, all is good.

Newly renovated hotel with nice pool and view. We are a little disappointed with the room without balcony view. But the breakfast and swimming pool view made up for it. Reception staffs are very nice and helpful.

酒店可以説是西西里島的豪華酒店了，本來訂的不是這家酒店，因對原來在攜程訂的酒店極不滿意，臨時決定改到這家酒店，才不至於在西西里島的度假受到太大的影響，但也額外支出了一大筆費用。

這次旅行最滿意的酒店，房間，早餐，泳池，沙灘，美景。在這還要感謝下優步司機，飛機晚點，凌晨3點到的。出租車要價50，優步衹收38。司機很熱情，全程用翻譯軟件聊了一路，👍🏻

駅や長距離バスターミナルからは少し距離があるので、タオルミナやシラクーサに日帰りが目的の方は駅近くの方が良い。コチラは街中で近くに繁華街がありシチリア料理やワインを堪能できる店がたくさんある。ホテル自体は民宿みたいにアットホーム、パリッとしたシティホテルではありませんが、寝るには充分でしょう。みなさんとても親切です。ボーディングパスのプリントアウトや荷物預かりなどとてもお世話になりました。 It's a little far from the station and the long-distance bus terminal, so if you're planning a day trip to Taormina or Siracusa, it's better to stay near the station. There is a downtown area nearby, and there are many shops where you can enjoy Sicilian cuisine and wine. The hotel itself isn't a homey, crisp city hotel like a guesthouse, but it's good enough for a good night's sleep. Everyone is very kind. They were very helpful in printing out my boarding pass and keeping my luggage.

A great location with good views of the bay. Just a short walk from the entrances to the old town and right above the bus station, which is really useful For local transport and also the airport. The hotel’s staff were brilliant. They could not do enough for us at the front desk and made all the difference. The breakfast has plenty to choose from and the dining room has great views. We sis not have dinner at the hotel, but the restaurant/ bar has a Happy Hour and was a great place for an early evening drink. The rooms are spacious, clean and we had a great view. It is worth paying a little extra for the balcony with a view.

location nice in front of the sea, but we didn't go to the beach as there is no access... you have to walk 15 min. breakfast acceptable, buffet not super full. pool closed at 6.00 pm ((in August)). about the room: old fashion, but ok. the first night we didn't sleep at all... AC too loud very loud, like you have a truck in the room all night. we asked to change the room, as we thought there was a problem in there. receptionist found another one, but same result. counted no. of plugs... we couldn't charge our phones at once. check out at 11 am as usual, but al 9.00 someone knocked to check the mini bar.

We stayed for 2 nights, and the same staff worked all the time, in the morning and in the evening also. Thats hard! So, there is a pool what you can use only between 10.00 a.m. - 18.00 p.m. I mean, why? If you travel to the downtown for sightseeing, than you cant use the pool in the morning nor in the late afternoon or evening... nonsense. You have to pay more if you want to use the spa. The hotel has a restaurant named ”Pizzeria” but there is no pizza at all :D In the second night there was a fire alarm around 2 a.m., but there was no fire anywhere, only the workers suffered something. The staff are nice and helpful.

Posto incantevole. La sua posizione strategica fa sì che si possa visitare Catania comodamente a piedi e avendo una bimba di 4 anni è stato davvero fondamentale. Ricca colazione da poter consumare su una terrazza curata e rilassante, pulizia ottima (il cambio delle asciugamani avviene quotidianamente). Bottigline di acqua e the a disposizione del cliente il che è risultato essere una grande comodità. Possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto proprio sotto il Beb, grande salvezza considerato che nei dintorni ci sono solo strisce blu.I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili nell accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Insomma tutto perfetto.

