The service is very good. I upgraded to a sea view room. The view is very beautiful, but there is no beautiful lobby or restaurant. However, it is convenient to eat. There is a good restaurant one minute walk from the beach. We have a two o'clock flight and the hotel Let me stay until one o'clock. This is an advantage that other hotels do not have. I am very satisfied.

If you're looking for the perfect romantic getaway, look no further than the private island resort. My wife and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff were super friendly and proactive throughout our stay, which ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable!
We stayed in an overwater bungalow, the room was beautifully decorated, with a stunning sea view and lagoon right in front of our balcony and all the amenities we could have asked for. Despite there is no free wifi, but who needs when you are this close to the ocean and lagoon.
But what really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible service we received. The hotel staff anticipated our every need to make our honeymoon truly special.
Overall, we would highly recommend Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a romantic and memorable getaway. We can't wait to return and experience the impeccable service and comfort once again.

The hotel's restaurant is delicious, the spa is also very good, it is worth experiencing, there are fewer people on the beach, there are not many snorkelers, the water is very clear, but there are many plants and mosquitoes. If you eat in that restaurant, you will be bitten by insects all the time. Overall, from the airport pick-up to the airport drop-off, every waiter in the hotel is smiling, very kind and friendly. I like it here very much. I think you should not stay in Rarotonga when you come to the Cook Islands, you should spend more time here

Thomas and their team were very welcoming and they managed to make our stay special. The lagoon tour they booked for us with Teking was very good, and the car they booked for us was also very convenient.
Breakfasts were varied and quite complete.
The villa is very nicely set, very comfortable and the beach is quite private since few people go by walking. The kayaks are a plus to explore the lagoon in high tide.
The dinner we had at the small Cafe of the owners in the property was very good. We recommend you to try it (but they open just a couple of days per week).
We also recommend you to try Avatea Cafe in the middle of the island, and their wonderful fish tacos. And we had lunch once at Pacific Resort and it was very good.
The food truck with burgers and fish & chips just in front of the villas is quite good as well.
We had an amazing time at Aitutaki, as it is a very special island.

Awesome experience, hotel accommodation for more than two thousand one night, but the price is very high, the airport free pick-up and drop-off, garlands welcome farewell. Hearty breakfast, a variety of free facilities to slide banana boats, snorkeling, lying in a hammock to watch the sky, and look up at the stars at night. The single-family cabin has two shower rooms inside and outside. The hotel also gave honeymoon layout, impeccable. On Thursday evening, I had a buffet to see a performance of 70 Singapore dollars, and I was very satisfied with it.

This hotel is set behind the main street so I recommend getting a car or scooter rental if you stay here. This is a great accommodation- the best amenity is the washer and dryer, followed by a full kitchen to do our own cooking.
It’s a small team looking after guests and they’re so delightful. Sane (saa-neh), Nancy, and Joseph make a great team. Nancy gives strong massages at the on-site spa.
We could also help ourselves to any of the many fruit trees around!

GGuest UserThe services as soon as we arrived were awesome. All bookings were done efficiently, just gave our passports, and the room was already waiting for us, in no time.
I loved the cart, which took us to our room...with our luggages.The cart also took us to Spaghetti Restaurant, nearby.
The staff were so friendly, l was startled by the many Fijian faces, l met and saw. It felt like home.
The breakfast was yummy. A variety of food and drinks. Also, I managed to do our laundry, the laundry room, was nearby, afew rooms away from our block.
To conclude, the experience was worth the rates.

GGuest UserThis resort fitted my purpose well. Love this adults only resort and location just right on the beach. Each villa is stand alone with your own entrance & patio area which is what I like. You are not attached with other rooms or share space. Facilities inside the room just same as the pictures. Good value & room price, includes breakfast.
Overall, a clean & tidy complex, friendly staff, good size swimming pool. I definitely will choose Crown beach resort again.

GGuest UserWe had two rooms for our family. The beach suite was very spacious and had an amazing view of the lagoon. The beach was so calm and beautiful. We loved the kayaking and paddle boarding. The food was good but after a few days we were sick of the menu. Luckily the location is great and you can walk to other restaurants.

Although it is near the sea, there are no beaches and rubble. However, because of the children, many hotels in Rarotonga do not accept children. So there are not many options, and the hotel does not have much entertainment. The breakfast is very simple.
