Great location , waking distance from Avenida da Liberdade and principe real . Quite close to Rato , so very central . Rooms are modern and comfortable , exactly what expected . Design of the hotel in general is young and Hip. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Heads up for the great rooftop and parties with DJ sets and Tuesday in the restaurant with amazing live music .

Brilliant location and a great place as a base to move around The Avenida metro is super close and you are in the heart of the city ! Chiado, Bairro Alto, Cais Do Sodre etc are all very accessible from here. 20 mins and 8 EUR arrive (Uber) from the airport as well. Clean hotel and friendly staff! Affordable breakfast at EUR 14 a day but there are plenty of great options around the hotel as well.

Foi tudo muito bom, um ponto que pode melhorar seria para atender a porta assim que chegamos para fazer o check in, a atendente demorou pois estava limpando alguns quartos. No geral foi ótimo, perfeita localização perto de mercados, transporte público e fica a 20 min a pé da praça do comércio. Amei voltarei com certeza.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, unique hotel. It was a bit tricky to find the first time, but if you follow the signs beside Taylor's and trust going thru the alley and up the stairs, you won't be disappointed once you ring the bell and are greeted. The winding staircase up to the suites could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, but otherwise it's definitely worth the walk. The 'Paula' room on the top floor was very spacious and comfortable, with amenities we weren't expecting, like a bar, stove top and fridge. The room has a nice view overlooking the river (sometimes with cruise ships) and while there is a/c it was lovely to have the windows open and appreciate the breeze from the water. We also really loved the breakfast - super fresh, daily made juices, pastries, meat and cheese - a perfect way to start the day. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Ich habe hier übernachtet, weil ich zwischen zwei Flügen 13 Stunden zu überbrücken hatte. Dementsprechend wollte ich etwas günstiges mit Bett und WLAN. Und genau das habe ich bekommen. Es ist auf keinen Fall charmant und wohlig aber sauber und hält alles bereit was notwendig ist. Außerdem ist die Rezeption freundlich und hilft dir bei fragen weiter. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit sich (alkoholische) Getränke zu kaufen. Ich kann es dann weiter empfehlen, wenn man etwas praktisches für eine kurze Dauer braucht.

La ubicación es buena y el apartamento está nuevo, pero es una pena el trato al cliente, no por mala educación del personal que fue educado en todo momento, sino por la política de la empresa. El menaje de cocina estaba muy limitado: 4 cucharas, tenedores y cuchillos, 2 tazas, un estropajo usado. En el baño no había nada donde dejar el neceser….. por no haber no había ni trapo de cocina. El aparcamiento en un patio de tierra sin cubrir y sin timbre para llamar a la recepción. Cuando pagamos el parking nos cobraron un suplemento por abonarlo con tarjeta. A continuación nos piden los datos de la tarjeta de crédito para poder pasarnos un cargo si rompíamos un vaso, perdíamos una cuchara…. En el apartamento había una relación de precios para cada pérdida o rotura. Al entrar en el apartamento tuvimos que llamar porque el grifo del baño estaba roto y claro llamamos para que lo vieran no fuera que nos tocara pagarlo. Lo más humillante fue cuando nos íbamos que la recepcionista nos acompañó al apartamento para ver si estaba todo correcto: contó el menaje, miró si funcionaba el aire acondicionado, la TV (por cierto solo 7 cadenas portuguesas), hasta la lavadora que al estar panelada no se veía a simple vista (igual pensaba que nos cabía en la maleta). En fin una mala experiencia por lo que cuando volvamos a Lisboa iremos a otros apartamentos u hoteles donde no nos han tratado en otras ocasiones como delincuentes.

The quality of this hotel was fantastic. Rooms are brand new, clean and spacious. Staff was great, and the breakfast was perfect. Temperature control was good (both heating/cooling in all seasons), and sound isolation made for a good sleep. The only negative was that the location isn't the best. The outdoor swimming pool and ocean view rooms, are next to a major street, which means that you can hear car traffic and smell some of the car exhaust/pollution. It's about a 10-minute walk to the sea. Contrast that to the Intercontinental Estoril, which is a similar high quality hotel, but is directly in front of the ocean (but also double the price of Legacy Cascais). Overall, i would recommend this hotel.