This hotel is really beautiful. The drive up to the hotel is like driving up to a country house in the Lake District. The hotel grounds are immaculate and very pretty. Etna can be seen from the hotel as well as views of the surrounding hills and countryside. On entry to the hotel it feels very high end, the decor is stunning and the staff on arrival were welcoming and friendly. We definitely got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble during our stay. We were informed that use of the spa throughout our stay was complimentary which was a nice touch. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted to make a reservation in the restaurant to which we agreed, however after seeing what was on offer we quickly changed our minds. There are two tasting menus available 120-150 euro per person. None of the food listed appealed to us and there was no way we were prepared to pay that price every night. Luckily we had hired a car which was much needed whilst staying at villa Neri. Sadly there is very little available in the surrounding area so in order to find nice places to eat you have to be prepared to travel. Normally this would not be an issue however it is a long way down the mountain every evening around hair pin bends and no street lighting!!! It was such a shame that the hotel didn’t offer a half board option or even a menu offering steaks or fish. We did actually eat in the restaurant on the last night as we just couldn’t face driving yet again. There was an option to choose dishes off the tasting menu separately. I chose a spaghetti dish which I was disappointed in as it was very expensive and very small. On the positive side the wine was lovely and the service amazing. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had. There was nothing that wasn’t available, everything you could possibly want was on offer and to a very high standard! The juice was so good as was the carrot cake!!! Our room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable and the cleanliness was of a very high standard. We had a couple of treatments in the spa during our stay, the price was reasonable for a spa but the facial I had was a little disappointing. All in all we enjoyed staying at Villa Nerri however we would not return due to the remote location and more importantly the lack of food options in the restaurant in the evenings. We would have loved to have eaten in the restaurant every night if only there had been some more affordable options. Thank you to all staff at the hotel who were all very welcoming and professional. If absolute peace, tranquility and luxury is what you are after then this could be the place for you but car hire is a must!!

Igor il proprietario e stato super gentile, accogliente e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare ottime informazioni inerente il luogo. La colazione buona. La camera molto spaziosa, il letto comodo. Igor ci ha fatto trovare sempre acqua e pasticcini in camera. Pulizia della struttura ottima. La casa di Marcello è in posizione centrale, facile da trovare un pochino rumorosa ma da tenere in considerazione visto la vicinanza al centro! Ci ritorneremo

”The rooms are big and nice if you choose the double bedroom, there should be some renovations made not long ago so the facilities are new The bed is big and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and very accommodating. She has even made a birthday cake for my friend during breakfast! ”

L'accueil de Luciano a été tout simplement merveilleux. Malgré un litige avec l'organisme organisateur de notre voyage, Luciano a vraiment tout mis en oeuvre pour nous aider ,et régler très efficacement le problème. Et ceci sans se départir de son sourire et de son amabilité. Un grand merci à lui!

I really enjoyed my stay despite some minor issues. The suite was modern, well designed, clean with comfortable mattress and sheets. We were few minutes walk to Palermo Central Train/ Bus station, so when traffic is high, no need to take a cab and be stressed, you just pick up your luggage and walk. The property manager was very nice to us. The area was a bite odd, but I felt safe. Please note it would have been better to return before 22:30 if you were on foot. I travelled with my mum and my kid so I certainly needed an elevator. You have to give the door a Hard Push either to the elevator or your suite room and everything will be fine. I had one day an issue with the shower as the drain was clogged and a lot of water went onto the floor, my mum tried to fix it with some towels. As a Civil Eng., I understand that some technical workers did not do properly their work and I do respect someone else property, so I immediately sent a message to the manager to fix it. In the meanwhile I showered in the small bathroom we had in order to save time and enjoying our holiday. On our return it was fixed. Finally, Palermo is an very interesting city with friendly people and I particularly enjoyed my double cappuccino at Gran Cafe TORINO and dinner at SciuRum restaurant.

First impressions were not good. The hotel was an easy 350 metre walk from Palermo's imposing railway station after I caught the excellent TrenItalia sleeping car intercity train from Milano Central that uses Europe's sole remaining train ferry. The entrance was drab with no ramp. So drag the suitcase up a few steps. This part of the city was rundown. The historic lift conveyed me to the second floor where the very helpful Marco greeted me. One had to walk up to the third floor. The room was huge and high ceilinged with beautiful paintwork and no visible wall cracks. It was spacious with a double bed and two singles. I hate doonas when travelling as they are too hot. It was great that instead, there was a top sheet and blanket. Lighting was good. WiFi worked as expected. Aircon was super quiet. There was a TV and desk. The bathroom was similarly roomy. No problems with hot water or towels. I had a generously sized walk-in shower. The breakfast was basic. However the rest of the stay was terrific. I slept well thanks to the blackout curtains and shutters. A diamond in the rough.
