Выбрали отель из-за завтраков и бара-ресторана на территории. Получили довольно старый отель. Бар не работал, рядом сложно найти приличные заведения, чтобы поесть. Завтраки приносили в номер, нужно было каждый день выбирать по меню тип блюд и кофе. Но каждый раз забывали принести кофе, приходилось напоминать каждый день и ждать 10-15 минут после того, как приносили этот завтрак. Из 4 дней, завтрак принесли только 3 раза, в один из дней просто сказали, что повар не вышел на работу. Сказали, что за один день вернут деньги за завтрак, но не вернули. В номере в декабре очень холодно, кондиционер старый и шумный. Вода в душевой кабине не уходила, на второй день появился запах канализации. Из плюсов чистое белье, полотенца свежие, тапочки. Предложили нам поменять номер на «улучшенный», мы сходили посмотреть на него и правда номер был просторным, внешне более новый и приятный. В итоге, утром нам сообщили, что этот номер не дадут и дали другой, который мало чем отличался от прежнего, в котором мы жили. В общем, все как-то не организовано и сумбурно. В вотсап общались очень вежливо. До центра города добираться далеко, на такси в пробках тратишь очень много времени. В друних отелях города не были, сравнить не с чем. В данном отеле можно остаться на пару дней. В целом не плохо, но есть над чем поработать.
Pros:
- Good location close to the city center.
- Quite modern architecture and interior.
- Not bad breakfast.
Cons:
- Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation.
- Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road.
- Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep.
- Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable.
- The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error.
- Quite weak water pressure in the showers.
- The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out.
As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

Amazing view, safe and secure and wonderful guest service. Breakfast needs more variety, but overall it was enjoyable and pleasant. I will be staying B Hotel again and recommend it for anyone in Bishkek short term
We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

The guest room was clean, tidy and spacious, with a wet-dry separated bathroom that was convenient and comfortable to use. The room had ample heating, ensuring a cozy stay for both the elderly and kids.
The hotel is located close to the museum and the square, making it easy to go out and visit scenic spots. Our child absolutely loved the hotel swimming pool.
