The Premium Suite room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable and yes the pillows are some of the fluffiest I’ve ever felt. The bathroom was amazing as well! The view of the pier and beach was beautiful. The hotel is pretty much central to everything. Last but not least, the entire staff were all polite, patient and professional. I will definitely be back!!!

The hotel staffs are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast are delicious, they even serve beers (for additional charge). The pool is on the rooftop, it has sauna room too. The hotel itself is an old building with 2 small elevators (1 for service and 1 for guests), the room was not as spacious as I expected, wifi was slow (especially after 17:00, wifi works good during daytime). There are many junkies live in the derelict building next to the hotel. One of them trespassed to the dining room on 4 April. The employee told me that they do not have security guard for the hotel, they didnt alert the police for this too

A ESTRUTURA DO HOTEL É BOA, PORÉM NÃO FOI DISPONOIBILIZADO TODOS OS ITENS DE COZINHA INFORMADOS NA RESERVA, COMO MICROONDAS E CHALEIRA ELÉTRICA. O APARTAMENTO É ESPAÇOSO, CAMA CONFORTÁVEL E CHUVEIRO EXCELENTE. NO GERAL VALEU A PENA, INCLUSIVE O CUSTO BENEFÍCIO. RECOMENDO.

Fiquei hospedado no Tintto de 17 a 20/08. Consegui um bom preço com a CVC. O hotel é fresquinho, foi inaugurado pouco mais de 1 ano, possui uma linda decoração, desde a recepção, quartos e piscina. Senti falta apenas de um guarda-sol na área de lazer. O café estava ótimo e bem variado, com tapiocas, omeletes e waffles recheados. Achei os sucos fracos e no primeiro dia, achei o melão com um sabor estranho, mas percebi que a Bruna do restaurante já estava retirando o mesmo. Os funcionários foram super atenciosos. O Fagner conseguiu taças de vinho e abridor mesmo tarde da noite. O meu quarto foi o 306, achei apertado mas o banheiro é super espaçoso.

Adorei a infraestrutura: 3 elevadores que, em geral, atendem bem a demanda, quartos super espaçosos, chuveiro ótimo e varal no box, algo que todos os hotéis de praia deveriam ter! O restaurante tem boas opções, o café da manhã tem muita variedade e qualidade. Mas, o que realmente fez a diferença foi o atendimento excelente dos funcionários! Estive no Praia Centro em uma excursão de pessoas com deficiência visual. Eram aproximadamente 50 pessoas. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e eficientes ajudando tanto nas questões de locomoção, no momento do café e em outras solicitações. E um hotel que já está nos meus favoritos e eu certamente indico! Um ponto de melhoria seria colocar voz nos elevadores. Os mesmos já tem botões com identificação em braile. Mas, não da pra saber se o mesmo parou no andar correto por falta da voz.

My stay at Carmel in Cumbuco was very pleasant. This is a luxury hotel and it offered all the amenities one could ask for! Although the staff was limited in the English language, there efforts to have me feel welcomed, taken care of, and safe were 10/10! A special note of gratitude for service and integrity to a restaurant worker, Thiago! My first moments there dining for lunch and I unknowingly dropped 800R$ after paying the bill. He promptly turned it into the front desk who returned it to me. Amazing ethics in the staff here! Also special thanks to Gabriel at the front desk. He is well versed in English and made certain all of my needs were met and with joy!

O hotel está bem localizado. Café da manhã fabuloso! Atendimento de primeira pela recepção, gerência e equipe de limpeza. Piscina é muito boa e a exposição de arte é um atrativo diferenciado.

Nice room and location, very nice beach views. Good buffet breakfast as well. Against: very slow elevators. However, the staff is not very knowledgeable. I needed to extend one night because my continuation flight was 4:30 AM ... I booked that in the web site, pre-paid tariff as it was my stay. The day before departing asked the reception desk to extend my key, as they confirmed that I will get the same room, so I don't need to do it on the same last day in a hurry before the check-out, as I was too busy in a conference. They did. However they did it wrong. So when I returned from my conference, using the terribly slow elevators, went to my room (in the last floor, 21st), and then the key was not working, so again down to the reception, wait for them to finish with other customers, etc., So I lost 1 hour among both days to get my key working. They should compensate customers for their errors and ensure that the failed staff get some kind of penalty for not doing correctly their job at once.

Excelente hotel, cama gostosa, chuveiro, atendimento muito bom e o quarto muito aconchegante. Parabéns a todos e em especial a camareira Raquel e a recepcionista Keylane. Tiramos várias fotos lindas no hotel com o pessoal da Maná fotografias, amei todas as fotos. Obrigada!

Surroundings are beautifull and villa we stayed in was really comfortable. The restaurant has very good food and they deliver your food in you villa if you wish to eat at your own private pool. This really gave us the ultimate vacation feeling and we will go back next year for sure.
