Наш отдых с подругой прошел великолепно во многом благодаря отелю, который стал для нас не просто ночлегом, а настоящим уютным пристанищем. Локация просто невероятная - самое сердце старого города. Удобнее расположения придумать невозможно: все достопримечательности буквально в шаговой доступности. Но главное сокровище этого отеля — это его люди. Хочется выразить огромную благодарность администратору Олиму. Для нас он стал не просто сотрудником, а настоящим помощником этого путешествия. Его невозможно было застать врасплох: он всегда встречал нас с искренней улыбкой, помогал, подсказывал и организовывал всё наилучшим образом. Ни одна наша просьба не осталась без внимания, и это чувство заботы бесценно. Отдельная история - это чай. Сколько литров ароматного напитка мы выпили за время отдыха - не посчитать! Но каждое чаепитие было символом того самого восточного гостеприимства, о котором ходят легенды. Спасибо вам за то, что заставили нас почувствовать себя желанными гостями, а не просто туристами. Однозначно советуем это место всем, кто ценит комфорт, историю и человеческое тепло.

250920 入住兩天Zehra Hotel，感覺非常好，很整潔，大堂牆璧已將附近的景點吸引，老闆自動幫客人搬行李上樓，笑容滿面很親切，早餐安排整齊，最好食是那碗麥片。

This hotel is so nice. I am a picky person when it comes to cleanness but their bathroom is really clean so I am not worried staying there. The staffs are so nice and friendly, I had my train at 3:00am so I did not book for another night but waited in the hall. They offered me a free night to rest before my train. They also prepared tea, fruits for me as late night snacks. The staff took my luggage out to put in the car for me. The location is perfect. It took 25-30 mins walk to Poyi Kalon and 10 mins to Choir minor. Really close to everything

This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.

Очень хороший отель. В здании 19 века, интересный интерьер, в старинном стиле и при этом все комфортно, все есть, кровати удобные, холодильник, полотенца, тапочки, фен. Рядом (меньше минуты) одна из пешеходных улочек с ресторанами и речкой. При этом очень тихо. Очень милые сотрудники отеля, всегда готовы прийти на просьбу. Нам очень понравилось. Спасибо соьрудникам за создание атмосферы, мы ехали за ней в том числе.
