It is well located close to POA airport and is right by a main road. The room was clean but not to an excellent level—acceptable. There is no swimming pool, as the hotel has converted it into a parking lot. Breakfast was nice—not fancy, but good. I didn't find other facilities like the gym. I would return if location and cost were the primary factors to be considered.

Amazing experience. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The combination of facilities, luxury and service was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left the hotel. Unforgettable moments for us. It will certainly be a must-see on our next trip to Brazil.

Great service and a nice hotel. Not keen on the duvets having no cover but that seemed to be the same practice in other hotels I stayed in in the area. The staff were amazing and incredibly kind. Would recommend if you're visiting Porto alegre

O hotel é bom porém ligue na sexta feira anterior a reserva e perguntei a funcionária se eu podia usar a piscina e ela respondeu que sim, trouxe roupas de banho e só chegar a piscina estava fechada para evento, fiquei bem chateada, indignada pois eu liguei questionando.

O hotel é muito bom, nada reclamar da hospedagem em si. Porém, no check out, fui cobrado cerca de 149 reais de taxas de serviços que não estavam explícitas por ocasião da reserva, na plataforma informava o valor de 8,47 como despesa a ser paga no hotel, sem contar que as contas não bateram, uma vez que o valor da NF está cerca de 74 a menos do que paguei no total. Então, apesar do hotel ser excelente, fiquei com a sensação de ter sido enganado. Na minha humilde opinião faltou transparência, seja do hotel ou da plataforma.
