Porém, no check out, fui cobrado cerca de 149 reais de taxas de serviços que não estavam explícitas por ocasião da reserva, na plataforma informava o valor de 8,47 como despesa a ser paga no hotel, sem contar que as contas não bateram, uma vez que o valor da NF está cerca de 74 a menos do que paguei no total. Então, apesar do hotel ser excelente, fiquei com a sensação de ter sido enganado. Na minha humilde opinião faltou transparência, seja do hotel ou da plataforma."

GGuest UserWith daily already paga(R$369,54) ,*time of check-i* I had to pay more R$130,00 (R$30,00 fee for having a baby that already cost *a ******* and R$80,00 for a bi-bed). The daily was 2 adults and 1 baby of 10 years old. The bed was Quee, the room was a couple. Since Monday, day 18, I'm waiting for a connection from the hotel manager and the hotel manager.

GGuest UserWe had a perfect accommodation, sensational room and common areas, as well as the service. The staff are well trained, polite and attentive. Clarice, responsible for cleaning our floor, was very friendly and efficient in meeting our needs, as well as cleaning the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and pool were also amazing.

However, at the check out, I was charged about 149 real services charges that were not explicit at the time of the booking, on the platform, I reported the value of 8,47 as expenses to be paid at the hotel, without counting that the accounts did not beat, The value of the NF is about 74 to less than I paid in total, so, despite the excellent hotel, I felt that I was wrong, and in my humble opinion, there was no transparency, whether the hotel or the platform.
